It was Mother’s Day. Sun Zheng thought he should do something for his mother. He decided to help his mother do some housework. After school he went to a shop to buy some food on his way home.

When he got home, he did his best to cook some nice food,though he couldn’t do the cooking well. Thenhe cleaned the room. He felt very tired, but he was very happy.

When his father and his mother came back and saw the clean rooms and dishes which weren’t so nice, they were very happy.They had their supper together. His mother said, "Thank you,my child!"

My mother is a kind and gentle woman.She is always very gentle.She takes good care of her children and keeps them

all at school.I have two brothers and two sisters.So she gets five children in all.She gives us every fort we need.We all love her very much.

My mother has too much to do in bring us up.As our family is not rich enough,my mother always hits to do a lot of work.She gets up very early and sleeps very late every day.She works very hard,yet without plaining.

Dear Mum,

Such is sons’ nature; I really do not know how to express my thanks to you. However, I can imagine, on the day 18 years ago, when you gave birth to me, what a plex feeling you had. In the past few years, every day you struggle me up in the morning and prepare breakfast for me, then in the afternoon, you always wele your only son with delicious foods after a day‘s hard work. Now your son has been 18 and will go to university soon, like a bird is leaving its parents. Nevertheless, your footprints on my heart will never ever fade and I love you mum!
