These special bed can meet some need of nursing, but they have the complex structure, the trouble operation, the imperfect functions and the expensive price. That is difficult to meet the needs of the general hospital and the family. Sowe develop new nursing bed that has simple structure, convenient use and low costing. It is more applicable to the hospital and the family. The patient can get up, flip the body or raise the legs themselves by the remote control or the keyboard. Or we set the pattern as the flipping-body, then it could flip the body without nursing personnel. According to the demand of the patients, in our manual pattern the bed can make the body get up and raise the legs at the same time. The bed satisfies the needs of most patients, greatly reduces the work strength of the nursing staff and improve the patient's ability to take care of themselves, that avoids the occurrence of bedsore of the long-term bedridden patients. [1]SECTION II.The design of bed bodyTo realize the function that getting up, turning body to left or right and raising legs, the bed is consisted by 12 pieces of bed boards. The structure diagram of the bed boards is shown in Figure 1.Figure 1. Because the angles of getting up and flipping body are big, we set an inhibiting device in case the bed boards are overturned when the patients get up or flip body. There are two angle transducers used for flipping body under board 2, the two transducers are installed at the perpendicular direction, they are also vertical to the long side of the bed. Three dip angle transducers are installed parallel to the long side of bed, they are used for collecting the angle of getting up, flipping body and raising legs. The functions that getting up, turning the body to left, turning the body to right and raising legs are drived by four independent electric drive pushers. According to the different angles of each part, wechoose different electric drive pushers. The electric drive pushers and each part of bed boards are catenated by L revolvingshaft. [2]SECTION III.The design of control systemA. Hardware systemHardware system based on the slip chip microcomputer, its input terminal has 8 road 4 × 4 keyboard, 3 road AID, the clock and remote control receiving input, and its output terminal has 4 road photoelectric isolation relay, 2 road positive pole and negative pole of the power switch and liquid crystal display etc. The structure diagram of system is shown in Figure 2.Figure 2. Hardware structure diagram of the nursing bedWe use STC5628AD slip chip microcomputer which has 8 road A/D switch and 28KB FLASHROM. FLASHROM can be used for application program, it also can be treated as EEPROM which is used for storing the system setting parameters. Three roads of A/D areused to input the analog signal of angle relay. The dip angles signal 0V~5V corresponds toth e −90 degrees ~ +90 degrees. The other roads of A/D are used as the ordinaryinput/output ports. The identification of keyboard uses the row scanning method. The remote controller receives 4 bits coding, that corresponds to 16 buttons of the remote controller. The clock calendar chip adopts DS 1320 to realize the clock calendar and provide timing for automatic mode. Using 12864 LCD screen with work stock to show the current state of operation. It is convenient to control flipping-body and set system. Four electric driver pushers are controlled by the output of the 4 road photoelectric isolation relay. In hardware we use photoelectric isolation and filter to eliminate the interference of control circuit produced by the electric driver pusher's perceptual load. The level calibration of angle sensor is completed by system. [3]B. Software system1) The operation process of systemSoftware system mainly completes the functions that system initialization, manual mode control, automatic mode control and system settings etc. System initialization includes that reading of system parameters, clock initialization, display initialization and port initialization etc. Enter the cycle of the system control, then detect if there is a key pressed. If there is a key value input, system will operate the setting mode and control the state. If there is no key pressed, system will operate as the last setting mode. System initialization sets as manual mode and stop state. The flow diagram of system operation as shown in Figure 3.2) The control process of automatic operation modeAutomatic operation mode is divided into eight steps. We can set the number n of automatic operation mode in safe range, they are corresponded to the limit angle of flipping-body, the time side lay and the time lie down. In automatic operation mode according to the parameters of automatic mode, slip chip microcomputer reads the current clock and automatically switches the operation in the eight steps. The eight states are lying delay, turn left, left side delay, turn left and put down, lying delay, turn right, right side delay and turn right and put down. The start time, sideways time and lying time can set arbitrarily in automatic mode.3) Set the system parameterThe setting of system parameter includes the limited angle setting in manual mode and the holding time and the limited angle setting in automatic mode. In addition, we can calibrate the bed board to ensure the precision control of angle. System set the password to protect the system parameters not to be changed illegally. Only the authorized personnel can start the control system. Also system has the level calibration function to ensure the bed body be installed in a certain angle above ground.We use Keil Cx51 to write the program which compiles at uVision 4.0. Then it can be downloaded to single chip microcomputer to operate reliably[4].SECTION IV.System functionsA. Manual modeWe can realize the functions that getting up, turning the body to left, turning the body to right, raising legs, or getting up with raising legs by the remote controller or keyboard in the manual mode.B. Automatic modeAutomatic mode has many flipping-body modes such as mode 1, mode 2 etc. In each kind of mode, the start time of flipping body, the angle of flipping body, the sideways time and the lying time can set arbitrarily. System has a memory function that can store the model parameters in system, these parameters will not lose when power down. System operation parameters such as the angle of flipping-body, the mode of operation, the time of operation etc are shown in LCD display screen. It is easy to understand the current state of the nursing bed.SECTION V.ConclusionThe automatic flipping-body nursing bed can be widely used in hospitals, rehabilitation centers and families etc. It reduces the work strength of the nursing staff and improve the patient's ability to take care of themselves that avoids the occurrence of bedsore of the long-term bedridden patients. The nursing bed is not only applicable to the patients who can not take care of themselves, but also applicable to the healthy people. Setting the mode as the automatic mode, system can flip body automatically according to the relevant parameters. This eases the user's fatigue and has a certain health care function. Mechanism Design and Simulation Analysis of MultifunctionalNursing BedAbstract--This research develops a new multifunctional nursing bed that can realize the movements of turning left and right sides and defecating on the bed for clinical use. And use the ADAMS to analysis the effects to the motor torque