她积极投入两岸小学语文教学交流工作，多次代表台湾为两岸四地小学语文研讨会执教观摩课，做专题报告，并赴浙江、上海、天津、福建、山东等地讲课。
她积极促进华语教学交流，代表台湾赴马来西亚、菲律宾等国讲学。
为促进国语教学和华语交流做出了积极的贡献。

上次，我们教研组活动，在听课研讨中，大家共同发现：英语的课堂教学，还存在着许多值得我们研究的问题，如：学生的学习兴趣不是很高、小组的合作还不协调，学生参与课堂的程度还需提高，教学环节的设计不能更好的为教学服务等等。
针对这些问题，我们进一步做了梳理，经过教研组共同商讨，确定了本次教研活动的主题为：教学环节设计的有效性。
根据这一主题，大家共同推荐了张小轩老师作课。
