1E-mail:*************************23-Way & 4-Way Valves, 2 & 3 PositionGENERAL DESCRIPTIONWafer SealingWafer type elastomer sealingprovides leakproof and low frictionoperation throughout entire pressure range.Versa’s C-Series, C5, C7 & C9, valves are multi-purpose three and four-way, 2 and 3 position, solenoid/pilot, pilot and manually operated pneumatic valves consisting of two body types; side ported and manifold mounted. All the C-Series solenoid valves utilize a high performance solenoid pilot design. This design takes advantage of the available media pressure/force to shift valve assuring positive shifting. A low power solenoid controls the pilot signal which provides the positive force for shifting the valve spool. Solenoid/pilot supply can be either Inpilot or Expilot.Double solenoid/pilot 2 position models feature detented offset positions. Double solenoid/pilot 3 position models feature a spring return to the unactuated center position with all ports blocked or exhaust ports open in the center position or cylinder ports open to inlet.A balanced, packed spool is the flow controlling element of each valve. The balanced spool allows the force necessary to shift the valve to remain independent of the pressure of the medium being controlled. 气动蝶阀使用说明书北京阿尔肯阀门有限公司一、概述气动蝶阀(调节阀/开关型),是在引进国外先进技术的基础工业上进行特殊设计,精心制造的产品。

可采用智能控制与定位、与德国西门子公司生产的电气阀门定位器或国产电气阀门定位器配套,输入4~20mA DC 信号及0.5~0.7Mpa 气源即可控制运转,实现对压力、流量、温度、液位等参数的调节。

它是以压缩空气为动力,阀杆带动阀芯在阀体内转动90,可以实现全开——全闭的动作。

该产品按其密封性能分为金属密封与软密封。

气动硬密封三偏心蝶阀使用说明书1.产品概述气动蝶阀具有优良的切断性能和调节性能,其阀板与密封组件采用了金属U型弹性阀座和三偏心阀板结构。

阀板形状为椭圆形圆锥体。

当阀门打开时,椭圆形圆锥体密封面先脱离U形弹性阀座,然后再旋转,这样可降低摩擦阻力和磨损。

Subject to change as a result of tech-nical progress.2.3General safety instructionsWARNINGRisk of injury by outflowing mediumDismantling the valve or valve assemblies from the plant can cause injuries.–Medias flowing through the leakage drain outlet are to be drained off without splashing into a discharge arrangement.–Carry the disassembling only if when the plant has been rendered pressure-less and freeof liquid and gas.WARNINGRisk of injury by moving partsDo not grab into the valve when the actuator is pressurized. Limbs can be crushing or amputating.–Remove the control air line before dismantling.–Ensure that the actuator is unpressurized.WARNINGRisk of injury by pre-stressed pressure spring.The pneumatic-mechanical actuator is spring-loaded. Before operation, unlock the final position lock by lifting the notch lever against thehand lever. By letting go of the notch lever in the respective final position the spring-loaded notchlever will latch back by itself to the final position lock. The position of the hand lever indicateswhether the valve is opened or closed. It will be opened, if the valve points in the direction of thepipe axle – it will be closed, if the valve is positioned crosswise to the pipe axle. The rotary ac-tuator for this purpose is supplied complete with fitting device. The following actuators are avail-able, depending on the desired actuating function.Position indicator with sensor mounting for feedback signal.The actuator is equipped with a proximity switch mounting (sensor mounting) and a position indica-tion. When inductive proximity initiators M 12x1 are installed, the current "Open" or "Shut" positioncan be interrogated. By screwing the proximity initiator to the limit position the required switchinggap for the signal transmission is established.. When the valve is closed the position indication isoriented vertically to the direction of valve passage. When the valve is open it is oriented parallel tothe valve passage.Feedback unit -optional-Optionally, modular valve control head systems can be installed to the actuator for reading and ac-tuating valve positions. The standard version is a closed system with SPS or ASI-bus switch-onelectronics, and integrated 3/2-way solenoid valves. For tough operating conditions we recommendemploying a high-grade steel cover.6 | Commissioning, service and maintenanceOperating instruction | KIESELMANN GmbH 6Commissioning, service and maintenance6.1Commissioning6.1.1Installation instructionsFor ball valves without leakage outlet, the installation position is without importance.Ball valves with leakage outlet must always be installed vertically to ensure that outflow of leakage,or of cleaning medium, from the valve is such that no residue will remain inside the valve.For valves which are to be welded in on both sides, a releasable connection has to be fitted into thepipework to allow dismounting (maintenance).6.1.2General welding guidelinesSealing elements integrated in weld components must generally be removed prior to welding. Toprevent damage, welding should be undertaken by certified personnel (EN ISO 9606-1). Use the TIG(Tungsten Inert Gas) welding process.CAUTIONDamage and injuries due to high temperature supplyTo avoid a distortion of the components, all welding parts must be welded to stress-relieved.Allow all components to cool before assembling.Damage due to impuritiesImpurities can cause damage to the seals and seals area.Clean inside areas prior to assembly.6.1.3ATEX - GuidelinesFor valves or plants/installations that are operated in the ATEX area, sufficient bonding (grounding)must be ensured (see valid ATEX Guidelines EG).KIESELMANN GmbH | Operating instruction Commissioning, service and maintenance | 66.2ServiceReplacement of sealsTo achieve optimal maintenance cycles, the following points must be observed!–When replacement of seals, all product-contacting seals should be replaced.–Only original spare parts may be installed.Maintenance intervalThe maintenance intervals depend on the operating conditions "temperature, temperature-intervals,medium, cleaning medium, pressure and opening frequency". We recommend replacing the seals 2-year cycle.The user, however should establish appropriate maintenance intervals according to thecondition of the seals.Lubricant recommendationEPDM; HNBR; NBR; FKM; k-flex-Klüber Paraliq GTE703*Silicone-Klüber Sintheso pro AA2*Thread-Interflon Food**) It is only permitted to use approved lubricants, if the respective fitting is used for the produc-tion of food or drink. Please observe the relevant safety data sheets of the manufacturers of lub-ricants.6.3CleaningIn order to ensure continuous flawless function during operation, the surfaces between the valvebody and the ball must be cleaned.Open and close the valve several times from the open position. With an angle of rotation of ≥ 20°,cleaning fluid flows into the area between the ball and casing. A time-dependent actuation in theangle of rotation range 20°-45° makes the cleaning process more efficient. 气动薄膜调节阀
一、总体介绍
ZVP系列气动薄膜精小型单座调节阀采用顶导向结构,配用多弹簧薄膜执行机构。

