长沙三昌泵业有限公司--IS、IR产品简介一、概述IS/IR型系是单吸(轴向吸入)离心泵,供输送清水或物理及化学性质类似清水的其它液体之用。

IS型泵输送液体温度不超过80℃,IR型泵输送液体温度不超过104℃二、产品特点1、均为后开式结构,维护、检修方便,无需折卸泵体、吸入管路、排出管路便可以检修泵盖和叶轮。

2、1S泵的轴向密封采用填料密封或机械密封,IR泵的轴向密封采用机械密封。

3、为了避免轴磨损,在轴通过填料腔的部位设计有轴套,轴套内装有O形密封圈,以防沿着配合表面进气或漏气。

4、IS/IR型泵均采用油润滑。

5、泵的壳体(即泵体和泵盖)构成泵的工作室,叶轮、轴和滚动轴承等为泵的转子。

悬架轴承部件支承看泵的转子部件,滚动轴承承受泵的径向力和部分轴向力。

6、为了平衡泵的轴向力,大多数泵的叶轮前、后均设有密封环,并在叶轮后盖板上设有平衡孔或者背叶片。

由于有些泵轴轴向力不大,叶轮背面未设密封环和平衡孔。

7、传动方式:通过弹性联轴器与电机连接。

从驱动端看,泵为顺时针方向旋转。

IS系列单级单吸清水离心泵,使用于工矿、城镇,给排水和农田排灌。

输送温度不高于80℃的清水或物理、化学性质类似于水的其他液体。

其性能参数范围:流量Q:6.3—400m3/h ,扬程H:5-125m ,转速n:2900r/min和1450r/min两种。

IS系列单级单吸清水离心泵共有二十九种基本型,为了满足用户更多额不同系性能要求,我厂采用了车扯小基本型叶轮外径的方法,从而加密了IS系列泵性能型谱,使用户对IS泵的选择更加灵活自如。

