故障时间--———柴油机发生故障的时间相关操作步骤如下:一.正常维修预约情况:1.在产品序列号框中输入柴油机编号,更改故障时间,使用时间/里程以及对应的单位,注意该栏目的信息要求比较准确,因为点击查询按钮后不能更改.2.点击查询按钮,(1)如果该柴油机编号没有创建销售记录,则出现下面的界面:需要转入产品注册模块进行销售记录的创建,详细操作见《合同模块创建》手册;(2)如果该柴油机编号有相关的销售记录,在三包期内会进入下一个界面:可以看到红线框内界面为整个界面的上部分,该栏信息为产品信息和客户信息.红线框外界面为预约单的下部分,该栏信息为记录故障情况的信息栏,可以看到:平台编号: 为系统自动生成的单号,制单日期:维修预约的日期,不能更改,要求维修时间:可以更改,但不能小于制单日期,预约单类型栏根据业务情况选定类型联系人:系统自动带出项目故障地点/故障类别/故障描述为必录项,维修说明,在里面录入相关的情况说明,然后点击“预约”按钮,提交预约单完成。

同时采用基于AD的身份验证集成访问权限控制实现文档的安全存取。

通过DNS 域名系统实现公司级的文件服务器统一访问体系。

规划在潍坊总部放置两台文件服务器,两台服务器为冗余架构,实现任何一台服务器的故障都不影响系统的正常访问。

今后在各个站点根据需要各放一台文件服务器并配置与总部服务器的自动增量同步。

通过在文件服务器上设置存储配额、文件类型限制、文件夹权限等控制用户的有限共享。

盘符与文件夹对应:X盘(个人),Y盘(部门),Z盘(公司)3.2通过域名手动访问已加域客户端打开运行,输入:\\\wpfiles访问成功,如下图:打开个人文件夹:只显示访问用户的个人文件夹和有权限访问的个人文件夹。

3.3个人文件夹共享方法1.右击个人文件夹----属性----安全2.点击编辑---添加,输入要共享给的域账号(OA账号)或者用户组(如应用工程部)。

呼叫中心派单后,服务站需要对工单进行二次处理,分配维修人员。

只有主修人可以登录系统,对工单进行相应的操作。

2.当您登录过APP应用,设置“记住号码”时,下次登录APP,会自动登录并跳转至派工单列表查询界面。

3.维修拍照过程中,需要先选择“照片类型”,照片类型是从服务系统获取的;如果您发现APP中照片类型不全,请退出后,重新登录,APP会自动从服务器获取新增的照片类型。

4.派工单(站外)处理一般流程:出发—>现场见证—>到达—>维修拍照—>维修完工,您只有进行完上一流程才能触发下一流程。

5.派工单(站内)处理一般流程:维修拍照—>维修完工。

6.派工单(站内、站外)保外完工流程:在派工单处于任何阶段时,都可以进行保外完工,APP不校验派工单是否拍摄照片及上传操作。

根据前期服务站反馈结果情况,防止误操作,保外完工按钮修改为“三包外关闭”。

7.派工单维修完工前,必须拍照并上传照片。

8.进行派工单处理时,请保证APP处于运行状态,手机打开网络连接和GPS,不要强制关闭APP。

9.派工单在出发、到达及拍照时,都需要获取当前位置信息,请打开手机位置信息访问权限。

10.正常情况下,每个登录用户只能有一张派工单处于“出发”后-“到达”前的中间状态。

11.版本升级前一定要保证APP中已出发的派工单全部已完工。

12.当前潍柴服务APP有安卓版本,要求android版本至少在4.1以上。

IOS版本需要iPhone4s以上IOS版本7.1以上。

13.在出发、维修完工、保外完工状态下,手机APP需要能够连接网络。

所以在使用过程中必须保证手机GPS及网络功能开启。

14.对于站外派工,请不要两个手机同时操作一张派工单。

否则出现意外情况无法恢复;同时一个派工单也不能同时在android手机和iphone手机上同时操作;否则轨迹信息无法显示。

15.Android版程序,在运行服务系统时,不要运行360等清理软件,否则位置服务会意外中断,无法显示轨迹,单据审核时会被退回。

1.2应用下载1.2.1Android版本(apk)登录潍柴服务系统,手机扫描二维码,下载android版apk安装。

如下图:1.2.1.1通过微信扫描二维码打开手机微信进入发现->扫一扫,对准屏幕二维码扫描,弹出扫描结果选择右上角图标,选择“在浏览器中打开”,如下图:在打开的新窗口中,点击“点击下载”,下载潍柴服务apk,下载到手机安装即可,如下图:1.2.1.2通过QQ扫描二维码打开手机QQ->消息,点击右上角图标“”,打开弹出页,选择扫一扫,扫描屏幕二维码,打开链接后,点击右上角图标“”,弹出分享窗口,选择用“浏览器打开”如下图:选择用浏览器打开,在新的界面中点击“点击下载”,下载潍柴服务apk安装即可,如下图:1.2.2IOS版本(ipa)登录潍柴服务系统,手机扫描二维码(IOS版),安装潍柴服务。

