警告！
汽油非常易燃，在某中条件下会发生爆炸。
在通风良好的地方加油，加油时汽油机要停止运转，在加油地不能抽烟，存储汽油地严禁明火及火花。
油箱不要加的过满（加油口颈部应无燃油），加完油后，检查油箱盖是否盖好。
加油时当心不要溢溅燃油，溢溅出的燃油或燃油挥发气体可能会燃烧。如果有燃油溢溅出，在启动前要确保该地方已挥发干净。
2.把节气门手柄置于所需要的汽油机运转速度的位置。
八、停机
在紧急情况下停机，把停车开关扳到OFF（关）位置，在通常的条件下，采用下面步骤：
1.把节气门手柄向右移到低。
2.把停车开关扳到OFF（关）位置。
3.把燃油阀扳到OFF（关）位置。
九、维护与保养
警告！
在进行任何保养前必须关停汽油机。
为了防止汽油机以外起动，把汽油机开关置于OFF（关）并拔下火花塞连线。
执行标准：JB/T 5135.3-2001通用小型汽油机技术条件
四、安全事项

每次起动汽油机前，一定要做操作前的预检，以免发生人员意外和机器损伤。
为防止火灾发生和保证通风良好，在操作时要是汽油机离建筑物和其他设备至少1米距离，不要把易燃物品放在汽油机旁。
儿童和宠物必须原理操作区域，防止可能被汽油机烫伤或者运转部件伤害。

dle发动机油针调试教程
1、首先看发动机油针是否拧紧，要发动机气门必须有大于1毫米的间隙；
2、油针多在发动机条件下调试，一般为3圈半左右。

发动前先要用手堵住进风口或排气口，拉几次把油抽到油针座上；
3、点火器必须放置10秒以上，发动不起来的话就要等一段时间。

调教引擎，其实就是调教引擎的化油器。

火油器通常有两种，一种是常规的四针化油器，另一
种是简化的两针化油器。

四针的调整相对复杂很多，它有主油针(高速油针)、副油针(低速油针)、
湿度油针和怠速螺丝。

而两针式的只有高速油针和低速油针。

把车子启动后,车留在启动台上(或者提起车子，使四轮离地)。

这时候稍微加大油门,让发动
机运行到足够的工作温度(大约需要15-25秒)。

或者让车子在地上慢跑3到4圈，也能让发动机达
到工作温度。

然后，我们开始进行调教。

Before every use, check the engine assembly, propeller and airframe carefully for loose screws and nuts. Loctite(242,243) is strongly recommended on all the screws.Otherwise propller could cut off the bolts during the flight.2、请注意：如果要在试车台上磨合或测试发动机，必须有很好的减震装置，否则可能导致发动机部分零件的损坏，最好把发动机安装在飞机上进行磨合。

东方红120马力发动机说明书东方红120马力发动机说明书：一、操作注意事项1、新机须经50小时磨合运转,磨合运转不可满负荷运行和在恶劣环境下使用。

2、磨合运转结束后,要更换新机油,复紧气缸盖螺母,调整进排气门间隙后，方可投入正常使用。

3、严格按铭牌上标定的功率进行使用或配套，严禁超负荷、超转速或长期在低负荷低转速下运行。

4、柴油机起动后，应低速空载运行3~ 5分钟,严禁起动后立即高速、高负荷运转。

5、使用人员应熟悉柴汕机的工作原理和结构,坚持定期维护保养,发现故障及时排除，禁止柴油机带病运转,禁止柴油机在无人看管下长时间工作。

6、非发生飞车等重大事故的情况下,禁止用减压的方式停车。

7、禁止在水箱中加入脏污或盐、碱的水。

8、使用本说明书中规定牌号的柴油和机油,油料在使用前需充分沉淀和过滤干净,加油器具应保持清洁,机油要定期更换。

9、油浴式空气滤清器要按使用说明书中的规定加入定量机油，定期清洗、养护并更换机油。

必要时予以更换滤芯。

10、柴油机的进、排气门严禁进水,特别在运行过程中,否则会造成柴油机致命故障。

11、气温低于0℃时,停机后应适时放出冷却水，防止冻裂机体和气缸盖。

12、按本说明书要求进行磨合和保养。

13、请详细阅读并精心保存《柴油机三包凭证》,提出三包要求时，必须同时提供有效发票及相应《柴油机三包凭证》。

二、安全注意事项1、禁止儿童、动作缓慢的老人及癫痫患者等非行为能力人进入工作场所。

2、身体不舒服或情绪不好时不要运转发动机。

3、切勿在饮酒后运转发动机。

4、安装皮带轮时,应拧紧紧固螺栓及防松弹簧垫圈,柴油机与配套机械的外露旋转零件，用户应安装防护装置，安装时允许用油箱支架螺栓、吊环螺栓及排气管紧固螺栓等处作为防护装置的紧固支点。