from the force on the rotated board, friction of contact pair and space position. By analysis of dynamic on the model of the main mechanism can get the curves and the influences of torque, which plays an important guiding role in selecting appropriate motor and installation structure.Keywords-- nursing bed、ADAMS、dynamic analysisI. INTRODUCTIONNursing beds as parts of medical equipments are necessary for hospital care, and has been widely used in hospitals, nursing homes, retirement homes and many other fields. However, the prices of good quality nursing beds are expensive, the new study can reduce the cost and the difficult of care, for example, to the patients resting on the bed for a long time, their turning over and lifting back required nurses have sufficient physical strength. Common beds just have head up, leg flexion and extension functions, this bed adds the function as rolling around, defecating on the bed and so on as needed [1].II. MECHANISM DESIGNThe nursing bed can be divided into four parts by the structure and function as: bed body, control cabinet, a framework for activities, removable bed pan. Block diagram as in Fig. 1.In the control cubicle, the installment has the master control board, the motor-driven board, the transformer, the switching power supply and so on. The control cubicle connects with the nursing bed by the connection. Except the fixed mechanism, the bed body also includes the drive motor and the vane organization. The active frame installmenthas the wheels, which may be separated from the nursing bed. In the frame there are the water tank, stool which can rise and fall and the hot air blower. The transportable bed pan also installs wheels and can insert into the active frame. In addition, the control system also includes the wire operators, the LCD and so on. In the system there are six DC motors which complete the actions of rising and falling of the head, the flexion of the leg, rolling around of the left and right, opening and closing of the vane and rising and falling of the stool and so on.A. Bed FunctionThe bed activity functions including the rising and falling of the head, the flexion of the leg and the bed body turn sides which satisfied patient's active request basically, favors the patients to improve their blood circulation and prevents the bedsore. This nursing bed has designed the flexion of the leg conforms to human body's movement characteristic. The bed body side turns may divide into three movements: the left side to turn, the right side to turn and the even side. Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 is the bed body's three movements.B. Nursing FunctionThe defecation function is rare in other electric nursing bed whichsuits the paralysis patient especially. In the middle of the bed body there is a rectangular opening, where can only seen two vanes in the normal condition. When defecating, the vane turns down to makes a breach, then the defecation device rise. After the defecation completed, the vane upturns continues to fill the gap. The defecation device is composed of the active frame and the motion bed pan which can inserts into the frame, and the entire frame can coordinate to load the bed body. The nursing bed can also provide the functions of spraying water and drying. In the active frame installed the water tank, the hot air blower and the solenoid valve. The water tank has a water pump, heater, the temperature sensor and the water level sensor. It can be realized that the water temperature establishment, the water temperature maintains and the water tank volume automatic increase and so on under the controller's control.The patient who is sick bed in long-term is the major recipients of this nursing bed. Before defecate, press the key "stool raise" on the remote control, two vanes open, and then the stool raise, plate of the stool erects automatically, and so as to the bed pan. The patient can defecate after these movements completed. After the defecation completes, press corresponding key, carries on the flushing first, then uses hot blast drying, which has manifested the human nursing function. The water for flushing is preserved in the tank, and use heating wire to maintain the temperature. It's needed to gather and process of the temperature in order to realize the control of it, the gather can completed by the sensor, the process and control can completed by the monolithic integrated circuit. As a result of the patient's defecate time is uncertainty, and requests maintains the temperature constant, for the aim of providing appropriate temperature momentarily.III. SYSTEM MODELINGA. ModelingNursing bed is a very complex structure, which can divided into the mechanical component of the bed body, the active frame, the transportable bed pan, the electronic control system and the motor driven system by the structure and the function. Fig. 5 is the geometric modeling graph of the vane [2].B. Contact Pairs ProcessingFig. 6 is the geometric modeling graph of the vane lever and actuating arm. The axis of one of the vane lever end fixed with the vane, the other end has a curve groove. Both sides of the vane actuating arm are round axes, whose axle centers are parallel. One axis is linked with the motor and fixed, the other coordinated with the curve groove to form a contact. The motor caused the actuating arm to reverse, which can realize opening and closing of the vane.IV. SIMULATION ANALYSISThe purpose of dynamics simulation of the vane is to analysis the influence to the torque in the different condition, and guide to improve the design and select the appropriate drive motor [3].A. Influence to Torque from ActionThe sizes of the left and right vanes are not equal, but the motors are same. Select the right one which has a greater area and force to analysis [4]. Select the action point in middle of the two vanes, and the arm of the force is 15 cm. The fiction coefficient of the steel is 1.2 to 1.4, and 0.02 to 0.05 after lubricated, takes the fiction coefficient of 0.05.The curves are not smooth seen from Fig.7 and Fig.8, as the high frequency component coupling to them analyzed mathematically, which were considered to be vibration in actual. It is also discovered that the vane has a phenomenon of vibration, which meet with the simulated data when testing. The vibration has a relation to the stress, nature of material, rigidity of material, osculating curve of rigid body, fiction coefficient and so on. It is inferred from the simulation analysis that the bigger stress the smaller vibration. Make sure the contact surfaces are smooth when design the curve groove of the vane lever to reduces the nonessential vibration. Fig.9 is the angular velocity when the stress is 500N, the vibration situation can be observed obviously [5].The actual action to the vane from the patient is not constant but increases gradually when the vane turns to the level position nearby. So that, select the larger motor torque as far as possible to prevent overloading.B. Influence to Torque from Friction CoefficientThere are three kinds of restraints altogether in the vane simulation:fixed restraint, hinge restraint and contact restraint. The fixed restraint cannot cause the fiction force, but the hinge restraint and the contact restraint can. The hinge to the hinge restraint can be processed as sliding bearing. The fiction coefficient of sliding bearing is small. The dynamic fiction coefficient of sliding bearings is 3.0 x 错误!未找到引用源。

