具体来说,基于G92核心的GeForce 88009800系列将会统一为GeForce GTS 150,同时G94 GeForce 9600系列统一为GeForce GT 130、G96 GeForce 95009400系列统一为GeForce GT 120,另外G98核心显卡会叫作GeForce G100,估计这里说的应该是GeForce 9300400 mGPU两款集成显卡。

GeForce GT 130M是55纳米工艺,32个流处理器,核心频率600,流处理器频率1500,显存GDDR3频率1600,显存带宽128位;相比之下,GeForce 9600M GT是65纳米工艺,32个流处理器,核心频率500,流处理器频率1250,显存GDDR3频率1600,显存尾款128位,因此GeForce GT 130M更像是9600的工艺升级超频版,因此性能上GeForce GT 130M要稍好一点,但是差距应该不大,但是因为更加先进的制程因此耗能更低。
值得一提的是,G 110M和G 105M看起来非常接近,但其实分别对应G96和G98两种核心;G 110M和GT 130M看起来像是两个系列,但却都是G96核心。显然,NVIDIA笔记本显卡型号混乱的“传统”仍会得到一定程度的延续
自从引入G92核心以来,NVIDIA桌面显卡的核心、型号就变得混乱起来,经常是换核心不换型号、换型号不换核心。现在,NVIDIA正准备再一次祭出改名大法,将桌面显卡型号全部归属于GeForce 100系列,同时笔记本显卡则会变成GeForce 100M系列。
根据某款新驱动的INF文件,GeForce 100系列将有四款型号,和四种G9x型号一一对应,层次明了,而现在GeForce 89系列的型号有二十多款,比较复杂,因此应该会有不少型号将被淘汰。
