我叫萧峰，山峰的峰。
我是山东人，身材很“山东”，性格也很“山东”，呵呵。
2000年我从兰州铁道学院毕业，所学的专业叫火车头，但实际上我们的学习内容是用计算机软件来设计火车头。
毕业后我首先从事了两年的火车头设计工作，然后从2002年开始转行从事软件开发工作。
从2002到2004年，我在徐州天润软件公司工作近两年。
估计您没有听说过这家公司，天润是一个专业性很强的公司，是在几年以前由几个博士后创办起来的，我们主要服务的对象就是铁路系统。
我最初担任的是c++程序员，在工作了三个月之后被升职为项目经理，主要负责到客户所在单位进行驻点式软件实施。
由于我带的小组实施速度比较快，我带队
负责了公司三个合同额最大的项目，总计合同额约占公司全年营业额的30%。
2004年8月，我被一个朋友推荐到广东蓝天软件公司担任项目经理。
在蓝天工作的两年时间里，我最大的成就是，我成功解决了两个已经实施了一年半之久的烂尾项目。
其中一个已经验收完毕，给公司收回了15万元的软件款。
我个人的体会是，软件实施人员，一定要“以柔克刚”，对待客户的态度要“柔”，但是对一些不合理的客户化要求要“刚”，否则项目实施起来就没完没了，公司根本就赚不到钱了。
我有几个很好的朋友在神州数码工作，他们都很鼓励我过来，所以我今天来到这里与您面试。
