1. Sing to yourself

Seriously. Like laughter, sunshine, and fresh air; singing elevates our moods. Studies have shown that singing triggers a release of endorphins, which are the body’s natural way of chemically relieving pain and st ress. When we’re happier, we get more done. This might be why Snow White likes to whistle while she works.