1 研制背景及意义随着社会经济的迅速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,伴随着人口寿命的不断增长,城市人口正逐步进入老龄化。

所以解决因身体虚弱卧床不起或因疾患导致生活不能自理的老年人的看护与照顾问题,是人口老龄化国家所面临的共同问题。

卧床病人所面临的问题:体弱、免疫力减退、有许多并发症。

单一的卧床姿势,个人卫生得不到及时的照顾,大小便、褥疮等问题日夜困扰着病人。

而繁琐的护理过程却会给病人带来生理和心理上的痛苦,同时也给护理人员带来负担。

目前市场上的一些护理床虽能解决病人起翻身,大小便等基本问题,但由于其在透气性与卫生性方面的缺陷,始终没有很好地解决病人的褥疮问题。

一些特殊病人,如骨折病人,心脏病患者在突发情况转移时不能随意搬动,容易给伤者造成二次伤害,严重者甚至死亡,这为救援工作造成很大阻碍。

另外,普通病人在危急时刻需要救援时也需要快速的转移设施与手段以及时拯救患者生命。

2 设计方案本作品为一款以电动为主,以手动为辅的多功能家庭护理床。

主要结构为:床体,电机升降系统,电机控制系统,可离合、可折叠担架以及可折叠护栏与可滑动桌面等构成。

所有主要结构均采用模块化设计理念与创新理念组合在一起,形成一个多功能的,可根据不同的理念和需求进行改装、升级的新产品。

患者平卧位时在床中间,需要翻身时,摇动左或右翻结构的摇把,使丝杠延长或缩短,推或拉动转轴支板使转轴转动,带动焊接在转轴上的条板组成的栅状床板扇形翻起完成左或右翻身。

翻身可在左、右90度之间随间调节。

逆向摇动摇,多功能电动护理床床板下落直至放平,恢复平卧。

如需上半身抬起时,床必须是在平放状态,摇动床尾端的摇把,丝杠延长,推动支板使横转轴转动,支架缓升,把纵转轴断开轴连接以前的床板扇形托起,完成起背任务。

起背幅度为0—80度,逆向摇动摇把,前部床板下落放平。

使用时注意事项:
1、护理床床在侧翻状态时,不能进行起背,在起背时亦不能侧翻,否则会对此床造成损害。

2、在操作时,如遇过大阻力,应暂停操作,检查是否存在不宜进行此项操作的情况或已达限度。

3、左右侧翻不应超过90度。

4、操作时,患者及操作者的手禁止放在电动护理床床沿上,以免手被床板挤伤。
