第二章涉外秘书工作的指导思想和工作原则1.一、涉外秘书工作的指导思想,概括起来讲,就是要围绕认真贯彻党和国家的对外方针、政策、努力做好‘三个服务’。
二、‘三个服务’是指:一是为上级涉外领导机关和领导同志的工作服务,发挥涉外秘书工作人员的上情下达、下情上报的作用。
二是为本级领导服务,发挥参谋、助手和耳目的作用。
三是为基层涉外单位的工作服务,发挥综合、协调和后勤保障作用。
2. 涉外秘书在工作中要实现‘四个转变’:一、要从偏重于简单的办文办事变为即办文办事有出谋献策。
二、要从简单的收发信息转变为即收发信息由综合处理信息。
三、要从单凭的老经验办事转变为实行科学化管理。
四、要从被动服务转变为力争主动服务。
这‘四个转变’是1985年1月全国秘书长、办公厅主任会议上提出来的在新形势下办公室部门工作的指导方针。

(五)涉外秘书的年龄趋向
大多数处于20-30岁。25岁为最多。原 因: 第一,涉外秘书工作是一种智力型工作, 需要任职者具有高层次的知识和高技能, 要求思维敏锐、善于接受新事物。 第二,涉外秘书工作又是事务性的工作, 繁忙而又紧张,要求有充沛的精力、足够 的体力。
第三,涉外秘书具有窗口作用。 第四,我国提倡领导干部年轻化,配备的 秘书当然更要年轻化。 第五,涉外秘书工作是一项综合性的工作, 聘用年轻人,可在单位任职的时间相对长 些,有利于保持相对稳定。
(六)涉外秘书的隶属关系
⒈外商独资企业秘书的隶属关系 其秘书的隶属关系采用国外的模式,即秘书直接 为顶头上司服务。采用“一对一”的配备方法。 ⒉国内涉外单位秘书的隶属关系国内企事业单位 秘书大体相同,他们都被编制于办公室内。 这些秘书受办公室主任管辖,他们为整个领导服 务。 ⒊合资企业秘书的隶属关系 合资企业秘书在外商投资比重越大的企业中,其 隶属关系也越倾向于国外模式,反之,则越接近 于国内模式。

Speaking in Public
Although you may never aspire to address audiences as a professional speaker, the chances are that you will be required to give a talk, explain a procedure or propose some plan in the course of your career. When faced with such a task, you should aim to communicate with your audience and not feel intimidated by them. Every good speaker suffers from nerves or butterflies. A certain amount of tension is not a bad thing. It means the speaker cares about getting through to the audience and about putting on a good performance. Common faults include not identifying the main ideas to be put across. This results in your talk being vague and ineffective, sliding from one point to another without clear indication, or repeating points already made. If a speaker is not thoroughly prepared and is disorganized, the audience will feel their time has been wasted.

《涉外秘书英语》课程考核大纲【考核目的】对学生的学习状况进行描述,帮助学生认识自己的学习状况;对教学状况作出检查,为教学提供反馈信息,判断教学目的的达成度。
【考核范围】考核的内容范围以课堂所学内容为主,包括:办公室日常工作接待、会务、旅游、商务、文件整理等技能;能够掌握涉外文秘常用文体的写作。
【考核方法】本课程考核包括学习过程考核与期末考核两部分。
学习过程考核成绩占总成绩的40%,包括出勤情况(10%)、课堂参与度及课堂问题回答情况(15%)、课后作业及学习笔记(15%)。
期末考核重点考核课程的学习内容,占总成绩的60%。
【期末考试形式】笔试、开卷。
【期末考试对试题的要求】主、客观试题的比例:主观题40%客观题60%。
题型比例:听力20%、单选10%、翻译10%、阅读理解30%、写作30%。
难度等级:分为较易、中等、较难三个等级,大致比例为30:40:30。

涉外秘书实务复习第一章导论1、涉外秘书工作的基本原则:遵纪守法、求真务实、超前服务、团结协作、联系群众2、秘书工作的一般要求:主动、高效、准确、保密3、学习“秘书实务”的方法:案例学习法、实训法、模拟法、实践法第二章涉外秘书的日常工作1、秘书在向领导者请求指示时,应把握以下要点:(1)秘书请示的内容一般为:事关大局而又无权处理的问题,难度较大而又无力解决的问题,以及超出秘书职责范围的问题。
(2)秘书在请示工作时,要做到主旨明确,要言不繁,态度谦和。
(3)请示是一门学问,也是一门艺术,秘书要注意请示方法的选择,并把握好请示的时机和分寸。
(4)领导者在口头指示时,秘书要凝神聆听,必要时可做记录,然后予以复述。
如果没有听清,或有不理解之处,秘书应当面提出,请领导者予以解答。
2、为了有效地处理各种事务,秘书应将当日的工作按轻重缓急分成以下三类:急办之事、必办之事、缓办之事3、记录当日大事时要注意的要点:(1)及时。
记录大事,一定要当日事当日记,不可拖延,不能积压。
如果拖至第二天,就会因时过境迁,难免遗忘与疏漏。
(2)客观。
所记大事,一定要由秘书逐项核查,使内容与事实相符,不可靠想象、推测去作记录。
(3)全面。
记录当日大事,一定要反映工作全貌,如实记载有备查价值和认识价值的重大事项,不可挂一漏万,也不可有闻必录。
(4)简明扼要,使人一目了然。
4、随从领导人应酬时,秘书应该做好的工作:(1)提前安排车辆。
领导人动身之前,秘书要首先通知司机,请司机在指定的地点等候,以保证领导人准时参加应酬活动。
(2)及时进行联络。
领导人于何时、何地、与何人交往,秘书均应及时与对方取得联系。
如果需要多位领导人参加,秘书要逐一通知,以做到万无一失。
(3)注意修饰仪表。
在领导人动身前略加修饰。
(4)负责领导人的安全。
中下层领导人外出参加社交活动,一般无警卫、保安人员随从。
此时的秘书,兼有负责其人身安全的义务,警惕防止意外情况的发生。
