摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展,体制的逐步完善,企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈,已从商品、服务的竞争扩大到人才的竞争。一个企业要想在竞争中拥有优势,仅仅依靠资金投入与技术研发已远远不够,如何实现资金、技术和资源的充分整合与利用才是关键。人力资源作为企业的核心部门,对于人才的管理方法和途径,直接影响到企业员工的工作积极性和效率,从而对企业成本和核心竞争力造成进一步影响。由此看来,人力资源管理已经不仅是一种管理员工的方法,更是企业竞争力的体现,是提高企业工作效率和降低成本的有力手段。因此,当下对企业内部人力资源的绩效评估与员工激励制度管理越来越受到各个企业的重视,如何公平的对企业员工进行绩效评估以及使用何种方法对员工实行激励制度,是企业亟待思考的首要问题。本文结合实例,围绕如何更好的进行企业绩效评估及员工激励,并指出其中普遍存在的问题,为企业的绩效评估系统的建设提供一定的思路。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of market economy, and gradually improve the system, the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce, from merchandise, competitive services extended to the talent competition. To have a business advantage in the competition, relying solely on capital investment and R & D has been far from enough, how to achieve full integration and utilization is the key to capital, technology and resources. As the company's core human resources department for personnel management methods and ways to directly affect the enthusiasm and efficiency of employees, resulting in further cost and impact on the enterprise's core competitiveness. Seen in this light, human resource management has not only a way to manage employees, but also reflects the competitiveness of enterprises, improve business efficiency and reduce the cost of a powerful tool. Therefore, the moment of human resources within the enterprise performance evaluation and incentive systems management staff of various enterprises more and more attention, how fair performance evaluation for employees as well as the implementation of which method to use for employee incentive system, the enterprise needs to think about The primary problem. In this paper, with examples, on how to make better business performance assessment and staff motivation, and pointing out common problems for the construction of the enterprise performance evaluation system to provide some ideas.