轴封型式:泵的轴向密封采用软填料和机械密封两种型式;在轴通过调料腔的部位,装有轴套(易损件),方便用户更换。

一、结构说明IS型卧式单级单吸清水离心泵,供吸送清水及物理化学性质类似水不含固体颗粒的液体。

该泵结构简单,性能可靠,体积小、重量轻,抗腐蚀性能好,电耗低,使用维修方便。

其主要零、部件有:泵体、泵盖、叶轮、轴、轴套和悬架部件等。

该系列泵为后开门结构,其优点是:转子部件检修或更换,无需拆卸管道和电动机只需拆下加长联轴器的中间联接件。

转子部件由悬架部件支承着(请参考IS泵结构图)。

泵轴向力的平衡:轴向力较大的泵,叶轮设有平衡孔,其余轴向力由轴承承受。

轴封型式:泵的轴向密封采用软填料和机械密封两种型式。

当采用软填料密封时,在轴通过填料腔的部位,装有轴套(易损件),便于更换。

②启动前用手转动泵的联轴器,看泵的转子部分是否转动灵活。

③试车启动,检查水泵的转向是否正确。

④往水泵内注水,使吸水管路和泵内的气体完全排出。

⑤关闭出口阀门及压力表旋塞。

⑥上述步骤完成后,启动电机并打开压力表旋塞,看压力表指针是否指在正确的位置。

⑦打开真空表旋塞。

缓慢打开出水阀门,这时压力表指针的位置将随出水阀门打开的大小程度而变化,当压力表指针指到所需的位置时,停止出水阀的调正。

完成了泵的启动。

⑧当需要停车时,先关闭出水阀门,关闭真空表旋塞,切断电源,最后关闭压力表旋塞。

2.运转:①注意水泵轴承升温。

一般不超过环境温度35℃,但最高温度不得超过75℃。

②悬架室的油位,必须保持在油标的1/3~2/3处。

3.泵的维护:①检查泵的底座、泵、电动机是否紧固。

②检查仪表、引线的状况,检查管路是否泄漏或松动。

③当泵安装位置的环境温度较低时,停车后应将泵内的液体放出,以免将泵或管路系统冻坏。

④当较长时间停止使用水泵时,应将水泵拆卸,作防锈处理,重新装好妥善保存,以备下次再用。

7,多级离心泵操作应经常检查泵和马达轴承温度,不比外面的温度为35摄氏度,温度不得超过75℃。

8,轴承体永久注意气。

9,调整填料压盖密封泄漏,正常水位下降为宜。

10,操作过程中如发生噪声或异常声音,应立即停车检查。

多级离心泵的维修内容小修1更换包装或检修机械密封。

2检查轴承,修正耦合。

3个紧固螺栓,消除缺陷和泄漏发生在操作。

4清洗或修理的冷却水和润滑油(脂)。

5清洗,维修吸入过滤器,止回阀和阀操作系统。

4检查或修理,调整轴泵和泵体底平面平行度。

5对准耦合。

6修复或更换叶轮等主要零件,更换轴承垫片等配件。

7号机及辅助设备清洗,防锈漆。

维修前的准备工作技术准备1设备手册,装配图纸,技术标准和其他技术信息。

2设备操作,监测,故障,缺陷,风险,并分析功能情况的记录。

六、结构特点
轴承 采用两个向心球轴承(IR泵为一个向心球轴承,两个向 心推力球轴承)装在悬架内,支承泵轴,承受泵的径向力和轴向 力,轴承采用稀油润滑。 泵通过弹性联轴器由电动机直接驱动;从电机端看,泵为顺时 针方向旋转。 IS、IR、IY型泵通用性广,全系列共160种规格,但只用四种 轴;同一规格的轴、轴承、轴封、叶轮及紧固件等均能互换;全系 列泵的悬架也只有四种。 IS型泵一般采用填料密封,在轴封处装有轴套以保护轴,轴套 与轴之间装有O形密封圈,以防止沿着配合表面进气或漏水;也可以 根据用户要求配装机械密封。 IR型泵的轴封采用填料密封或机械密 封两种方式,泵盖上设有内水封孔、外水封孔和冷却腔。IY型泵一 般采用机械密封,无内水封孔。

IS型单级单吸离心泵类型及操作方法IS(IR、IY)单单吸离心泵是按标准设计,通用化程度高。

IS型单单吸离心泵按用途可分为:IS:用于输送清水或物理化学性质类似于清水的介质,介质温度≤80℃IR:用于输送热水或者物理化学性质类似于清水的介质,介质温度≤150℃IY:用于输送不含固体颗粒,粘度小于120CST的无腐蚀油类产品,介质温度-20℃~250℃IS(IR、IY)单单吸离心泵为卧式安装,水平轴向吸入,向上径向吐出。

泵为悬架式结构,检修时不需拆卸进、出口管路,即可退出转子部件进行检修。

泵是通过普通弹性联轴器或加长弹性联轴器与电动机联结,泵的轴封采用软填料密封。

轴承为单列向心球轴承,采用润滑油润滑。

由电机通过连轴器与泵轴连接,带动叶轮旋转。

叶轮中的叶片迫使液体旋转,对液体做功,使其能量增加,液体在离心力的作用下,向叶轮四周甩出,通过泵体的涡形流道将速度能转换成压力能,当叶轮内的液体甩出后,叶轮内的压力低于进水管内压力,新的液体在压力差的作用下吸入叶轮,液体就连续不断的从泵内流出。

IS(IR、IY)单单吸离心泵操作使用IS型单单吸离心泵开车前的准备:1、检查轴承体储油室油位2、检查联轴器防护罩固定牢固3、关闭泵出口阀门因离心泵启动时,泵的出口管路内还没液体,因此还不存在管路阻力和提升高度阻力,在泵启动后,泵扬程很低,流量很大,此时泵电机(轴功率)输出很大,很容易超载,就会使泵的电机及线路损坏,因此启动时要关闭出口阀,才能使泵正常运行。

4、打开泵进口阀门有排空阀的打开排空阀,让液体充满整个泵腔,泵内气体排净后关闭排空阀,有冷却水的要打开冷却水开关。

通过在填料菡体外围加冷却水提高了输送介质温度。

两个系列泵具有相同的水力性能和安装尺寸。

结构说明泵的结构采用国际上通用的后开门结构,在维修时只需拧下泵盖的泵体联接螺栓就可以取下整个转子部件,而泵体与管路之间不需拆卸。

IR型泵泵盖外围有冷却水接管,工作时通入自来水冷却即可。

泵的泵体,泵盖均装有密封环,与叶轮密封面形成较小的间隙;填料菡体内中间部位有填料环通过中孔与压力水相通,其两边有软填料密封;轴套用来护轴,表面磨损后要进行更换,与轴的配合面上有O型密封圈密封。

