英语阅读中的几点技巧
摘要：有句诗写得很好“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。
”可见阅读在知识习得的重要性。
在英语学习过程中，阅读是一块很难啃的骨头，但并不是没有办法解决的，只要掌握一定的词汇量和一定的阅读技巧，就可以了。
关键词：辩词，猜词，历史背景，难句分析
阅读在知识的习得和能力的培养工程中起着重要的作用。
特别是目前，人们更注重非智力因素在学习中的作用，教师应激发学生的学习兴趣，提供一个友好轻松的学习环境，使学生有一种成就感，鼓励学生广泛阅读，了解英语语言国家的文化背景，学生也应灵活运用精读泛读和略读来加快阅读进程，把握各种体裁的文章结构特点，提高阅读能力
阅读教学的实质是培养学生具有从书面语言材料中吸取知识，获取信息的能力现行英语教学明确提出要培养学生的听说读写的能力，其中读则指阅读而在英语的日常学习中，遇到的困难则是阅读，纵观其因，主要就是英语的词汇量不充足，加上训练少，缺少基本的阅读技巧，使得学生的阅读水平普遍不高，还有为难情绪，我就本人在教学中的点滴体会浅谈一下阅读中的技巧。
一培养良好的阅读习惯
习惯是指经过重复练习或不断实践而变成需要的行为方式，要有一种良好的阅读习惯，则需要经过教师的教导，及时纠正一些不良的阅读习惯例如：有的学生只会出声读，或者小声的读。
这不但影响度读的速度而且还大大影响质量。
使之不能集中于一点。
有的学生边读边查字典，久而久之不但失去了猜词的能力还没有了省略不计的能力。
还有的学生用手指指读，这大大减低阅读速度，手指的移动速度是远不及眼睛和思维的速度。
从而表现为在规定时间内完不成任务。
另一种就是在读的过程中手在不停地转笔，或在不停的动着手指。
这看似不经意的动作也会是阅读质量大大折扣。
因此教师在教学中要及时纠正教师还应指导学生在阅读过程中要集中注意力。
其实阅读理解也就是读者通过文字与作者进行沟通和交流，这就要求学生思维活跃，集中一点，领悟作者的意图和思想，顺着作者的构想浏览文章这道美景，同时我也提倡学生带着疑问读，效果则更好此外，我还鼓励学生养成课外阅读的习惯，仅限于课堂上的几篇文章是不够的，远远不能满足阅读的深层次的提高学一门外语，如果不设法增加接触的量和频度，是很难学成功的，应鼓励学生每天抽出时间做一篇到两篇阅读，长期积累，坚持下去，阅读水平就可以在不断提高的基础上发生质的飞跃。
二提高辩词猜词的能力
词汇量是英语阅读的基础，但是无论有多么广泛的词汇遇到生词都是很正常的。
如何解决这一问题呢？查字典当然是最好的办法但他却会让阅读终断，影响阅读的速度与质量，再说读是随时的又不能常带字典在身边，那么通过上下文猜词辩词就是一剂良药了。
有时我们还可以凭借生活经验判断词义。
如important people from many countries met together and wrote a paper .it
says our planet is in trouble.根据上下句不难判断出paper不是纸的意思而是能表明观点或立场的文件或声明。
另外学生还可应根据自己所学的语法知识，如构词法，复合词，词缀等来猜词。
三学习分析长句难句复合句。
在阅读的过程中，学生看不清句子或语篇，除了因为生词外，就是看不清句子结构，理不清句子之间的逻辑关系句子结构分析主要指对构成句子要素的确定：主谓宾定状补句子之间的逻辑关系主要由连词关系代词关系副词等来体现，对这些词的熟练掌握和运用对剖析长句复杂的句子，往往能起关键作用学生在阅读中看不懂句子或对语篇理解错误的主要原因是看不出句子和句子之间的联系和层次如：we have a big problem in the world today,important things from the earth that we need are in danger.通过分析句子的主干为：important things are in danger.其中that引导的定居从句修饰 things.
对复杂句式的分析能力是提高阅读写作技能不可缺少的因素，对提高阅读理解的水平也是起关键作用的.
四对英语语言国家的文化背景的认识和了解
众所周知，学习一门外语，不仅仅是要掌握一些语音语法词汇和短语，而且要像以英语为母语的人那样看待问题，思考问题。
而此种方式往往取决于这个国家的文化历史，从某种意义上来说是学习语言就是习得它的文化所以英语学习者必须懂得一些英美历史和文化背景，了解英美国家的风土人情及生活方式，如我们说，他吃醋了，对于我们来说是显而易见的但对于外国人来说是很难联系在一起的，故而，有些学生缺少这方面的知识，理解产生一些困难，甚至会产生误解。
如对于初学者来说很难想象give me five 的意思,这并不存在词汇认识不认识的问题。
我们知道即使是同说英语的国家，像美国英语和英国英语之间一些发音拼写和词汇语法上都有差别，了解这些差别无疑有助于我们提高阅读效率例如：公寓在英国语中为flat 而在美国语中为apartment .对于 Thank you, 美国人爱说： You are welcome.而英国人则会说： Not at all.或 Don t mention it.或It s my pleasure.等等。
五.适当运用精读泛读和略读
在阅读教学的过程中，教师要指导学生适当运用精读泛读和略读（逐步提高阅读速度的关键是多读）有些文章只需快速通读全文，把握各段大意，从整体上把握文章脉络，找出主题句关键句即可，这样的文章可运用泛读。
有些文章并非需要面面俱到，从头到尾，只需选取读者想要了解的段落和词句进行阅读，这就要运用略读如报纸，英语趣味故事等。
有些文章要我们赏析，带着欣赏的眼光阅读全文，推测文章的涵义隐含义，推测作者的言外之意和写作意图，赏析文笔写作手法，能够说出自己的观点看法，培养自己的评价意识和审美情趣，有助于提高写作水平。
这就要运用精读。
六.广泛阅读
目前，很多的阅读教学仅停留在一本英语教材上，学习的面很窄，要想提高阅读效率，必须让学生博览群书，增长知识。
有位名人说过：“读书能使人头脑充实。
”课本的知识是有限的，通过广泛阅读可以开阔学生的视野，扩大学生的知识面。
阅读材料可以包罗万象，既可以是一些简易英文版的童话故事、哲理文章、幽默笑话，也可以是名人故事、科普知识。
另外广泛阅读可激发阅读兴趣。
俗话说：“兴趣事最好的老师。
”通过大量的阅读，可以在潜移默化中了解许多英美国家的风俗习惯和节日文化。
从而激发阅读兴趣，养成良好的阅读习惯。
总之，随着全球一体化的推进速度，沟通是不可或缺的，语言的交流也就显得尤为重要了。
因此在现阶段打好英语基础，激发兴趣，同时在适度训练的基础上使学生懂得一些阅读技巧，从而提高阅读水平，使学生具备一定的阅读能力才是终极目标。