定期检查柴油机各紧固螺栓的松紧程度,并及时予以紧固。

5、注意油料会引起火灾。

加油前应再次确认所用的燃料是否有误。

必须使用指定燃料。

如加入汽油会引起火灾。

此外,用错燃油还会使发动机运转不正常,并使燃油系统零部件发生故障。

-必须佩戴安全帽-我们强烈建议您在使用时佩戴安全带。

-安装一个独立的警灯可以使您的升降平台在维修时不需要放置提示障碍物，还有其它一些选配装置，请您联系您的经销商。

C-维修-如果使用者发现升降平台无法正常操作或是不符合安全条例，必须立即通知经销商。

-禁止操作者自己进行所有维修和调试工作。

如果是他本人负责这项工作，那么他必须将升降平台放在一个整洁的场地然后进行工作。

-安全配置不能被短接或者断开连接。

Reglajes del carburador（1）Mariposa de arranque en frío (starter)（2) Leva de aceleración（3) Tornillo de regulación de régimen de ralentí（4）Aguja de baja（5）Aguja de altaAJUSTES DEL CARBURADOR:El reglaje inicial de la aguja de baja (No. 4) es de 1’5 vueltas abierta desde posición cerrada al máximo (no apriete forzando, podría dañar el asiento de la aguja) y de 1’5-2 vueltas la aguja de alta (No. 5)Ajuste la aguja de alta hasta conseguir el máximo de rpm. Si el motor desfallece o se para, es probable que haya cerrado demasiado.Ajuste la aguja de baja hasta que consiga un ralentí bajo y una transición suave Si el motor se para cuando acelera, probablemente deba abrir la aguja de baja. Si el motor ratea y duda pero no se para al acelerar, probablemente deba cerrar la aguja de baja.Precaución: No haga funcionar el motor con mezcla muy rica. Hacerlo puede resultar en un bajo rendimiento del motor, acumulación prematura de depósitos de carbonilla, suciedad en la bujía y exceso de residuos de aceite quemado en los gases de escape. Por otro lado, una carburación muy pobre puede dañar el grupo cilindro-pistón. Tras unos cuantos vuelos retire la bujía y compruebe el color que presenta la zona de electrodos y cerámica, debe tener un color marrón claro, síntoma de correcta carburación.3 Si es necesario, el carburador puede girarse 180º, pero verifique en este caso la correcta colocación de la junta.4. Puesta en marcha del motor :Paso 1: Cierre la mariposa de arranque en frío (estárter). Conecte la alimentación del encendido y abra del todo la mariposa de gas.Paso 2: Haga girar enérgicamente la hélice desde la posición donde comienza la compresión, hasta que el motor intente arrancar y se pare (aire cerrado). La primera vez, o si el motor ha estado parado mucho tiempo puede costarle mas intentos.Paso 3: Abra la mariposa del estárter, avance ligeramente el mando de gas desde la posición de ralentí, conecte la alimentación del encendido y haga girar la hélice enérgicamente desde el inicio de la carrera de compresión. El motor debe arrancar a los pocos intentos.MAINTENIMIENTO DEL MOTOR1. Emplee gasolina de al menos 93 octanos. La proporción de aceite en la mezcla debe ser 30:1 (3’3%) ; No cambie con frecuencia de marca de aceite ni las mezcle entre sí, puede bloquear el carburador.2. Hacer funcionar el motor a bajo régimen durante periodos prolongados puede llenar de depósitos de carbonilla la bujía.3. Verifique los tubos de combustible de la instalación y compruebe no haya roturas o entradas de aire en ellos.4. Inspeccione con regularidad el exterior del motor ante posibles daños y manténgalo limpio de suciedad.5. NOTA: La pantalla-filtro del carburador debe limpiarse periódicamente, cada temporada o tras cada 20 litros de combustible consumidos. Desmonte con cuidado la tapa de la membrana-bomba (lado de entrada del combustible), luego la junta y la membrana.