具有结构紧凑、重量轻、动作灵敏、流体通道呈~流线型、压降损失少、阀容量大、流量特性精确、拆装方便等优点。

广泛应用于精确控制各类无腐蚀性气体、液体、蒸汽等介质,工艺参数如压力、流量、温度、液位保持在给定值。

特别适用于允许泄漏量小、阀前后压差不大的工作场合。

本系列产品的公称压力等级有PN10、16、25、40,公称直径范围DN15~150。

适用流体温度为-25℃~+130℃至+180℃。

泄漏率为KVS值的0~0.02%,流量特性为线性和等百分比的组合。

设计单位及用户可根据具体工况进行选择。

本系列产品的阀体一般采用SIEMENS品牌产品。

二、工作原理

图1表示电-气阀门定位器的工作原理。

气动薄膜阀正常工作时,电-气阀门定位器从控制器或控制系统中接受DC4~20mA电流信号,转换成空气压力,向气动执行机构输送,从而来控制阀门的开度。

三、基本结构

图中主要表示气缸执行机构和阀体的连接方式,结构配置还包括了电气阀门定位器、空气过滤器、减压阀、压力表等相关配件。

电气阀门定位器一般选用德国SIEMENS和韩国YTC品牌产品,或根据需要选用其他品牌的产品。

四、型号编制说明
具体型号命名规则为ZVPa-bc d-ef
a—阀体系列号,有31、40、41、45、52、61共六个系列
b—公称压力(×0.1MPa):10、16、25、40
c—作用方式:K为气开式,B为气关式
d—公称直径,DN15、DN50、DN150等
e—流量系数(水介质)
f—180℃高温蒸汽型用Z表示,130℃以下省略
注:根据客户要求,具体配置以实物为准。

六、连接尺寸及标准
·法兰按GB/T9113-2000(默认标准);
·法兰端面距按GB12221-89(其它标准须指明);
·执行机构气信号接口:内螺纹M10x1(DN ≤100), 内螺纹M16x1.5(DN>100); 七、安装与维修 (一).安装
1.安装前的准备工作
a )由于调节阀长途运输、搬运、长期存放等因素,对于一般场合,必须检查外观;观察有无破损和螺丝松动等情况。

