Firstly, physical exerciseimproves or maintains ourhealth.Secondly, physical exercise improves mental health, helps prevent depression and promote or maintain positive st but not least, doing physical exercises together with other people is a good opportunity to make new friends.

I like doing physical exercise in the fresh air such as roller-skating and swimming.

All the people in our class will visit the ScienceMuseum tomorrow, Friday. We will gather together at the school gate at 8 a.m. We will go to the museum on foot. There are many forms of entertainment, but my favorite form of entertainment is watching TV in my spare time.Watching TV really entertains me a lot.

My hometown is Hangzhou. It is one of the economic centers in south China. It is a large city. It is a modern city.It is very beautiful. With its great history and natural beauty, my hometown attracts many visitors every year.
