PROBLEM 5: 转向沉
B：若快转或慢转时方向盘均沉重且转向无压力，则可能是1、油箱液面低；2、油液粘度 太大；3、阀体内单向阀失效。首先检查油箱油位及液压油的粘度，如果油位低于标准高度 则添加液压油，如油液粘度太大则应更换粘度合适的液压油，如油位粘度正常则应分解转 向器。若阀体内单向阀钢球丢失则装入新钢球，若有脏物卡住钢球应进行清洗，若单向阀 密封带与钢球接触不良应用钢球冲击之，使其密封可靠。

PROBLEM 3: 跑偏-朝一个方向
C：若慢转方向盘轻或快转方向盘沉，则可能是液压泵供油量不足引起的。 在油位高度及粘度合适的前提下应检查液压泵工作是否正常， 如液压泵供油量小或压力低则应更换及修复 D：若空负荷或轻负荷转向轻而重负荷 转向沉重，则可能是阀块中溢流阀压力 低于工作压力或溢流阀芯被脏物卡住 或弹簧失效或密封圈损坏而导致的。 应首先调整溢流阀工作压力，在调整无 效时分解清洗溢流阀，如弹簧失效、 密封圈损坏应换新
