3.任何本合同中表示的或者根据本合同理解的其它工作，不论是临时性的还是永

久性的。

1-1Execution, accomplishment and maintenance of works.

1-2Presenting the workers, material and the Construction Equipments or temporary works if otherwise wasn’t be noted.

1-3Anything else whether with temporary or permanent nature if needed for presenting it is expressed in the contract or can be grasped from it.

1-Scope of Works: 工作范围

承包商将要根据本项目要求履行的工作内容应该包括：而且在现场这些设施的施工应该按照由项目业主准备的普遍统一的模型，即根据现场的性质将所要求的步骤应用于设计模板上，并根据特殊术语确认的方式所要求的内容、附件（1）、以及技术规范和该合同文件的其它内容，使所有被要求的改进都与该现场的设计相吻合。承包商应该通过开发项目中心委托一家合格的咨询办事处对这些工程提供咨询，该咨询办事处的名字和数据应该提交给业主以供批准。

The projects which will be performed by the contractor according to this project shall include the execution of the technical specifications and the rest of the contract documents. The contractor shall refer these works to a qualified consultation office through the developing projects center with submitting his name and data for the approval of the Owner.

这项工作的执行将根据视图、技术规范、工程量表和在根据主合同格式提供的其它项目文件中提到的所有要求。这项工作包括，但不仅限于，设施的建设、完成依赖于适用工作的所有工程项，施工详图的准备，同时提供该项目的所有相关项和系统所要求的涉及所有专项研究的详细的工程计算、车间视图的准备、工程量的最终表格和合同文件中所描述的所有其它的服务、执行所要求的工程所需要的所有专业性工作（包括现场研究、土壤试验、制度、土建、建筑、电气和机械工程，和所有家具、内部装饰、准备工作、装修工作、测试操作和在维护期内（保

This shall be done according to the charts, technical specification, table of quantities and all the requirements mentioned in all the other project documents provided in the main contract form. The work includes, and is not confined to, the execution establishment, the completion of all the project items that depend on the application works, the preparation of the executive detailed charts with providing the detailed engineering accounts required for all the related items and systems of the project and in all specializations, the preparation of the workshop charts, the final tables of quantity and all the other services mentioned in the contract documents, all the vocational works required for the execution of the required works including the study of the site, soil test, establishment, civil, architectural, electric and mechanical works with all the furniture, interior supplies, preparations, finishing works, test operation and the works’ maintenance during the maintenance period (guarantee) and all the other works mentioned in the scope of work and all the other contract documents.

The work scope also includes the provision of the Sites, labor, supervision, tools technical and vocational services, production plans, execution, material, provisions and the items required for revising the designs and applying them on the Sites with performing all the required amendments, executing, establishing, furnishing, preparing, finishing and completing the project besides fulfilling all the duties and obligations according to the contract documents in order to achieve the beneficiary party’s requirements and needs. Moreover, the completion of the works shown in the contract documents and the temporary, additional and completing works and the amendments required by the Owner from the contractor according to the conditions and documents of contract.

本工作范围还包括现场的预备、工人、监造、工具、技术和专业服务，生产方案、执行计划、材料、设计修改和在现场实施设计所要求的预备工作和物品（完成所有要求的修改）、执行、机构设立、布置、准备、该项目的收尾和完成（除了满足合同文件所要求的所有责任和义务之外，还要实现项目受益方的要求和需要。）；还有完成合同文件说明的该项工程，以及由承包商完成的由业主根据本合同的条款和文件所要求的临时性、额外工程、工程完工和修改工作。
