在学生中形成“赶、帮、超”的浓厚氛围,使每个学生学有所长,学有所用,提高数学学习成绩,全面提高教学质量。

一、“培优转差”工作目标1、认真落实“培优转差”工作计划,做好参加对象的辅导工作和思想教育工作,培优和转差同步进行。

2、加强对培优补差工作的常规管理和检查。

3、让学生树立起学习的信心和勇气,克服自卑的心理。

4、在学生中形成“赶、帮、超”浓厚的学习氛围,使每个学生学有所长、学有所用。

二、思想方面的培优扶差。

1.做好学生的思想工作,经常和学生谈心,关心他们,关爱他们,让学生觉得老师是重视他们的,激发他们学习的积极性。

了解学生们的学习态度、学习习惯、学习方法等。

从而根据学生的思想心态进行相应的辅导。

2.定期与学生家长、班主任联系,进一步了解学生的家庭、生活、思想、课堂等各方面的情况。

在“吃透两头”的基础上,通过分层教学目标的设计和实施,使快者快学,慢者慢学,先慢后快,全面提升。

2、教师坚持做到每节课“层级化”训练分明,练习由浅入深,体现层次性,既有“双基”知识,也有拓展训练,保证后进生学有所获,优等生能进一步提高自己的思维水平。

3、平时对学习有困难的学生努力做到多鼓励,多宽容。

耐心细致地帮助,上课时多留意,多体贴,督促他们及时完成相关作业以及练习。

4、加强对家庭教育的指导,引导家长遵循教育规律和学生身心发展规律、科学育人;引导学生正确对待成功与失败,勇敢战胜学习和生活中的困难,做学习和生活的强者;鼓励孩子在爸爸妈妈的支持和鼓励下,另行自我发展,找到自己的长处。

5、使他们明确学习的目的性、端正学习态度,逐步做到上课专心听讲,独立、按时完成作业,培养他们良好的学习习惯。

6、课堂活动中,尽量采用开放式教学,培养学生根据具体情境,选择恰当方法,解决实际问题的意识。

7、对学困生在教学中做到:“四优先、五跟踪”(“四优先”即课堂提问优先、作业批改优先、课外辅导优先、家庭访问优先,“五跟踪”即思想跟踪、课堂跟踪、作业跟踪、测试跟踪、学法跟踪)。

2 / 2篇三:英语培优补差工作计划王宛英语培优补差工作计划王宛一. 指导思想没有教不会的学生,个别孩子之所以成绩差,是因为没有正确的学习方法,缺乏足够的兴趣引导,家长监督学习的步伐跟不上,其实,这些孩子很期望自己的成绩得到提升,所以,我要正确分析学生的具体情况,促优补差,让所有孩子的整体水平得到提升。

二、优、差生情况分析六年级从学生的整体水平上看,优生并不多,如:岳柳洋、董雪菲、王艺菲等同学,他们的特点是:学习兴趣高涨,上课善于动脑思考问题,踊跃发言。

对这些同学除学好课本知识外,应对他们进行重点培养,对他们进行个别辅导,在课堂上多提问,并找一些难度大的问题帮助他们理解,提出新要求,多鼓励他们读一些课外书,开拓他们的思路,发展他们的能力,使优生更优。

对于学生困难生,如:左雷宇、石俊宇、张宇等同学的特点是:基础差、上课走神、不认真听讲、学习目的欠明确、学习积极性不高,经常不能按时完成作业,就连书本知识也学不好,根据每个学生的特点,因地制宜,对他们个别辅导,做好他们的思想工作,树立起学习的信心,鼓励他们好好学习,使后进赶先进,达到共同提高的目的。

三、“培优补差”工作措施1.课上潜能生板演,中等生订正,优等生解决难题。

2.平时多关注,做到当堂任务当堂完成,盯紧他们的课堂动向。

3、不歧视学习有困难的学生,不纵容优秀的学生,一视同仁。

平时对学习有困难的学生耐心细致地帮助,上课时多留意,多体贴,下课督促他们及时完成相关作业。

必要时适当地降低作业要求。

4、对于学生的作业完成情况及时地检查,并做出评价。

不定期地进行所学知识的小检测,对学生知识的掌握情况进行及时的反馈,随时调整教学方案。

5.优化备课,向课堂40分钟要质量,尽可能“耗费最少的必要时间和必要精力”做好培优补潜工作。

备好学生、备好教材、备好练习,保证培优补差的效果。

精编习题,习题设计注意:有梯度,紧扣重点、难点、疑点,面向大多数学生,符合学生的认知规律,有利于巩固“双基”,有利于启发学生思维;习题讲评要增加信息程度,围绕重点,引导学生高度注意,有利于学生学会解答;解答习题要有多角度,一题多解,一题多变,多题一解,扩展思路,培养学生思维的灵活性,培养学生思维的广阔性和变通性;解题训练要讲精度,精选构思巧妙,新颖灵活的典型题,有代表性和针对性的题,练不在数量而在质量,训练要有多样化6、转变教师的教学方法,在教学中,将“重视结果”的教学尽量转变为“重视过程”的教学,注重再现知识产生、形成的过程,引导学生去探究、去发现。

7、在课堂上开展小组合作学习,让学生畅所欲言,互相交流,减少学生的心理压力,充分发挥学生的主体性,培养学生的创新意识和实践能力。

四、在培优补差中注意几点:1.培优重在拔尖,辅差重在提高2.课堂上有意识给他们制造机会,让优生吃得饱,让差生吃得好。

3.利用自己课的时间,组织学生加以辅导训练。

4.发挥优生的优势,指名让他带一名差生,介绍方法让差生懂得怎样学,激起他们的学习兴趣。

5.对于差生主要引导他们多学习,多重复,在熟练的基础上不断提高自己的分析、解决问题的能力,尤其是学习态度的转变和学习积极性的提高方面要花大力气。

6.优生要鼓励他们多做创新的事情,在知识的运用上多下功夫。

五、小结密切关注每一个孩子,用自己的努力,使每一个孩子都得到提高。
