Suggestions on Improving Communication among the
Community Members
In recent years, there has been a widely-held feeling towards the sense of community. On the surface, it may seem a sound idea, but on closer analysis we find many of us are increasingly transferring a chunk of our friendships, a major of our everyday social lives, from home to office. But on closer analysis, we find there must be something massively disruptive, the significance of communication among the neighborhood community members has been paid more attention.
The intended meaning given to us, I suppose, it’s high time that effective measures be taken to improve communication among the community members. First and foremost, we can organize recreational activities among our members in our spare time, by means of playing games , the relationship among our members will spontaneously get closer. In addition, we can open up a chat room where people can communicate, share and introduce their professional knowledge to each other which will eich people’s knowledge and emotions to a large extent. Last but not least, there is a rule that members must pay a visit to our neighbors once at least.
It is imperative for us to realize the communication , taking care of our neighbors, our fellow humans, and the community which we live and work, only in this way can we achieve a harmonious, happiness and prosperous community.
The Shrinking Families
Today with the development of enomic and the change of tranditional opinion,more and more chinese families are becoming smaller and smaller. In ancient,Chinese family usually contains three generations,even four generations under one roaf.So there are a lot of members in a family, such as grandfather ,father ,uncle and so on.But now these families are disappared,reapled with small families who are make up with two generations, father ,mother and a son or danghter.
Reasons for this are complex,but I think we can put it in the fllowing reasons.First,with the development of enomic, the cost of feeding a child are more and more expensive, most of familes can hardly afford anther child.Second, in the Eighty or ninety age,Chinese government actualized one-child policy,this policy reduce the growth of the population and speed up the coming of small family.Third, today most of Chinese people are changing their tranditional opinion,they think they can get more freedom and chance in small family,at the same time,small family is more suit for modern society ,and it is advocated by the government.Fouth, today Chinese security are perfecting,that means government are becoming a important role in the provide for the aged,so the people make up the big family which is provided for the aged is not necessary.
In the modern chinese society, the disappered of big family and the produce of small family are inelutabled.But in the cha

nging process ,we may face a lot problems, so we pay attention to the problems , and make sure the success of family structure
transformation.
On Good Teachers
I was very lucky to have met many good teachers,among whom the most mpressive one is my English teacher.She is a woman of midiumheight.She is in her thirties,wearing glasses,and a little on the thin side.Her name is Nancy.
I regard Nancy as a good teacher for three main reasons.To start with,Nancy's dedication and enthusiasm to her work inspired me to get ahead and never stop trying.She spent a lot of her spare time talking with us,helping us with prombles in study and personal life.Second,the wonderfully creative lessons she delivered make English learning no longer a hard job but full of fun.I enjoy every minute of her lesson.And third,Nancy's warmly human character creates a bond of friendship that will last forever.Her great sense of humor and encouraging words made us close to each other like friends.
Lecture Class vs Interactive Class
----In China, the normal teaching style is a lecture. Our teachers are always telling us what we should do in the class--- sit still, listen carefully and make note. We are required to keep silence in the class and do what they say. It is so boring. However, at the bottom of my heart. I am looking forward to attending an interactive class, in which we can tell the teacher what we think about the topic they just say. What’s more, maybe we can debate on the things we all care about.
----The difference between the lecture and interactive class is obvious. The latter is more interesting than the lecture class. Only when everyone is willing to
listening to the teacher can the expectation of the class be better. The students have more opportunities to ask what they care about. And a hot discussion in the class may strengthen our comprehension about the topic. Maybe a hot discussion will be at the cost of more time , but we can accumulate more day after day, which is better than we forget what we learn yesterday. After we tell the teacher what we know and what we don’t know, they can do a
corresponding change in their course, which will be more suitable for us. In this kind of class, teachers can know everyone’s character and give a different teaching approach to different students.
----According to the reasons above, we should call for more interactive class in our learning process..
Ambition
The famous American writer Joseph Epstein once said:We decide what is important and what is trivial in life.We decide that what we refuse to do.As we decide and choose,forming our destiny is what ambition is about.In fact,there is a heated discussion recently on the issue of ambition.And different people hold different ideas.For my part,ambition is very in the formation of our destiny.In this aspect,I totally agree with him.
To star with,ambition can decide what on will become in the future,and thus can offer inspiration to human b

eings.I still vividly remember when I was very young,my parents asked me a question,that is,what I’d like to be in the future.My choice was a teacher and that is my ambition for then and ever.Since then,my ambition has helped me a lot and inspired me to study hard and read a lot.For I know that being an excellent teacher,I should arm with knowledge and catch up with the time tides.Today,I can proudly declare that my ambition matters much in my whole life. Secondly,what is our ambition also weighs your future.If you want to be a useful person in the society,such as a teacher,a lawyer or a doctor,that’s good.But if you decide to controll all the people and imagine that you will be the ruler who dominates the whole world,that would be terrible.Take Roosevelt for example.During the world warII,Roosevelt was sad for that the whole world under the attack of a tyranny of Germany and so he was ambitious to become the leader of all troops in the world and thus could lead them to defeat Nazi.Through his efforts,he did lead the troops of America to end Nazi’s life in the end.On the other hand,for the wrong ambition of Nazi leader, he eventually failed in front of people around the world.
Lastly but most importantly,a person should never become great If he or she never takes an action.In that casehe or she is no more than a day-dreamer.Therefore,the biggest confine to ambition is the capacity for substantial action of the person who bears that ambition,as well as his or her will power to realize it.Without actually “doing”things,we can neverbecome inslaved to an ambitious heart.
In conclusion,ambition is important in inspiring us to become an useful person in our society.In my opinion,being an university student in the 21st century,we should have our own ambition and then devote our knowledge and energy to our motherland.

before i read this book, i had watched a cartoon movie made by japan. so i have a strong interest on it.
it all begins in the dead of winter; the christmas season. the coldest one of all, were the

one of the prominent themes in little women is the coming of age or maturation of the girls. during the course of the novel we see them grow in many ways -- physically, intellectually, and especially emotionally. one question which readers must ask themselves is whether the views the characters have on the coming of age process are shared by alcott. if they aren't, what are alcott's views and how do they differ from those of the women in her story?
it is interesting to examine the last half of chapter 20,
