前不久刚刚在公司受到Presentation的培训,回想一下当初自己在AC中的菜鸟表现,简单写写我对这个环节的想法,希望对大家有帮助。

1、一般大公司这个环节用英文进行,Topic可能也是英文,做好心理准备2、接到题目后重在思考,拿一张纸,简单写下key words,short and simple3、内容不需要复杂,因为Presentation的时间本就很短,准备时间也短,根本不需要有复杂内容。

只需要就Topic适当展开,说出自己观点就行了4、保持结构清晰,Structure。

简单说来,就是Headline-risks-goal-solution-benefits-emphasize the key and repeat headline5、注意利用flip chart,在上面写下headline,key words6、注意语调变化,发音清晰,句型简单易懂7、最为重要的是Body language,可能有人不理解这点。

但是试想一下,如果candidate在上面讲,即使内容非常好,但表情呆板,眼神涣散,手足无措,台下的人根本就听不下去。

主要有几点:A、手势,两手半握,保持贴在腹部腰带高度处;需要其他手势时自然两臂摆动等;B、和每一位audience eye contact,停顿大概1-2秒,然后转向下一个;注意不要来回扫描,目光可以随便跳动,但一定要照顾到每一个观众;C、表情自然,需要做出各种表情时就自然表现,不需要时可以保持微笑;D、适度在台上走动,总呆站在一个地方不好8、有可能的话在最后加一个Q&A环节,显得Professional。

结尾时可以说:That's my pr esentation,now I would like to receive your questions and then answer with pleasure.9、最后别忘了向各位观众致谢对于AC的其他环节下次再补充。

这是翻译得比较出彩的一句话,尤其是end up这个词组,作文课上也讲过这个词的用法,表示“最终下场如何如何”,很多时候可以用来代替"in the end"或"finally"这样的滥词。

但不少英语老师在热身环节中就已解决了整体呈现,如有的老师呈现课文前的talk中已经把课文内容一字不改地出示了,接下来的看动画就有点像走过场。

热身环节应该是对旧知的巩固、新知的巧妙渗透,此时的渗透可以穿插个别生词、穿插一些重、难点句型,减少学生感悟中的障碍。

切忌越俎代庖,提前完成整体呈现,剥夺学生整体感悟的权利。

例如:环节的设计,老师精心挑选的Finger Family这首英文歌,旋律优美,内容简单明了,为下面的导入起到了很好的铺垫作用,很自然地过渡到谈论手指家族成员的衣着上来了,运用了句型:Hello,. Try ... on. Hello,... Here are ... for you. Try this pair on.学生们操练的时间很充裕,相比之下,这位老师的设计更亲切自然,更流畅,更简洁,当然学生也更容易接受。

可有的老师是这样设计的,首先拿自己所带玩具木偶等跟学生交流,用\that in English?\?, I操练一两个回合,师说“I like the puppets very much. So I can say I love puppets.”板书单词love,为生词gloves的教学做铺垫,之后顺势说:again. I can ask ...”引出:‘Whose ... is this \are they?’然后与学生交流,说天气冷,自己需要手套,牛仔裤等,拿出所带实物运用Try ... on.等相关句型进行操练。
