《理智与情感》虽是简·奥斯丁的第一部小说，但写作技巧已经相当熟练。同《傲慢与偏见》一样，简·奥斯丁以一贯的风格，用细腻纯熟的描写在两位女主人曲折的感情经历中表现出“理智”与“情感”的矛盾冲突。"Sense and sensibility" although is Jane Austen's first novel, but writing skills have become adept.
