本节课的话题是“节日",要求学生掌握描述节日的表达方式,同时加强学生对中外节日的理解与认识。

通过使用一般将来时对该话题展开听、说、读、写的语言实践活动,使学生能够谈论和写出对该节日的介绍,并了解中外国家重要的节日及其主要庆祝方式.
语言知识方面,本话题对一般将来时的用法做了总结,并会使用特殊疑问句来进行与人对话。

并要求学生掌握听说读写的技能,如下要求:
1、听:能听懂有关“节日"的句子,听辨动词词组与主要语法。

2、围绕:We buy… We eat… We (do)…三方面谈论春节3、让学生了解春节的来由及节日的特色。

4、介绍春节前的准备、节日饮食、节日活动。

5、学生通过谈论来提高口语能力2学情分析本课的教学对象是刚上五年级的学生,通过两年的英语学习,学生已积累了一些简单的英语知识,有一定的英语基础和听、说、读、写技能。

新教材改版后,学生的语言输入量大大提高,但他们语言表达非常有限,文化与跨文化意识薄弱,文化学习上不能自如表达,需要教师与相关资源的协作。

他们需要教师在语言与思想上协作他们建立桥梁。

虽然他们对春节有切身的体验,和对圣诞节有一定的了解,但他们都难以表达两个节日的文化内涵与意义。

本课是五年级第二个文化单元,本课重点聚焦在使用所学语言描述中西方最重大的节日,了解中西文化差异,建立文化意识与跨文化意识。

围绕这两个节日的话题展开拓展,以学生在节日中所做事情为导引,分两个课时了解这两个节日的日期,在节日中所做的事情,和掌握有关这两个节日一些常识和用语。
