不知什么时候开始，与辩论赛结下缘，大约从八十年代中期开始，随着北大辩论队在国际大专辩论赛的“发展旅游业利大还是弊大”比赛中获胜，国内高校卷起了一阵辩论赛热潮，那是还年轻的我，不幸也赶上这个时髦，现在是难于脱身了我兼策划、点评、指导等多个角色于一身，不得不动用一点少的可怜的业余时间，做必要的关注。
一下子就持续到了今天。
也算身经百战了。
曾经辉煌的战绩是参与省文明委和省总工会组织的诚信主题行业辩论赛，指导本市电力系统代表队在省电力系统的循环赛中打到冠军，同时指导省工商银行代表队，结果以本市电力系统代表队为主体的省电力系统代表队与省工商银行代表队在决赛中相遇，最后省工商银行队获胜。
为此，省工商银行还在地方报纸上出了专版，宣传企业文化，中间就有辩论队员的集体照，当然里面没有我。
在校内的指导，有趣的一次是新闻学院代表队，每次赛前找我，分析辩题，我每次只有一堂课的时间，总是在上课前留下一堂课，反正到时间我就走的，结果每次分析辩题稍加指导，他们就打赢了(当然不全是我的功劳，因为新闻专业在我校算是高分录取的专业，不乏才子佳人)，一直打到冠军才罢手。
当然，更多的是败绩，所在的管理学院，从来就没有问鼎冠军，多半是在半决赛中就被淘汰，最好的成绩大概就是亚军了。
九十年代，我校与本市的一所军事院校结成文明共建单位，我校的辩论演讲协会总要组队和该校辩论队进行比赛，大多是该校的学生文化艺术节，评委以对方教师居多，由于投票制判定胜负，所以胜负早有定论，加上赛场设在该校，全场都是军人，气势磅礴，倾向鲜明，要想不输也难，一次我校领导参加比赛，结果没有赢，回来后规定，凡是到外校比赛，必须经团委审查同意，不得随便使用我校的名义。
看来，辩论赛本来是锻炼口才、修养素质的游戏，却因为计较得失反而失去了它天然的趣味和活力。
也曾担任过本市中学生辩论赛的策划和评委，记得一次决赛，在名校和非名校之间进行，名校学生势在必得，盛气凌人，但是非名校稳扎稳打，不为所动，结果以微弱优势赢了，名校学生自然不服，非要找评委理论。

发展旅游业的利与弊
特定的历史背景和独特的地理位置，注定了凤凰古城旅游业的辉煌。

人不悦的一面，随着旅游车辆的增多，原来的小型车路真是水泄不通，特别是国道上，出现堵车现象真是数不胜数，这个出车的人们带来诸多的不便。
但更让我深思的是关于买卖问题。
去年夏天，我和几位同学在沱江边上准备买几件民间工艺品互赠，那些民艺小包，首饰，各式香包，应有尽有。
我随手拿了一个上面绣有凤凰古城的小包，问了一下价格，得知是元，当我们还在欣赏其它小包时，一位游客拿了我刚放下的那个小包，又问了一下价格，元。
在场的我有点纳闷了为什么相同的一个小包卖给游客时价格要高了？我想：这个问题是不是应该去调查一下？之后的几天里，我们都在许多小店铺询问，才发现这个问题普遍存在相同的商品卖给游客时价格要高。
我觉得这是一个值得深思的问题。
凤凰古城是一个历史文化悠久的名城，也就是因为当地人们的淳朴，热情好客而闻名远扬，而今在社会发展中，在金钱的百般诱惑下，许多淳朴的乡亲们整日在推敲如何才能挣得更多的钱，于是也采用了这种方法。
还有一个值得重视的问题环保问题。
如果你留心的话，你就会发现南华山今非昔比，今日的南华山，山脚和山腰，山顶都有着层层垃圾点缀；如果你有雅致的情趣于夜河
在沱江边上散散步，你就会看到闪闪的河灯在沱江河面上飘荡。