密封处的螺钉必须紧固,以保证可靠密封,填料上的压紧螺钉紧固在适当的位置,以既保证填料函的密封而又不降低整机精度为佳。

对于重要的使用场合或被调介质为腐蚀、有害的介质时,还应该进行强度、密封、泄露试验及精度测试。

b )在安装前应对管道进行清洗,在阀门入口侧安装过滤器和排放阀,以便去除砂粒、垢锈
和其他杂质。

2. 安装前应考虑的问题:
a)安全:应考虑到安装、试验、操作和维修过程中人员和设备的安全。

b)控制性能:应保证调节阀入口处有足够的直管段,配管系统的压力损失应与调节阀选择时所计算的压力一致,以保证所需的实际流通能力与流量特性不变。

c)手操的方便性:阀门的安装位置应便于操作人员的手动操作,操作人员能看着指示器上显示的数值来操作阀门。

如用旁路阀进行手动操作,那么,旁路阀的流通特性及行程应与调节阀选择一致。

d)可接近性:应考虑到调节阀就地拆装和维修的可能性。

e)调节阀阀组:调节阀一般应设旁路,以便在自控系统出现故障时,或检修调节阀时用切断阀隔离,用旁路阀调节,以适应设备连续生产。

3、安装
a )调节阀最好正立垂直安装在管道上,不得已时可倾斜安装,尽可能避免水平安装、倾斜安装和阀自重大的以及和震动场合应有支撑架。

b)当阀体安装在管道中时,要避免受过大的应力。

(不同轴等原因)
c)介质流动方向应与阀体上箭头指向一致。

d)在工艺配管的最高水平管段上安装调节阀,在阀门的入口或出口侧配管上要有排水器,以防止水锤现象产生,获得较快的调节效果。

e)气源应干燥、无油,露点温度低于-40℃。

f)调节阀应安装在环境温度不超出-25~+55℃的场所。

(二)维修
调节阀的维修一般分预防维修和故障维修,预防性维修是一种计划维修。

调节阀的维修通常有以下一些内容:
1.阀门清洗
调节阀是工艺管线的一个部件,会被工艺流体污染,对于一个用于蒸汽、空气、随性气体、水等无毒作用的介质的调节阀,只需用水冲洗或用蒸汽吹扫就可以了。

但是对于有毒、腐蚀、爆炸和放射性污染的调节阀的清洗,首先要了解污染物的性质,再选择相应的清洗办法,以免造成对修理人员的伤害。

2.阀门的拆卸
为了检查调节阀的所有零件以便决定所要修理和更换的范围,必须把执行机构与阀全部拆开。

如果调节阀的零部件生锈,这些零件在未修理之前先要除锈。

但在除锈之前要保护好全部机械加工表面。

阀芯、阀杆、阀座、推杆等精密零件必须放好,以防损伤。

拆卸阀座应使用专用工具。

3.主要零件的检修
阀座:拉丝、腐蚀和磨损的阀座通常需要更换。

小的锈斑和磨损表面可以用机械加工方法修理。

阀芯、阀杆:表面损坏的一般用工厂提供的备件更换,修理或跟换后的阀芯、阀座应进行研磨。

推杆的导向和密封表面的损坏:对于反作用执行机构必须更换新零件,而对于正作用执行机构可作适当的修理后作用。

压缩弹簧:如有裂纹等影响强度的缺陷,则必须更换。

易损件:本调节阀的主要易损件是:填料、密封垫片、0形圈、膜片。

每次检修时拆下的填料、密封垫片、0形圈全部更换新件。

膜片必须检查,是否有预示将来可能发生故障的任何裂纹、老化、磨蚀的痕迹,根据检查结果决定是否更换、膜片一般最多2~3年必须更换。

4.组装与调试
调节阀的组装工作并不复杂。

要注意准确的对中,螺栓在对角线上均匀拧紧,对执行机构级阀杆的摩擦点选用合适的润滑剂。

组装后的调节阀应按产品标准中的产品出厂试验项目及方法进行试验,并在这期间更准确地调整填料紧历、阀芯关闭位置及阀门定位器。

八、订货须知
订货时请用户提供以下资料:
·调节阀名称、型号、用途;
·公称通径(mm)、公称压力(MPa)、工作温度及范围;
·阀前压力,阀后压力;
·介质名称及状态,介质流量;
·整机作用方式(气开还是气关),仪表空气(气源)压力;
·附件要求:电-气阀门定位器、空气过滤减压器、电磁阀、保位阀、阀位传送器、(顶装)手轮、配对法兰等;
·阀体法兰标准(不指明时我公司按GB9113-2000规定供货);
·其它特殊要求(如耐蚀要求,防爆要求,泄漏等级限制要求等);
九、质保期
本产品质量保修期限为12个月,自产品售出之日起计算。

凡本公司产品均可按规定享受售后服务,但超过保修期或非产品质量问题引起的售后服务,本公司将视情况收取一定的费用。

注:人为损伤、安装不当等造成的破坏均不在保修范围内。
