2、以上附表所列价格，除农业排灌、脱粒用电外，均含城市公用事业附加费每千 瓦时 0.5 分钱。
The rate for the power consumed by the former national key coal industry enterprises, and uranium proliferation plants and pile chemical plants of nuclear industry which has been transfered to local level is￥0.017 less than the classified prices listed above. And the rate for the power for special agriculture purposes, damages resisting & saving and fertilizer production of small and middle scales, is ￥ 0.02 less than the classified rates listed above.

3、已下放地方的原国有重点煤炭企业生产用电、核工业铀扩散厂和堆化工厂生产 用电价格，按表所列的分类电价每千瓦时降低 1.7 分钱执行；农业排灌、脱粒用电、抗灾救 灾用电、中小化肥生产用电，按表列分类电价每千瓦时降低 2 分钱执行。

1、以上附表所列价格，除贫困县农业排灌用电外，均含农网还贷基金(电价)每 千瓦时 2 分钱和三峡工程建设基金每千瓦时 1.5 分钱。
The rate listed in the table above, except that for the power for special agricultural purpose, includes affiliated fee for urban utility, 0.005 Yuan/kwh.