泵与电机之间通过爪型弹性联轴联结;泵出口可装变径管,变径后排出口管径及法兰联结尺寸与吸入口相同。

IS(R )单级单吸离心泵操作管理规程SOP1 目的与适用范围建立设备使用、维护保养及检修操作规程。

适用于IS(R )单级单吸离心泵的使用、维护保养及检修。

2 职责使用部门负责本规程的具体实施,维修部、生产部、工程部负责对规程实施的监督管理。

3 内容3.1 IS(R )单级单吸离心泵的操作方法3.1.1泵的安全要点1)安全防护:在安装已加热的轴承或使用轴承加热器时,要戴隔热的工作手套。

在接触有锐边的零件,尤其是叶轮时,要戴加厚的工作手套。

要戴安全眼镜(有侧面防护的),尤其在机工车间。

在装卸零件、笨重的工具时,要穿钢包头的护足鞋。

为避免接触有害/ 有毒流体,请用其它人身防护设备。

2)联轴器护罩:未正确安装联轴器护罩切勿启动泵。

3)法兰连接:不得将管道强制连接到泵上。

只能使用尺寸和材料正确的紧固件。

保证没有遗漏紧固件。

谨防紧固件被腐蚀或未拧紧。

4)操作:不得在超出泵的参数范围内操作泵。

不得在低于最小额定流量或关闭进/ 出口阀时运行泵。

系统带压时不得打开排气、疏水阀或移走螺塞。

假如已安装的安全设施被拆下,不得启动泵。

5)维护安全:必须切断电源。

由于未排出的输送液体有爆炸的危险,不得用加热的方法拆卸泵。

在拆卸泵、移走螺塞或拆开管道之前,保证泵与系统分开并已释放压力。

为了防止严重的人身伤害,使用合适的起重和支撑设备。

了解并遵守公司的安全规章。

3.1.2通用的预防措施1)未正确安装联轴器护罩,不得启动泵。

2)事先未向厂家咨询,不得超过所购泵的额定条件运行泵。

3)未正确灌泵(泵壳中有足够的液体),不得启动泵。

4)低于推荐的最小流量或在没有液体时,不得运转泵。

5)在进行泵的维护之前,必须切断电源。

6)未安装安全设施时不得启动泵。

7)出口阀关闭时不得使泵长时间运行。

8)进口阀关闭时不得启动泵。

9)未经设备厂家的批准,切勿改变工况条件。

3.1.3检查转动1)切断驱动器电源。

移走联轴器中间段(假如已装上)。

2)确认联轴器轮彀牢固地安装到驱动器轴上。

IS、IR型泵通用性广,全系列共140种规格,但只用四种轴;同一规格的轴,轴承,轴封,能互换;全系列泵的悬架也只有四种。

泵转速分为2900和1450转/分两种。

而其中靠离心作用的叫离心泵。

由于离心泵具有结构简单,性能稳定,检修方便,操作容易和适应性强等特点,在化工生产中应用十分广泛,据统计超过液体输送设备的80%。

所以,离心泵的操作是化工生产中的最基本的操作。

离心泵由吸入管,排出管和离心泵主体组成。

离心泵主体分为转动部分和固定部分。

转动部分由电机带动旋转,将能量传递给被输送的部分,主要包括叶轮和泵轴。

固定部分包括泵壳,导轮,密封装置等。

叶轮是离心泵中使液体接受外加能量的部件。

泵轴的作用是把电动机的能量传递给叶轮。

泵壳是通道截面积逐渐扩大的蜗形壳体,它将液体限定在一定的空间里,并将液体大部分动能转化为静压能。

导轮是一组与叶轮旋转方向相适应,且固定于泵壳上的叶片。

密封装置的作用是防止液体的泄漏或空气的倒吸入泵内。

启动灌满了被输送液体的离心泵后,在电机的作用下,泵轴带动叶轮一起旋转,叶轮的叶片推动其间的液体转动,在离心力的作用下,液体被甩向叶轮边缘并获得动能;在导轮的引领下沿流通截面积逐渐扩大的泵壳流向排出管,液体流速逐渐降低,而静压能增大。

排出管的增压液体经管路即可送往目的地。

与此同时,叶轮中心因为液体被甩出而形成一定的真空,因贮槽液面上方压强大于叶轮中心处,在压力差的作用下,液体不断从吸入管进入泵内,以填补被排出的液体位置。

因此,只要叶轮不断旋转,液体便不断的被吸入和排出。

由此,离心泵之所以能输送液体,主要是依靠高速旋转的叶轮。

离心泵的操作中有两种现象应当避免:气缚和气蚀。

气缚是指在启动泵前泵内没有灌满被输送的液体,或在运转过程中泵内渗入了空气,因为气体的密度小于液体,产生的离心力小,无法把空气甩出去,导致叶轮中心所形成的真空度不足以将液体吸入泵内,尽管此时叶轮在不停的旋转,却由于离心泵失去了自吸能力而无法输送液体,这种现象称为气缚。

IS、ISR、ISY型泵安装使用说明书一、结构说明1、IS型泵系列根据国际标准ISO2858所规定的性能和尺寸设计的,除泵体外,其余零件如泵盖、叶轮、轴、密封环、轴套及悬架体、滚动轴承等组成转子部件。

