借此机会,再次审视自我,认清自我,同时确立自己明确的工作目标。
从12月底来公司到6月,这段时间的工作总结如下:1. 刚到公司,前两个月比较茫然,但我一心想着把工作做好,进入工作状态。
初来乍到,学习是非常重要的,当然外贸布优秀的同事给了我不少帮助,从熟悉产品到开发新客户,一步步走来,过程虽然艰辛,但结果总是给人鼓舞。
通过一系列的培训,产品知识,到电话营销,我知道了作为一个外贸业务员如何开始工作,进入状态,取得订单。
开始的两个月,没有任何平台,这是公司对我的考验,也是我自己对自己的考验。
就如野外拓展中的“空中抓杠”,只有克服自我,才能真正的成功。
到第二个月,从网上大海捞针,到最后重点客户培养,最终出了样品单,虽然金额不多,但是却给了我信心。
总结这一单,最重要的是客户积累,培养重点。
这一点要得益于平时戴总让我们做客户档案,分析客户,并保持和客户联系的状态。
只有这样才清楚自己目前客户的联系状态,进而掌握订单的状态。
2. 从二月份拿到阿里账号,我工作上了一个新的台阶。
这里想感谢公司给我这样一个可利用的优质平台,让我客户资源很快上升,并学会如何处理询盘,跟踪客户,并达成订单。
三月份太阳能热水器客户开始积累,并取得南非客户的样品单,目前对方还在测试阶段,订单大概要8月份才能确定。
总结这一单,并没有什么诀窍可言,最重要的是跟紧客户。
虽然只是几百美金的样品单,但是在这个客户身上花了很大心血,记得2月底至3月份每天晚上都会和客户聊天聊到很晚,一般是客户提醒我该休息了,我才下线......正因为如此,客户才如期参观工厂,并顺利下样品单。
总而言之,跟客户的感情是需要长期培养,关系好了,机会自然就多了。
4. 6月份,询盘很少,新客户的开发也就比较少,有两三个客户可能会下样品单。
同时,跟老客户保持着紧密联系,尤其是出过样品单的客户。
