苏北七市三模
Li Jiang and Su Hua are discussing the kite-making course to be opened in their school. Li is eager to attend it while Su is hesitant, worrying about his parents’ objection.
I would be happy to sign up for the kite-making course if I were a student in the school. Making kites will enable us students to have a better understanding of its history, super craftsmanship and some special local culture, which helps to promote feelings of national identity. Besides, by making kites, we can cultivate innovation and acquire a lot of knowledge, ranging from structural designs to geometry. What’s more, considered as an artistic and group activity, not only can kite making enhance our ability of aesthetics appreciation, but also it can improve our skills for teamwork and collaboration.
So with such a good platform to be provided for us, I definitely won’t miss out on this tremendous opportunity.

As is indicated in the pictures, China is working towards the elimination of absolute poverty with poor households identified and people of all ranks working together. No one will be left behind as we'll enter a well- off society.
It is no exaggeration to say that poverty alleviation is not a Band-Aid but a must. It is our party's commitment to bring the poor together with the whole country into a moderately prosperous society. Access to education and healthcare has been generally ensured nationwide. Targeted measures have been adopted in creating jobs that would help the poor attain sustainable incomes and prevent vulnerable groups sliding back.
Facing such an impressive feat, we students can also make a difference. Studying with every fiber of our beings should be at the top of our agenda. Additionally, we can launch relevant campaigns to help explain poverty elimination and care about the financially-disadvantaged around us, convincing them sustainable change for the needy comes not from the outside-in, but from the inside-out. Education counts!
盐城三模
A bow ceremony, where students and teachers will greet each other as our forefathers did, was introduced in 117 Zhejiang schools. This new practice, however, divides netizens, professors and officers alike. (31 words)
Personally, the zuoyi practice is neither convenient nor necessary, thus not worth promoting. Firstly, as teachers and students are accustomed to greeting each other by saying hello or waving hands, it might be awkward or embarrassing for them to switch to the nerdy and old-fashioned bowing. Secondly, there exist many other ways to promote traditional Chinese culture, say, practicing calligraphy or paper-cutting, rather than reviving zuoyi, which has already faded to the backstage
for modern people.True, zuoyi may add zest and color to the routine campus etiquette. Yet, once their novelty wears off, students and teachers will find it difficult and inconvenient to sustain the zuoyi ritual, thus abandoning it afterwards. It would be better were bowing only applied to special occasions like flagraising
ceremonies or the annual Teacher’s Day.