泵的转子部件用螺栓与泵体联接,检修时可取出整个部件,不需移动泵体和进、出水管路。

泵的壳体(即泵体和泵盖)构成泵的工作室。

为了平衡泵的轴向力,大多数泵的叶轮前、后均设有密封环,并在叶轮后盖板上设有平衡孔。

由于有些泵的轴向力不大,叶轮背面未设密封环和平衡孔,其轴向力则由滚动轴承承受。

2、泵的轴封结构(1)、泵的轴向软填料密封系统是由填料压盖、填料环和填料等组成,以防止进气或大量漏水。

泵的叶轮如有平衡孔,则装软填料的空腔与叶轮吸入口相通。

若叶轮入口处液体处于真空状态,则很容易沿着轴套表面进气,故在填料腔内装有填料环,通过泵盖的串水孔,将泵室压力水引至填料环进行密封。

为避免轴磨损,在轴通过填料腔的部位装有轴套保护。

轴套与轴之间装有O型密封圈,以防沿着配合表面进气或漏水。

(2)、泵的机械密封系统是由压盖、平垫、挡圈、短轴套和机械密封件等组成,属单端面非平衡型机械密封。

机械密封件的主要安装尺寸符合DIN24960标准。

图二注出了有关尺寸供用户更换时参考。

若用户更换的机械密封件的轴向尺寸较长、可减少S值或缩小短轴套的长度(当S=0)。

装机械密封的泵,泵盖的串水孔端部应装节流塞,使少量的水进入填料腔。

(3)、泵的橡胶油封系统多用于ISY型输油泵,是由填料压盖、普通型骨架式橡胶油封和封油环组成。

封油环内充满润滑脂,对轴套与油封间的运动起润滑作用。

采用橡胶油封时,泵盖上没有引导压力液体至填料腔的小孔。

3、ISR型热水泵的泵盖与悬架体之间增加一个冷却室盖,在冷却室盖和泵盖之间的空腔中通入冷却水,冷却轴封部位,以防止热量传入轴承。

在输送热水时,泵的进口压力不低于下表的规定,以免发生气蚀。

二、装配与拆卸泵在装配前应首先检查零件有无影响装配的缺陷,并擦拭干净,方可进行装配。

一、概述
IS单级单吸离心水泵,采用ISO标准进行设计制造。

其性能标准采用ISO2858-1975(E),装机械密封和软填料的空腔尺寸采用ISO3069-1974(E),底座尺寸采用ISO3661-1974(E),泵体进出口法兰尺寸采用ISO2084(16ba一级)。

