宝洁公司笔试经验一1、性格测试:每年报名宝洁笔试的人每个城市大概有好几千,第一轮网申如果申请的有4000人,过网申的大概只有500人左右,每年在网申上挂得莫名其妙的人不计其数,其中不乏很优秀的人。

没有人知道网申的标准,大家也只是猜测,因此需要对网申给予充足的重视。

填写基本资料没什么好说的,性格测试是第一关,有60多道题,网上可以下载到模板,我的建议是,将它们打印下来,先做一遍纸质版的,而且是要对照宝洁的核心要求:Leadership/integrity/ownership/passion for winning/trust. 虽然我不知道宝洁prefer的答案是什么,但是当你看完宝洁的选人标准也就很清楚了,其实性格测试里的每一个问题都是对这五方面的考察,只要你辨别出是属于哪一种,答案也就很明显了。

网申中有很多基本信息的填写,包括你的成绩在群体中属于什么位置,曾经有说法是如果你不是TOP10%,系统会自动过滤掉。

你认为自己的领导能力、创新能力、团队合作能力处于什么水平。

宝洁很重视你的self-evaluation,如果你自己认为各项指标都没有TOP10%,它自然不会给你通过的机会,毕竟名额这么的少而竞争的人有如此多。

2、图形推理:宝洁笔试15道题30分钟,网上有好心人的贴图,尤其是有人总结了宝洁的题库(强悍!)共88道题,里面基本涵盖了所有题目,记住是题目不是题型!所以只要准备充足,过图形推理并不难,只是没有正确答案,你事先知道题目,但是要自己做。

宝洁的图形推理就两个思路:旋转和数字,旋转是图形不变,顺时/逆时针、出现的角度是45、60、90、120、135、180这6种,数字是图形不停的变,但是你不用focus是什么图形,只用数边数。

1解难测试(用的是宝洁全球统一的试题,98年版),共50道
2英语作文(也是通用的题目),共3道
宝洁笔试内容:
1.解难测试,50道题分成A到F留个部分,包括看图回答问题,科技文章的阅读理解,数学应用题,看表格回答问题。

看图回答问题部分是最简单的,建议放在最终做,先做科技文章的阅读理解,然后是数学应用题,接着做看表格回答问题,最终是看图回答问题(也就是试题中的A部分)。

时间上没有富有,必需一次做完,不要把答案写在草稿纸或者其它地方,而是直接图在答题纸上。

留意事项:问卷上不允许做任何标记。

全部题目都是单选。

答题纸是人工判卷,所以所选答案不用图的很满。

自己带笔(钢笔或圆珠笔,铅笔肯定要带)、橡皮、直尺
记住自己的applicationnumber,身份证号,以及所要申请的两个部门的
英文名称(缩写即可)

XX最新宝洁RT笔试样题及答案今天刚去了广州的中泰做笔试,顺利通过了,但还没有做英语测试宝洁的笔试现在已经不是PST测试了,改为RT(reasoning test)测试,时间一样是65分钟,但只是40道题而已。

分为三局部,第一局部是15道的数学题,第二局部是10道文字推理题,第三局部是15道图形推理题。

只是笔了一天,和我定的Kpmg 的时间重叠,于是kpmg的笔试就被忽略掉了。

上午的推理考试,总共65分钟。

分三部分:数学推理,逻辑推理和图形推理。

数学推理部分难度不大的,都是很简单的计算,很多根本就用不上计算器。

有个别题目理解上有点困难。

我记得有道是说产品装在长、高、宽分别为多少厘米的盒子里,然后将这些盒子摆在依墙而立的展台上,墙高3.8米。

摆置的方法是,在展台第一个台阶放一个盒子,第二台阶放两个摞起来的盒子,第三台阶放三个摞起来的盒子,只顶天花板。

问所有摆放的盒子的体积是多少。

刚开始没有理解题目意思,以为只是一、二、三个台阶共6个盒子,可是由于每个盒子的长、高、宽都是几十厘米,算起来体积只有0.08多立方米的体积,6个在一起还不到1立方米的体积,可是选项里面最少都是5.5立方米(大致这么多)。

这道题被我跳过,做完后面的,最后剩下时间的时候再返回来做的。

后来从墙的高度推出来有11个台阶,然后算了盒子数量为(1+11)*11/2,再算体积,才得到选项A。

逻辑推理方面有些题目有点模棱两可,总之这块我最弱,不过总是能选个最确定的出来。

图形推理有些之前有碰到过的,难度不是很大。

;part4是听一段话,有2-4个不等的对应问题。

阅读分3小部分:改错,选择题,阅读一段广告、信件、传真等等回答问题。

难度不大,题量大。

笔试主要包括3部分:解难能力测试、英文测试、专业技能测试。

(1)解难能力测试。

这是宝洁对人才素质考察的最基本的一关。

在中国,使用的是宝洁全球通用试题的中文版本。

试题分为5个部分,共50小题,限时65分钟,全为选择题,每题5个选项。

第一部分:读图题(约12题),第二和第五部分:阅读理解(约15题):第三部分:计算题(约12题):第四部分:读表题(约12题)。

整套题主要考核申请者以下素质:自信心(对每个做过的题目有绝对的信心,几乎没有时间检查改正);效率(题多时间少):思维灵活(题目种类繁多,需立即转换思维),承压能力(解题强度较大,65分钟内不可有丝毫松懈);迅速进入状态(考前无读题时间);成功率(凡事可能只有一次机会)。

考试结果采用电脑计分,如果没通过就被淘汰了。

(2)英文测试。

这个测试主要用于考核母语不是英语的人的英文能力。

考试时间为2个小时。

45分钟的100道听力题,75分钟的阅读题,以及用1个小时回答3道题,都是要用英文描述以往某个经历或者个人思想的变化。

(3)专业技能测试。

专业技能测试并不是申请任何部门的申请者都需经过该项测试,它主要是考核申请公司一些有专业限制的部门的同学。

这些部门如研究开发部、信息技术部和财务部
等。

宝洁公司的研发部门招聘的程序之一是要求应聘者就某些专题进行学术报告,并请公司资深科研人员加以评审,用以考察其专业功底。

对于申请公司其他部门的同学,则无须进行该项测试,如市场部、人力资源部等。
