There is strict hierarchy in the company , and if you hope tobe successful and get promotion , you have to obey directions and disciplines in addition to bear heavy pressure of work and work hard . Every day you are under rigid supervision and live in panic . If what you do is a job which will not provide you any chance to get promotion and for some reasons you have no way to find another job , you will be bored with it and feel dull .