适用于工业和城市给水,排水,也可用于农田排灌。

供输送清水或物理及化学性质类似清水的其它液体之用,温度不高于80℃。

七、井下用泵注意事项:
1、轴承箱加油时避免漏在外面,如漏在轴承腔外及时清理干净。

在井下拆泵时应先把油箱里的有清理干净,不允许明火靠近油箱附近。

Besides, the operators shall take responsibility to make every chief fully understand the contents stated in the manual.0.3 Safety non-conformance rulesThe safety non-conformance rules not only do harm to a person‟s safety, environment and the machine itself, but also fines shall be brought out as a result and then compensation shall be paid .Please take great notice that: if the safety non-conformance rules are not abided by, the following results shall be brought about:----an important machine or pump set fails;----the repair and maintenance specified are interrupted;----the electrical, mechanical and chemical effect shall do harm to a person;----the leakage of hazardous substance shall be harmful to the environment.0.4 Safety consciousnessThe safety rules, some health and safety rules stipulated by our country, and some working, operation and safety rules stipulated by the operators must be abided by strictly.0.5 Safety rules for the operator/customerThe protective device must be installed by operators for all the heating and cooling components that bring harm. While the pump is being operated, the protective device is not allowed to be removed to avoid from being in contact with the moving parts(for instance, the coupling).to prevent harm from being done to the human and environment, the leakage(for example, the leakage of shaft seal) of all hazardous medium(for instance, hazardous ,toxic, orhot medium) dealt with shall be treated with great care, and some relevant statutory stipulations must be abided by.The hazard of electricity must be eliminated, which hereby refers to the relevant safety rules appropriate to different national and local energy companies.0.6 Safety rules over maintenance, check-up & installationIt must be guaranteed that all the maintenance, check-up and installation work must be carried out by these designated and qualified professionals who are fairly familiar with the manual. The work must be done during the shutdown period and these shutdown rules and regulations in the manual must be observed.When it comes to transmitting hazardous substance, the pump and the pump set must be sterilized.The following work shall be done by next step: all the relevant safety protective devices must be re-installed and re-started-up. Some other losses caused by applying others‟ parts shall not be covered by our company.0.8 Unallowed working condition.If the pump set is being used in accordance with the stipulated usage and operated as requested by the use manual, the pump can be assured of its safe and reliable operation. Under any circumstance, the limit value marked in the data sheet can not be exceeded.1.0 Transportation1.1 Safety rulesThe transportation of the pump set shall have proper preparation and treatment.Please refer to the following instruction and safety rules.1.2 TransportationIn any case, the horizontal rotation is suggested during the transportation because in this way transportation in any way can be accepted, for instance, by highway, by train or by air, etc. The pump set can be rotated stably without any danger.During the transportation, the pump set shall be placed firmly onto the carrier shelf, and all of the easy-to-loose and removable parts shall be fixed onto it firmly.1.2.1 Lifting of the pump set with a craneThe motor sling hole can only be applied to life the motor rather than the pump set. The pull force direction shall be paid attention to while the pump set is being lifted with a crane, whose angle shall be more than 90. Lifting robes shall be applied at both sides respectively. The correct lifting means is illustrated as follows:2.0 Pump&parts iintroduction2.1 Technological characteristicIS-type series single stage single suction horizontal centrifugal pump …s unique structure makes it very convenient to remove the pipeline system to fix and maintain the pump. If the equipment is installed at a dangerous area, the relevant local anti-explosion rules, the equipment inspection qualification rules and the rules stipulated by the management organization responsible for approval must be abided by. The inspection certificate must be placed near the location where the pump set is running.3.2 The check-up prior to installationBased on the designated size stated in the installation diagram, all the necessary work must be well prepared. According to the standard, there must be sufficient strength to make the installation safe and reliable. Before the pump set is placed onto the foundation, the concrete foundation must be firm and the surface shall be very smooth and flat.3.3 The installation of the pump/pump set3.3.1 Installation (on-site)1) Before the installation, the concrete foundation must be very firm and the surface must be smooth and flat.2) Place the foot bolts into the foot holes on the base. Put the pump onto the foundation, make adjustment over the leveling with a gradimeter at the shaft end or outlet. The block must be placed next to foot bolts between the base and the foundation.3) After the leveling is adjusted, the foot bolts shall be grouted. After the mortar becomes solidified, the bolts shall be screwed down uniformly and then its leveling must be re-adjusted. Then the base shall be grouted.3.3.2 The installation of pump & motor with a common baseThe pump installation must be carried out by those well-trained personnel who have rich experience in installation.The installation form for the installation of pump and motor with a common base:1) Have a measure and keep a record of the pump location2) Put the pump set onto the foundation. Place the foot bolts into the base and make someadjustments. There shall be space of 4-5cm between the base and the foundation.3) Grout the foundation and make it solidified.4) Adjust the pump set accurately with the adjustment bolts and make alignment at thecoupling.5) Screw down the foot bolt uniformly.6) Grout the foundation. Have a re-checkup. If needed, the re-adjustment shall be carriedout(with washers)3.3.3 The adjustment of the pump & motorIt must be guaranteed that the pump and motor must be aligned accurately at the coupling. Even if the pump and motor are provided as a complete set, the alignment must be made if needed.Means: If the tolerance between the radial force and axial force does not exceed 0.1mm, in which case it is considered as well-aligned. The gauge shall be turned at an angle of 90 uniformly at both ends of the coupling for each time, which is to be tested with a noinus caliper or a micrometer caliper. All the readings must be uniform.Before the pump is being operated, the running data shall be checked up to be assured of the data marked on the nameplate. For instance, the working pressure, frequency, the temperature of the liquid transmitted, etc must be in line with the data in the contract and systematic data.3.3.4 The disassembly of the pump motor protective deviceFor those pumps of horizontal installation, it is unnecessary to remove the protective device, and so there is no protective device for this type of pump3.4 Pipe connectionATTENTION! Do not make the pump itself become the pipe support point. The suction pipe shall be displayed aslant upwards. The reverse-grouting pipe shall be laid aslant downwards. The pump inlet is required to be cut short, and the device NPSH must be exceeding the pump NPSH. A reliable support shall be set near the pump, without bearing any stress or anydistortion. Their weights can not apply any load onto the pump. For the short pipes, their nominal diameter shall be equal to the pump inlet and outlet nominal diameter at least. For the long pipes, the most economical diameter shall be decided based upon the specific conditions.Pay attention to the outlet and inlet additional load brought about by the following reasons: The weight of the filled pipe, the changes over the pipe length as a result of temperature rise, the counter-force resulting from the looseness of the slip joint, all of which can not exceed the certain value specified.If there is too much strength on the pipe or the strength value exceeds the allowable limit, then the pump leakage shall be brought about, in which case, the medium transmitted may float out into the air and so when it comes to transmitting hot medium, a person‟s lift may be threatened! Before the pipe is being installed, the inlet and outlet flange cover must be removed.3.4.1 Auxiliary pipesIf the auxiliary device is needed for the pump (for instance, cooling, heating, sealing, flushing and lubrication, etc), the connection shall be made according to the size and location marked on the assembly diagram or referring to the auxiliary pipe illustration. More information can be referred to the relevant chapter about the auxiliary pipes in the corresponding instruction manuals.The installation of these auxiliary pipes can facilitate the pump normal operation, which has significant meaning.3.4.2 Coupling guard coverThe pump can not be operated without the coupling guard cover so as to avoid accidents. If the customer does not need to install the guard cover for the delivery, the operator must install one.3.5 The final check-upPlease check up for another time whether the adjustment is right or not.The shaft can be turned over easily with hands( the coupling drives the shaft to rotate)Check on whether all the pipes are fixed firmly or not and whether they can be operated normally.3.0 The operation, start-up/turn-offPlease carry out the job as requested by the following to avoid the failures resulting from the non-conformance with the rules and regulations.4.1 The check-up prior to the operationThe followings shall be checked up before the pump is being started up:Whether the pump base and foundation are fixed firmly or notWhether the coupling and pump set is made adjustment or notWhether the pipe is connected as requested or notWhether the motor is installed in accordance with the use manual or notWhether the rotor can be turned over easily with hands ( at least one circle) or notWhether the coupling guard cover has been well installed or notWhether the operators know well possible failures and some relevant rules that they must conform to or notWhether the overload has been eliminatedWhether the shaft seal is installed according to the use manual or notIf the auxiliary devices have been provided, whether these devices are being installed according to the use manual or notWhether all these bearings have been well lubricated or notWhether the air in the pump has been discharged or not4.2 Shaft sealWhile the shaft seal is being installed, please refer to the chapter of “shaft seal” in the manual. If the pump is not being used for a long period of time, the measures in chapter of 4.6 shall be taken.4.3 Air dischargeBefore the pump is being operated, the air inside the pump and pipe must be discharged fully and then get it fed with the medium. While it is sucking upwards, the plug holes on the casing shall be applied for air discharge. While the pump is being fed, the air inside the pump also needs to be discharged fully.4.4 Operation4.4.1 Check-up on the pump rotation directionThe pump rotation direction must be right. If the rotation direction is wrong, the pump shall not reach its working point, and then the vibration and over-heating shall arise, and the pump set or shaft seal may also be damaged.The correct rotation direction: The pump rotor direction