Test assembly
3.PWTH & Hardness Check
• • • • Local heat treatment vs. Furnace heat treatment Local: all joints, in winter, temp. difference Furnace: 10% joints, hardness good. Temp: 150°C/h heating, 600°C holding, 150°C cooling • Another is 630°C holding, 2 hours. • Suggested holding hour is 3~4 hours. • ODFII piping, furnace PWHT, 8hours holding, 80°C/h cooling doesn’t change pipe mechanical property.
