本合同由买方和卖方商订。在合同项下，双方同意按下述条款买卖下述商品：

The Contract is negotiated and executed by and between the Buyer and the Seller. Both parties hereto agree to purchase and sell the following goods as per articles contained hereafter:

attachment 1.1, 1.2, 1.3).

2/ Attachment 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 are the lists for one year maintenance parts that we advise customers to buy.

3/ The offer includes:

1) extra 2000mm-long fork

2)alarm reverse buzzer

3)Flashing light beacon(warning lamp)

4)Night working lights

5)Driving mirrors

6)Side shifter

7)Suspended comfort seat

2、交付条款TERMS OF DELIVERY:CIF

术语“CIF”应按照国际商会（ICC）出版的《国际贸易术语解释通则》（即INCOTERMS,2000版）进行解释，除非本合同中另有规定。

The terms “CIF” shall be subject to the “International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms” (INCOTERMS, 2000) provided by International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) unless otherwise stipulated herein.

6、装运期Shipment period：具体装运期由双方协商确定。

The exact date of shipment shall be agreed upon between both parties.

7、包装Package：所供货物由卖方：□整机包装□铁框架包装□集装箱□散件包装□滚装（裸机）包装□其他方式包装，适合远洋及内陆运输，以确保货物安全到达目的地。

Goods provided shall be packed by the Seller in the form of: □packing in its entirety □packing with steel frame □packing in container □packing in bulk □packing in rollon (exposed) □packing in other forms, which shall be suitable for long distance sea and inland shipment, ensuring the safe arrival of goods to destination.

8、唛头Shipping mark：发运前10 天内，由买方通知卖方，如未收到，将视为没有。

The Buyer shall notify the Seller issues regarding the mark within 10 days prior to shipment. Or, it will be regards as not mentioned.

9、保险Insurance: 卖方应购买相当于发票价值110%的一切险。

Covering all the risks for 110% of the Invoice value to be effected by the Seller.

10、付款条款Terms of payment

10.1签约双方一致同意，付款方式应按照10.1 的规定进行。

The Parties hereby agree that the payment shall be made as the provisions of 10.1 thereunder

Payment: 20% down payment in advance by T/T, 80% balance by T/T against B/L copy. The price according to the current exchange rate（1 USD=6.48RMB, The

exchange rate floating range is not exceed 0.02 that is to say between 6.46 and 6.50 is allowed.

付款方式为：以T/T方式先付20%作为订金，余款80%凭提单副本T/T结清。汇率允许上下波动幅度不超过200个点即上不超过6.46，下不超过6.50.