must be in line with the arrow marked on the pump casing.The motor rotation direction can be confirmed through the means of contacting start-up buttonThe pump is not allowed to run dry.If there is no check valve at the outlet, the outlet valve shall be closed. If there are check valves, the inlet valve shall be opened fully.Open all the auxiliary pipes (cooling, heating, sealing, flushing and lubrication oil), and the capacity shall also be checked on.After the steps introduced in the chapter two have been finished, the motor can be turned on. While the system begins to transmit the medium, the pressure rise can be seen from the pressure gauge, and then the outlet valve can be opened slowly.The outlet valve can be closed only when the pump is being started up or turned off, otherwise, the pump shall be damaged resulted from overheating.4.4.3 The pump working rangeAccording to the O-H characteristic curves, the capacity of Q can be adjusted automatically to be adapted to the head changes. The pump allowable working range is limited, which is caused by several reasons.1) The working limit: the low capacity part overloadedThis limit is shown as Qmin in the Q-H characteristic curve, or it can be illustrated as the lengthened line in the un-drawn characteristic curve, which is illustrated as follows.The pump is not allowed to be operated within the range of Q=0-Qmin. If it has been running within the range for a long period of time, the mechanical seal overload shall be enhanced so that the parts can not bear. But it is allowed to pass the critical range just for an instant, for example, while the pump is being started up.2) Partial overload and the limit NPSH within the overload rangeThese two limits can be decided based on the relations between the NPSHR and NPSHA, which can be obtained through the following means:The intersection of NPSHR and NPSHA is projected onto the O-H characteristic curve, and these two points determine the working limit (indicating the part below the curve)The working limit of NPSH shall not be checked up while the pump is working under the designed working conditions. But if there is any change over the system, the NPSH value must be checked on. If needed, Sanlian company must be consulted for advice.Close the outlet valve. If there is any check valve at the outlet pipe, the outlet valve can be kept open so as to obtain a return pressure. While the pump is being turned off, the inlet valve shall not be closed. While the motor is being turned off, it must be guaranteed that the set can be turned off very smoothly. There shall be appropriate post-period of running time for the pump, during which period, the heating source must be turned off so that the medium transmitted can be cooling down completely to avoid any heat produced inside the pump. While the pump is not being used for a long period of time, the inlet valve must be closed.Close the auxiliary pipes. The sealing liquid lubrication must be applied even if it is in a state of turn-off.When it is being frozen or in disuse for a long period of time, the medium inside the pump and pipe must be eliminated to prevent it from frost cracking.4.5 Turn-off/storage/maintenanceEvery set of the pump goes through strict inspection when it is for delivery. When it comes to the pump storage, the following measures shall be taken.4.5.1 The storage of new pumpFor the new pump provided by Sanlian company, Sanlian has well prepared for its storage. In case the pump is being kept indoors according to the standard, the maximum storage time can reach 12 months. The pump shall be kept at a dry place.4.5.2 Measures taken in case of the long period of the disuse1) The pump shall be kept under the state of assembly, and the periodical check-up must becarried out. When the pump is in disuse for a long period of time, the pump shall be started up every 1 or 3 months (for about 5 minutes) to guarantee that the pump can be started up at any time to avoid any deposits from being produced at the inlet. Before the pump is operated, the operating status shall be checked up to guarantee that there is sufficient amount of liquid inside the pump to start up the pump.2) Remove the pump from the pipe and take a check-up according to the chapters from 5.1 to5.4. Apply protective agent onto the inner wall of the casing, especially, onto the impellergap. It shall be applied at the inlet and outlet, and then the inlet and outlet shall be covered (for example, with plastic cover or something similar)4.6 Running after storageThe pump shall be checked up and maintained as described in the chapter 5.1 and 5.2. Besides, please refer to the chapter of 4.1 “operation” and chapter 4.4.3 “working limit”. After the work mentioned above have been finished, all the safety protective devices shall bere-installed as requested before the pump set is to be started up and then put into operation.4.0 Maintenance5.1 Common regulationsPlease make sure that all the maintenance, check-up and installation must be carried out by those designated, qualified professionals who are fairly familiar with the manual.The periodical maintenance can avoid the expensive maintenance fee to make the pump free from any failures. Furthermore, the pump can be operated reliably at a very low cost of maintenance fee.All the work mentioned above must be carried out while the electricity has been cut off to prevent the pump set from being started up all of a sudden (death of danger)When the pump transmit hazardous liquids, it must be sterilized. After the medium has been discharged completely, there is no danger for people and the environment. Besides, some relevant rules must be abided by (death of danger)5.2 Maintenance/check-up5.2.1 Operation managementThe following points must be paid great attention to while the pump is being operated:The pump must be operated stably.The pump is not allowed to run dryTo avoid the medium temperature rise, the pump can not be operated for a long period of time while the outlet valve has been closed.While the ambient temperature reaches 30 (80F),the bearing temperature can not exceed 90 (194F), while the temperature is rising, the bearing temperature can not exceed 100 (212F).If there is any inlet valve, it can not be closed while the pump is being operated.Take a periodical check-up and start up the standby pumpCheck on whether the auxiliary pipe has been well connected.Check on the flexible components on the coupling. If there is abrasion, please have replacement immediately.If it is not the working medium that is applied for sealing, cooling or lubrication oil, it must be guaranteed that the applied liquid pressure must be 1.0---2.0 bar higher than the inlet pressure. If the packing seal is applied for the pump, the fact that several drops of water dribble is allowed at the packing box during the operation. Press lightly the packing gland until there are little drops of water dribbling.5.2.2 The maintenance over the shaft sealFor the shaft seal for HS(V) pump, it can be provided of its own (or it can be provided from outside according to the working conditions). Prior to the start-up, the valves on the shaft seal water pipe shall be opened. After the start-up, the sealing condition of the shaft seal shall be watched on, and make adjustment over the shaft seal water volume and water pressure.The drop leakage shall be appropriate for the packing seal. Otherwise, the packing gland needs to be pressed tight. If there is still large volume of leakage after it has been adjusted to the maximum limit, the packing shall be replaced. For the mechanical seal, the pump needs to be turned over with hands to see whether the turn is easy and smooth. After the continuous running, the leakage volume shall not exceed 5ml/h, otherwise, it shall be stopped for a check on the shaft seal.5.2.3 The maintenance of bearingIt is unnecessary to maintain the deep groove ball bearing fro grease lubrication. If the thin oil lubrication bearing is applied, the chapter of “thin oil lubrication bearing” in the bearing use manual can be referred to for maintenance.5.3 DisassemblyPrior to the disassembly, please make sure that the pump shall not start running all of a sudden and the inlet valve and outlet valve must be closed. The pump must be cooled down to the ambient temperature. The pump must be discharged completely. The pressure must be released.The disassembly and re-assembly must be carried out in accordance with the relevant sectional view.5.3.1 Common regulations & suggestionsThe maintenance must be carried out by these professionals, and the original spare parts must be applied. The safety rules must be abided by. The operations relating to the electricity must be carried out according to the instructions and regulations made by some relevant motor plants.The disassembly and re-assembly must be carried out in accordance with the relevant overall installation diagram. Please look at the attachments for the overall installation diagram and some other relevant information. The disassembly can be carried out as described in the overall installation diagram.If there is any failure, please contact our sanlian service department.5.3.2 Disassembly preparationPlease refer to the chapter of “coupling” in the use manual. Without removing the inlet and outlet pipe or re-adjusting the pump location, the whole rotor part can be removed.The rotor part can be removed according to the following sequences:1) Close the inlet and outlet valve, let loose the water discharge plug and air discharge plugto get the pump well discharged.2) Remove all the auxiliary pipes on the pump3) Remove the coupling guard cover.4) Let loose and remove the seal cover.5) Let loose the flange screw, separate the pump casing from the pump cover with a cover-offscrew, lift the pump cover with a crane and place it at a sate location, in which case the maintenance can be carried out and the internal part of pump can be disassembled.6) If the thin oil lubrication is applied for the bearing, the thin oil shall be discharged.7) Remove the connection bolts between the bearing body and the bearing bracket. Let loosethe nuts and connection bolts of the non-drive bearing cover.8) Exit the bearing body from the channel. Lift the rotor out of the casing and place it at a safelocation for further disassembly.9) Remove the bearing body on the non-drive bearing10) Let loose and remove the round nut.11) Remove the deep groove ball bearing from the shaft, the shaft sleeve includes.12) Remove the bearing gland.13) Remove the v-ring from the shaft sleeve14) Remove the seal body15) Remove the shaft sleeve16) There is space between the impeller and the shaft, so normally the impeller can beremoved easily. If it can not be removed, a plastic hammer shall be applied to knock lightly at the impeller hub.17) Remove the other shaft sleeve and shaft seal18) Remove the pump coupling19) Remove the bearing body20) Let loose the flexible deflector and exit the deep groove bearing5.4 Re-assemblyThe re-assembly can be carried out counter to the disassembly process, and the overall installation diagram various part list can be referred to.The assembly and disassembly of the shaft seal, bearing, casing, and impeller seal ring must be carried out in accordance with the specified assembly technique or installation instruction, and the chapter of 5.5.1 and 5.5.2 must be referred to. If the thin oil lubrication bearing is applied for the pump, the chapter of “thin oil lubrication bearing” must be referred to.。