如下图:1.2.2.1通过微信扫描二维码打开手机微信进入发现->扫一扫,对准屏幕二维码扫描,弹出扫描结果选择右上角图标,选择“在Safari中打开”,如下图:一、安装证书:在打开的新窗口中,点击“安装证书”,按提示信息安装,如下图:提示:iphone5以下版本与原图有差异,请注意,此截图取自iphone6 plus手机。

iphone5以下版本会稍有不同。

安装过程中出现提示输入密码,请输入手机解锁密码,如下图:二、安装潍柴服务点击“安装服务系统”,提示是否要安装潍柴服务,点击“安装后”,请等待,在系统桌面会提示“正在载入……”,如下图:安装完成后,在桌面点击“”图标,打开应用。

如果提示“未受信任的企业级开发者”,在手机设置-通用-设备管理中添加信任,如下图:至此,ios版潍柴服务安装完毕。

1.2.2.2通过QQ扫描二维码打开手机QQ->消息,点击右上角图标“”,打开弹出页,选择扫一扫,扫描屏幕二维码,打开链接后,点击右上角图标“”,弹出分享窗口,选择用“在Safari 中打开”,其他步骤同微信扫描方式。

1.2.2.3通过itunes直接安装ipa文件一、下载并安装itunesWindows或Mac请自行安装相应的版本。

二、安装itunes后,打开三、打开应用窗口1、点击图标“”打开应用窗口(如果没有这个图标请执行步骤2)2、点击更多“”图标,选择应用,如下图:四、打开应用窗口,将ipa文件添加到资料库中1、设置显示菜单栏2、选择“文件”——“将文件添加到资料库”3、弹出窗口选择界面4、应用中显示已添加的weichai.ipa,如下图五、手里连接电脑,会显示当前手机,选中当前手机执行安装1、选择手机——应用,即可见已添加的weichai应用2、点击“安装”按钮,显示如下图:3、点击“应用”即可安装同步到手机,如下图:六、启动设置(iphone5以上提示“未受信任的企业级开发者”)如下图1、选择在“设置”-“通用”-设备管理,如下图:2、点击“设备管理”,弹出企业级应用“Weichai Holdings Group Co.,Ltd.”,如下图:3、点击“Weichai Holdings Group Co.,Ltd.”,弹出如下窗口,点击,信任“Weichai Holdings GroupCo.,Ltd.”4、在弹出窗口中,点击“信任”按钮返回主界面,点击潍柴app启动图标“”,即可打开潍柴app应用。

1.3APP基础支撑1.3.1登录APP1.进入登录界面,输入用户账号(服务系统注册的手机号码)点击“登录”按钮,登录系统进行验证,。

2.系统验证手机号码是否存在,并默认查询出当前手机号码对应服务站派发到此手机号码的派工单信息。

3.记住号码选择框,在选中时,APP会记住当前账户信息,下次登录时,默认进入派工单列表查询界面。

4.登录成功时,系统进入派工单查询列表界面,登录失败时,给出提示信息。

5.APP登录账户即为手机号码,通过服务系统-派工人员维护功能,添加维修人员信息,其中手机号码即为APP应用登录的账户,无需输入密码。

6.每个服务站需要在服务系统中登记相关人员的信息,详细见第3章服务系统相关操作中的派工人员维护功能。

如下图所示:输入手机号码,点击登录按钮,默认进入派工单查询列表。

注:用户手机号码,需要在潍柴服务系统中维护维修人员信息。

1.3.2退出当前账号点击左侧菜单栏按钮,弹出侧边栏。

点击侧栏底部的退出按钮,退出当前账号,退回到系统登录界面。

如下图:1.3.3返回桌面点击手机返回键,系统提示“再按一次返回键返回桌面”,再次按下返回键,系统返回手机桌面,如下图:1.3.4网络连接失败当手机未连接网络时,APP给出提示,并且在无网络情况下,可以进行现场见证、到达、维修拍照等操作,但是手机会访问GPS获取位置信息,等待时间会增加。

如下图所示:1.3.5服务站定位服务站定位功能,主要实现手机定位当前位置信息,显示经度、维度、时间、地址、获取类型。

其中获取类型分为:network-网络、gps-取自GPS卫星定位、other-其他类型。

获取位置信息成功后,可以上传服务站位置信息,如下图所示:1.3.6版本更新当有新版本APP时,登录潍柴系统会给出相应的提示版本更新提示信息;或者通过点击侧边栏,点击“版本更新”菜单,升级到最新版本。

点击提示中的更新按钮,手机会弹出潍柴服务APP的apk下载界面,点击“点击下载”链接,即可下载最新版本的潍柴app应用的安装文件,下载完后,即可在手机安装最新版本。

注意:下载新版本安装时,一定要保证所有工单已处理完毕;否则可能会丢失数据,另外,为防止照片丢失,更新版本时,请先卸载原来的旧版本,再安装新版本;如下图所示:1.4派工单处理1.4.1列表操作APP登录成功后,默认进入派工单列表查询页面,如下图:1.4.1.1侧边栏在派工单列表界面点击“”图标,打开侧边栏,当前系统版实现了“服务站定位”、“版本更新”、“退出当前账户”三个功能,其他功能将在后续的版本升级中实现,请您关注。

如下图所示。

1.4.1.2派工单刷新通过按住派工单列表,向下拖拽,即可以完成派工单刷新操作,如下图:1.4.1.3派工单处理流程点击每条派工单右侧“待出发”、“待到达”、“待完工”等字样区域,即可打开派工单进行相应的处理。
