第一、四级作文的评分标准和要求
一、考核目的 考核学生用英语进行书面表达的初步能力。 二、考核要求： 1. 时间：30分钟 2. 字数：120词以上 （120－150）
三、评分标准
写作部分占总分15%，标准满分为106.5
采用总体印象评分方式
3、 从内容和语言两方面对作文进行综合判断 。作文应表达题目所规定的内容。评分要考虑 文章是否切题，是否清楚而合适地表达思想， 语言错误是否造成理解障碍。
五、 评分实例 Title： An Eye-Witness Account of a Traffic Accident

bike in a high speed, and just when he arrived^ the school gate, a large truck traveled out of the gate and hit him down. He flied over 3m before his bike hit him on the ground. Surely, the poor boy was hurt very bad.
如果字数不少，但段落数不够，也酌情扣分。比如在要求写三段的作 文中只写了一段，只能得0—4分；只写两段，只能得0—9分。
四、评分原则
1、检查考生是否达到大学英语教学大纲规定 的四级教学要求。
2、采用总体评分（Global Scoring)方法
阅卷人员就总的印象给出奖励分（reward scores),而不是按语言点的错误数目扣分。

11分——切题。表达思想清楚，文字连贯，但有少量语言错误。 14分——切题。表达思想清楚，内容丰富，文字通顺，连贯性好。基
本上无语言错误。
另外，字数不足，也酌情扣分，如累计字数为110－119扣1分，100－ 109扣2分，90—99扣3分，70－79扣5分，50－59扣7分，少于49扣9分 。累计字数不包括题目中给出的主题句、起始句和结尾句中的字数。
I think there are two reasons for the accident.
