随着社会的发展需求，双语教育在幼儿园开展得红红火火。

作为中方的一名配课老师，我觉得这个角色是很重要的。毕竟外教在进行教学活动时，有些幼儿并不完全能明白她们的指令或要求。而且并不是所有的外教都有教小孩的经验，那么她们在设计活动时就会欠缺一些考虑。这都得由中方的英语老师提出自己的建议，把课堂活动组织好。在如何配合外教进行教学活动这方面，我在此提出自己的几点看法。

首先，得及时地和外教商讨教学计划。一般说来，在学期开始时，先把整个学期要教的单元定下，接着就按月去定每周的教学安排。有幸的是，我配合的外教

在进行课堂教学活动时，我们也应当注意好些细节上的问题。外教在教新的单词，我们可以当自己也是学习的小孩，跟着幼儿一块跟读。幼儿无形中把老师当作
