三、具体措施:(一)加强教育理论学习,提高教师理论素养英语组的活动改变单一的听课和评课形式,增加教研组学习的新内容。

本学期要重点学习《普通高中英语新课程标准》。

领悟《新课标》中的教学理念,建立全新的教学观念,灵活的课程体系,多元、开放的课程评价标准,重视基础,适应个性需求,关注学生情感,提高学生自主学习能力,为学生构建发展的平台。

努力将新观念、新思路渗透到英语课堂教学之中,真正做到理论与实践相结合。

明确英语课程在基础教育阶段的基本要求,用这些理念来指导平时的课堂教学,以提高课堂教学效率。

(二)狠抓教学常规落实,深化教育教学改革。

1、抓好教研组建设。

教研组要在落实常规方面发挥重要作用,要做好常规落实的检查、督促工作。

为了进一步抓好"教学常规"的学习和实施工作,组织本教研组年轻教师学习常规,学习校内外先进典型,加强检查督促,使学习常规,实施常规成为全体教师的自觉行动。

每周进行检查教师备课情况。

2、加强听课力度,本学期每位教师每周必须听一节课,年轻教师听课不少于每周2节。

我们老师要做好月考命题和补缺、补差同学的成绩跟踪,加强月考、期中、期末质量分析的研讨和落实。

从中及时了解学生学习的情况,对教学进行调整。

7、针对高中学生英语学习“两极分化”现象,我们将采取如下措施:1)正确领会《普通高中英语新课程标准》教学内容、要求、原则,严格遵守英语教学规律。

在高中阶段,要重视听、说能力的培养。

同时,坚持精讲多练,为每位学生提供发言机会。

培养学生养成自己整理错题集的习惯。

2)结合各班实际,仔细研究教材,制定切实可行的教学方法。

特别注意面向全体,随时调整教学密度、深度、广度,提出的问题要注意深浅结合、因人而异,使每位学生都能预习好新课,听懂每一节课,回答好教师提出的每一个问题,做好每一道适合自己的习题,从而增强学习英语的信心,顺利完成教学计划。

3)对学习困难生要加倍关心、特殊爱护,耐心辅导差生,耐心解答他们学习中的疑难问题,使之掌握有效的学习策略。

采用“一帮一”优生帮差生的形式,定期反馈教学效果,让每位学生真正产生亲近感,有利于师生间的情感交流、教学和谐。

8、加强高三毕业班工作的研究,提高毕业班教学效率。

组织高三英语教师认真学习《普通高中英语新课程标准》,并认真总结上一届高三的教学经验,扎扎实实教好基础知识,要在基础知识到位的同时,抓好听、说、读、写综合能力的培养,特别要重视学生阅读能力的训练。

搜集历年来高考英语中的好试题,建立高考英语题库,迎接省市高三英语质检考和高考。

四、几点新要求:1、备课上要更加投入,既要备教材,又要备学生,还应对教材内容进行优化2、在课上应做到精讲精练,加强针对性,形式多样化。

3、在课外也要想方设法让学生动起来,更有效地指导学生自主学习。

4、在作业布臵上加强预习作业的研究,将预习作为常态,将原来的软任务变成硬任务。

5、每位教师务必做到把握学科重点,吃透教材要点,了解学生特点。

活动过程:一、听课前充分准备听课时收获的不仅仅是教案的记录或者某个新单词的发音,而是该如何上好这堂课。

因此听课前充分准备是保证听课有效的前提。

1、备教材。

听课者应该了解上课教师所上的是哪一册的哪一单元第几课时,并主动询问上课教师这一课时要解决哪些问题、新授哪些内容,以及了解这一课时前学生学了什么。

这样听课时目标更加明确,听时也可以做到忙而不乱。

2、备理论。

听课教师在听课之前了解一些相关的理论知识,不仅可以帮助自己客观地评价所听的课,更可以提高自己的教育教学理论。

在平时,英语教师必须学习一些基本的理论,如情景设臵的原则、游戏设计的原则等等。

无论对于他人或是自己,这些实用的理论都是发展、提高的催化剂。

3、课前预设。

这一环节往往被大部分教师所忽略。

通过课前预设,听课者可以了解到自己对这一节课的认识并预设好一些教学环节。

在听课时,把自己预设的环节和上课教师所上的环节作个对比,这种充分准备后的听课充分发挥了听课者的主观能动性,是保证听课有效的前提。

二、听课时全面关注教师所听的是否是一堂好课呢?怎样做出客观的评价?最简单的“标准”是:一堂好课不在于教师教得如何精彩,而在于学生是否学得主动。

这就告诉听课者听课时更应该关注学生的学。

但学生的学和教师的引是分不开的,所以听课时应该全面关注。

1、关注教师的引。

一堂课的好坏,学生的思维火花是否能被点燃,和教师巧妙自然的引导是分不开的。

引导的方式很多,有问题启发、情境换位、身份换位、故弄玄虚等方法。

不管上课教师采用哪种方法引导学生,听课者应该能从课中听出上课教师的主线思维,或者是听明白这堂英语课创设的大环境是什么,上课的教师的主要目的是什么。

2、关注学生的学。

学生的学习是否主动?通过一堂课的教学,学生获得了什么?能输出多少?这是每个听课者最值得关注和思考的。

要求每个听课者都要认真做好学生的记时器,记录他们每个环节机中获得的时间及其有效时间。

最重要的是看学生的生成,在上课教师的引导下,以及所提供的时间内,学生最大限度能输出多少。

三、听课中巧妙记录1、教学设计式记录。

教学设计式记录并不是教案再现。

听课者首先可以记录上课教师主要的上课环节和活动方法,对一些个别的细节或者操作比较精彩的地方可以进行详细记录,然后在每一环节的旁边注明其优点以及缺点或者改进的办法,写上简略的文字,以便课后反思及评课。

2、流程问题式记录。

这种记录方式和教学设计式记录唯一的不同点就是,前者是在旁边注上设计的优缺点和改进的办法,而后者更注重听课者给自己和上课教师的提问过程。

在评课的时候让上课教师自己回答,这样的问题式评课更加人性化,更加有利于教师们的共同成长。

另外,不管哪一种记录方式都要记录下上课教师每个教学环节的时间分配,以及学生有效学习的时间。

四、听课后积极反思上课后反思是一个不容忽视的重要环节,而听课后也应该积极反思。

听课后的反思和自己上课的课后反思不一样,它更应该注重与反思差距。

1、反思差距。

自己的课前预设和上课教师有哪些环节用的是相同方式,哪些环节不同?这堂课教与学的高潮是什么,自己在听课之前想到了吗?你的设计是否能同样获得高潮,从学生的反应听课教师可以比较清晰地了解哪一种方法更适合学生,哪里还可以更好地突破,从而扬长避短、精益求精,重新设计出优化后的教学方案。

2、提炼课题。

一堂课所提供给我们的就是一个鲜活的研究材料。

听课后,对一些困惑或者质疑,听课教师可提炼出小课题供自己在今后的教学中进行研究,从而走出教学中存在的一些误区。

3.作文批改后的处理办法(1).批改作业中加评语(2)教师改完后让学生把改后的作文抄一遍,背范文或好句(3)张贴学生的优秀范文或印发给学生互相学习(4)让学生坚持写作并给予鼓励,教师多面批(四)孟老师介绍个人写作教学方法1、坚持每单元都有至少一篇写作,并尽量用一课时完成,创造性使用课本,指导15分钟,限时15分钟内完成作文,10分钟点评。
