近二十年来,我国经济快速发展，城市化进程加快，城市交通需求大大增加,由此导致的交通拥挤、交通事故增多、环境污染等问题日趋严重。于是,发展城市轨道交通成为解决城市交通拥挤问题的关键。

本论文研究了不同的运营管理模式下轨道交通的经营状况和轨道交通的运营方式,为我国现有的轨道交通运营体制及经营方式提出改革的建议，以提高其运作效率,促进我国城市轨道交通的顺利发展.

第一章分析国内外城市轨道交通发展的现状和存在的问题，介绍了当前城市轨道交通的大的状况。

第二章对城市轨道交通运营管理模式进行分类，并对国内外部分国家或地区的城市轨道交通的运营管理模式进行比较详尽的分析.从而为我国城市轨道交通的运营管理模式提供参考意见。

第三章针对我国城市轨道交通行业的建设运营管理体制中存在的问题,对我国的轨道交通运营管理体制和经营方式提出改革建议。

第四章对我国城市轨道交通行业发展前景的展望。

Abstract

Over the past two decades .China's rapid economic development ,speed up the process of urbanization increased demand for urban transportation, the resulting traffic congestion increased traffic environmental pollution are becoming increasingly serious problems. Thus, the development of urban rail transit as a solution to the crux of the problem of urban traffic congestion.

In this paper, the effects of different modes of operation and management of the operation of rail transit and rail transit operations, for our existing system of rail transport operators and the management reform proposals put forward in order to enhance its operational efficiency,and promote China's urban rail transit the smooth development.

Chapter analysis of urban rail transit development at home and abroad of the status quo and existing problems ,the current of the largest urban mass transit situation.

Chapter II of the Urban Mass Transit Operations Management model for classification ,and in some countries or regions at home and abroad of the urban rail transit operation and management mode of a more detailed analysis .So as to China's urban rail transit mode of operation and management advice.

Chapter III of Urban Rail Transit for the construction industry operation and management system problems to our operation and manage ment of rail traffic management system and recommend changes.

Chapter IV of China's urban rail transit industry outlook[2].
