本系列双锅筒纵置式燃油燃气水管锅炉本体结构为D型布置,前墙配置机械压力雾化燃油（气）燃烧器，燃料在炉内燃烧，烟气经炉膛、过热器、对流管束和热管省煤器排至大气。

锅炉运行热效率高，安全可靠，自动化程度高，具有高低水位声光报警，极低水位，汽压
超高和中途熄火停炉等保护装置。

The boiler proper structure of this series of double drum longitudinal Oil(Gas)-fired Boiler is
D-type layout. Mechanical pressure fuel oil (gas) atomization burner sets on the front wall. Fuel is burned in furnace, and fuel gas passing through furnace hearth, superheater, convection bank, and hot tube economizer, is finally rejected to atmosphere.The boiler runs at a high efficiency
of heat,and a high degree of automation.It has sound and light alarms for high/ low water level, and protection assets such as ultra-low water level, super-high steam pressure, and furnace shutdown when flameout in midway.Thus, it’s safe and reliable.

采用镍基钎焊翅片管技术，较同类产品寿命提高3~5倍，表面光滑，可减缓积灰。

Use Ni-Based Brazing Finned-pipe Technology to prolong product life three to five times; smooth surface to reduce ash deposition.
热管单支点焊接，热管的热胀冷缩变形不受约束，避免了应力破坏。

Use heat pipe single branch spot Welding to avoid stress damage, because the heat pipe deformation that caused by hot or cold temperature is unconstrained.
热管单管作业，单支或部分热管失效不影响设备的正常运行。

The invalidation of single branch or some parts of heat pipe don’t effect the normal operation of equipments.
换热两流体均走管外，可以翅片化。

Two heat transfer fluid runs outside pipes, and can be finned.
设备流体阻力小，换热效率高，结构紧凑。

运行采用自动控制用直流强制循环方式。

Automatic Control by D-C compulsory circulation.
50吨采用卧式结构，辐射段采用膜式壁方形结构，密封性好，吸热能力强，系国内外首创。

50t Boiler uses horizontal structure,and radiation section uses membrane wall square structure to achieve good sealing and strong endothermic capability; it’s first used both home and abroad .
9.2吨、23吨采用卧式结构，辐射管呈蛇形水平布置，易于检修和更换。

9.2t and 23t boiler horizontal structure, radiant tube sets snake-like layout for easily repairing and exchanging .
蒸汽干度为80%，辐射管不易积盐，水处理装置较为简单。

Steam Quality is 80%; reduce salification of radiant tube; simple water treatment devices.
锅炉整体及辅机设备安装在撬座或拖车上，运行方便，适用于野外作业。
