摘要：农村电网是国家电网的重要组成部分，建设以“坚强、智能”为特征的新型农网，是新时期国家电网公司对农电工作提出的新任务。也为实现农网与各级电网协调发展的必然要求。如何把农网建设成比较坚强且智能化水平较高的供电网络，更好地满足新农村建设和新能源发展的需要，是一项艰巨而光荣的任务，需要超前谋划．深入研究，准确把握，科学组织，有序推进。本文就农村电网系统的技术现状进行了阐述和对发展趋势进行了大致的分析，结合国家新农村建设的具体政策和电网公司对于农电发展的宏观思路和要求，论述了农电系统应着力解决的主要技术问题及其思路以及进一步推进农网改造和升级的必要性。
