课程内容的三大主题语境课程内容的三大主题语境涵盖人与自我、人与社会和人与自然，涉及人文社会科学和自然科学领域等内容。

主题为语言提供主题范围或主题语境。

学生在主题意义引领下，通过综合性、关联性和实践性的英语学习活动，依托不同类型的语篇，促进自身语言知识学习、语言技能发展、文化内涵理解、多元思维发展、价值取向判断和学习策略运用。

按照新高考的要求，高考试题选材必须围绕着三大主题：1）人与自然--自然生态、环境保护、灾害防范及宇宙探索--9个子主题。