一、用途及特点
IS、IR型泵是卧式单级单吸清水离心泵,供吸送清水及物理化学性质类似水不含固体颗
粒的液体。

它广泛适用于工农业及城市、排水、消防供水等。

IS、IR型泵系根据国际标准ISO2858所规定的性能和尺寸设计,其技术标准均向国际标准靠拢,达到国际先进水平。

它是我国推广的节能泵类产品之一。

本泵结构简单,性能可靠,体积小,重量轻,抗汽蚀性能好,电耗低,使用维修方便。

IS. IR型泵通用性广,全系列共140种规格,但只用四种轴;同一规格的轴,轴承,轴封,叶轮紧固件等均能互换;全系列泵的悬架也只有四种。

泵转速分为2900和1450转/分两种。

本泵为后开式,拆开泵盖和叶轮时不需拆卸吸水和排出管路。

悬架装有两个滚珠轴承,用机器油或润滑脂润滑。

泵通过弹性联轴器山电动机直接驱动。

涡室、脚、进水法兰和出水法兰铸成一个整体。

结构图
IS、IR型泵系根据国家标准IS02858所规定的性能和尺寸设计的,主要由泵体⑴、泵盖(2)、叶轮(3)、轴(4)、密封环(5)、轴套(8)及悬架轴承部件(12)等所组成。

