每一家航空公司在顾用空服员是都有他们自己的标则,可是大致上都是大同小异,如果你能在面试前做好准备,那麼在面试时,就不会因为紧张过度而表现失常。

在面试时,有时主考官有会出一先问题,并要求你做一个完整故事性回答。在家里准备时,首先可以拟定几个问题,写下可能的回答,并有条理的从过去阐述到现在。答案的内容要包括:
◎起头- 要明确说出时间、地点等。
◎中间- 开始叙述整个故事,但注意要保持简短,并与主题有关不要离题。
◎结束- 告诉他们你从过去的经验中学到什麼?以及一些你个人的感想。
接下来把写下来的东西重新看一遍,调整所写的内容。然後用摄影机录下自己回答的情形。重覆的观看并不断的改进。也可以请朋友们给你一些诚实的意见。最後,很重要的一点就是团队精神与组织能力,其实在面试时,主考官就能看出你是否具备这样的条件。因为从你的回答中可以看出你是否用心准备过,并利用不同的资讯充实自己。
进入面试时
◎要放松精神、态度从容不迫,并且面带微笑。
◎在回答前在心里做一次快速的整理,但不要拖的太久,也不要太明显。
◎回答时要口齿清晰,有条不紊的回答。
◎如果在回答中主考官突然打断你的回答,并由你的回答中问你其他的问题,千万不要漏出讶异及慌张的神情。同样的重覆第一及第二个步骤,记住自己的重点,不要因为主考官混淆了题目,连自己的答案也乱了。

英文面试的技巧:
技巧一:注意英语时态的变化运用
应聘者在参加英语面试前大都作过充分的语言知识的准备与练习。那么在众多的英语语法规则中为什么要单独强调时态的运用呢?其一是因为由于和汉语的表达习惯不同,这是一个口语中极其常见的错误。但同时来说,时态又是比较基本的语法点,一旦用错,会让面试官对面试者的英语能力产生质疑。其二是因为在面试过程中,往往会涉及到很多关于个人经历,教育背景,工作经验,职业规划等方面的问题,因此在表述某件事情或是某个想法的时候,一定要注意配合正确的时态,否则就会造成差之毫厘,失之千里的后果。
技巧二:尊重个人及文化差异
任何面试都带有一定程度的主观性。也就是说面试官是否欣赏你也可能成为最后的决定性因素。因此在英语面试的过程中,应当尽量避免由于对英语语言的驾驭能力不足,而引发的不敬甚至冒犯。
具体而言,主要有两种做法要特别注意避免。首先是要避免使用过于生僻的单词,或是地方俚语之类接受群体相对比较小的表达方式。因为这种表达方式很有可能造成听者的困惑与曲解。