IS、IR型泵的泵体和泵盖的郡分,是从叶轮背面处剖分的,即通常所说的后开门结构形式。

其优点是检修方便,检修时不动泵体,吸入管路,排出管路和电动机,只需拆下加长联轴器的中间联接件,即可退出转子部件,进行检修。

泵的壳体(即泵体和泵盖)构成泵的工作室、叶轮、轴和滚动轴承等为泵的转子。

悬架轴承郡件支承着泵的转子部件,滚动轴承承受泵的径向力和轴向力。

为了平衡泵的轴向力,大多数泵的叶轮前、后均设有密封环,并在叶轮后盖板上设有平衡孔,由于有些泵轴向力不大,叶轮背面未设密封环和平衡孔。

泵的轴向密封环是由填料压盖(9),填料环(10),和填料(门)等组成,以防止进气或大量漏水。

泵的叶轮如有平衡,则装有软填料的空腔与叶轮吸入口相通,若叶轮入口处液体处于真空状态,则很容易沿着轴套表面进气,故在填料腔装有填料环通过泵盖上的小孔将泵室压力水刊至填料环进行密封。

泵的叶轮如没有平衡孔,山于叶轮背面液体压力大于大气压,因而不存在漏气问题,故可不装填料环。

为避免轴磨损,在轴通过填料腔的部位装有轴套保护,轴套与轴之间装有O形密封圈,以防
止沿着配合表面进气或漏水。

泵的传动方式是通过加长弹性联轴器与电动机联结的。

泵的旋转方向,从驱动端看,为顺时针方向旋转。

四、水泵装配与拆卸
泵在装配前应首先检查零件有无影响装配的缺陷,并擦洗干净,方可进行装配。

1、予先可将各处的连接螺栓,丝堵等分别拧紧在相应的零件上。

2、予先可将O形密封圈、纸垫、毛毡等分别放置在相应的零件上。

3、予先可将密封环和填料、填料环、填料压盖等依次装到泵盖。

4、将滚动轴承装到轴上,然后装到悬架,再合上压盖,压紧滚动轴承,并在轴上套上连接螺栓。

5、将轴套装在轴上,再将泵盖装在悬架上,然后再将叶轮、止动垫圈、叶轮螺母等装上并拧紧。

最后将上述组件装到泵体,并拧紧泵体、泵盖上的连接螺栓。

在上述装配过程中,一些小件如平键、挡油盘、挡水圈轴套O形密封圈等容易遗漏或装错顺序,应特别注意:。

泵拆卸顺序基本上可按装配顺序的反向进行。

五、水泵安装
泵安装的好坏对泵的运行和寿命有重要影响,所以安装和校正必须仔细进行。

泵的外形及安装尺寸。

1、安装和校正
(1)清除底座上的油腻和污垢,把底座放在地基上。

(2)用水平仪检查底座的水平度,允许用楔铁找平。

(3)用水泥浇灌底座和地脚螺栓孔眼。

(4)水泥干固后应检查底座和地脚螺栓孔眼是否松动,合适后拧紧地脚螺栓,重新检查水平度。

(5)清理底座的支持平面,水泵脚及电机脚的平面,并把水泵和电机安装到底座上去。

(6)联轴器之间应保持一定的间隙,检查水泵轴和电机转中心线是否一致,可用薄垫片调整使其同心。

测量联轴器的外园上下,左右的差别不得超过0.1mm,两联轴器端面间隙一周上最大和
最小的间隙差别不得超过0.3mm°
2、安装说明
(1)泵的安装高度,管路的长度、直径、流速应符合计算,力求减少不必要的损失。

(2)长距输送时应取较大的管径,泵的管路应有自已的支架,不允许管路的重量加在泵上, 避免把泵压坏。

(3)排出管路如装逆止阀应装在闸阀的外面。

六、水泵起动、停止与运转
1、起动
(1)应在机泵联结前确定是电动机的旋转方向是否正确,泵的运转是否灵活。

(2)关闭吐出管路上的闸阀。

(3)向泵灌满水,或用真空泵引水。

(4)接通电源,当泵达到正常转速后,再逐渐打开吐出管路上的闸阀,并调节到所需要的工况,在吐出管上的闸阀关闭的情况下,泵连续工作的时间不得超过3分钟。

2、停止
(1)逐渐关闭吐出管路上的闸阀,切断电源。

(2)如环境温度低于0°C,应将泵水放出,以免冻裂。

(3)如长期停止使用,应将泵拆卸清洗上油,包装保管。

3、运转
(1)在开车及运转过程中,必须注意观察仪表读数,轴承发热,填料漏水和发热及的振动和杂音等是否正常,如果发现异常情况,应即时处理。

(2)轴承温度最高不大于80°C,轴承温度不得比周固温度超过40°C。

(3)填料正常,漏水应该是少量均匀。

(4)轴承油位应保持在正常位置上,不能过高或过低,过低时应及时补充润滑油。

(5)如密封环和叶轮配合部位的间隙磨损过大应更换新的密封环。

七、水泵故障原因及其解决方法。
