遥控器1、<电源>：本机工作在任何时候按此键，将关闭播放器，系统进入低功耗待机模式，真正切断电源需关掉电源开关。

LEARNING EDID
The HDNet-4P offers an automatic switching mode, and when configured as an automatic switcher, it has the ability to switch to a selectable secondary input upon powering off of the primary input. HDNet4P will automatically switch to the next device when the higher input is powered off. This allows the user to control multiple devices with the HDNet-4P.

HDMI光端机使用说明书Ver:2.0上海禾鸟电子科技有限公司一、产品名称：HDMI光端机二、产品型号：HN-HDMI-T-4/R-4HDMI光发送器HDMI光接收器三、产品简介：多媒体应用系统中，往往需要把HDMI数字音视频信号源远距离传输。
但使用普通的HDMI电缆长距离传输时，总会出现输出信号差，容易受干扰，显示出来的图像会出现模糊、拖尾、分色等现象。
同时传输距离短，不能满足多媒体信息发布等场合长距离传输的要求，使用HDMI-T4/R4光端机传输HDMI信号，完全解决了此类问题,传输距离1米-20公里。
同时,光端机传输具有衰减小、频带宽、抗干扰情强、安全性能高、体积小、重量轻等优点，所以在长距离传输和特殊环境等方面具有无法比拟优势。
此外,HN-HDMI-T/R采用HDMI接口,只靠一条HDMI电缆接HDTV，就能同时欣赏到1080P清晰细腻的画面，以及高达192K采样率，8声道的高保真影院音响。
HDMI设备在多媒体系统中应用，即节省施工成本及走线的复杂性，又能保证高品质的目标为可能。
HN-HDMI-T4是光发送器，HN-HDMI- R4是光接收器，二个设备配合使用，可实现经HN-HDMI-T4光送器把HDMI音视频信号经光缆长距离发送给HN-HDMI- R4光接收器,同时输出二路HDMI音视频信号,在不经过对信号进行任何压缩处理后，高保真输出“原装”的音视频信号。

It will select the first availablesource to output.In manual-switch mode, upon rebooting, the TL-4X1-HD will output the previously selected source signal.4.2 IR ControlBy connecting an IR receiver to the IR IN port, users can control the device via the included IR remote. Here is a brief introduction to the IR remote:4.3 RS232 ControlTL-4X1-HD provides [1] 3.5mm RS232 port for serial port control. Connect TL-4X1-HD to the control device (e.g. a PC) with the included RS232 cable. Using correct communications parameters, a PC is capable of controlling the TL-4X1-HD via designed software, or via a 3rd party control system.4.3.1 Installation/uninstallation of RS232 Control SoftwareInstallation: Copy the control software file to the computer connected withTL-4X1-HD.Uninstallation: Delete all the control software files in corresponding file path.4.3.2 Basic SettingsFirst, connect the TL-4X1-HD with an input device and an output device. Then, connect it to a computer (using the provided RS232 cable) which has the RS232 control software installed. Double-click the software icon to run this software.Here we take the software CommWatch.exe as example. Firmware UpgradeThe TL-4X1-HD features a USB port for firmware upgrade on the front panel. 生产车间的全体管理干部，技术员及操作员。
3、定义:

4.1课长：对设备的日常维护进行监督。
4.2组长：对设备的日常点检确认。
4.3 技术员/作业员：对设备的日常操作/维护和点检。
5、操作技方法:
5.1正确连接电气(AC220V,气压：5-7KG)。
5.2将HDMI C TYPE 胶芯倒入振动盘。
5.3将端子装自动机送端架上。
（纸带固定于有电机的一边）将端子穿过气缸定位针，
并对准裁切刀口。
5.4手动控制：轻触显示屏上的手动控制，分胶芯/定端1/送端1/退端1/送料/端子裁切11/端子裁切
12/裁切下拉1/送料呆/勾爪下拉1/插针1/一道压入/裁切分料/定端2/送端2/退料2/裁铅/端子裁切21/端子裁切22/裁切下拉2/裁切导向/勾爪下拉2/插针2/二道压入/2裁切导向。
5.5自动控制：将转换开关扭至自动位，按以下按键复位/自动/手动/启动。
5.6机器在自动过程中若出现卡机现象，先关掉气压开关，取出不良品，按下复位键即所有动作复位。
5.7注意事项：
5.7.1操作员在处理故障时一定要关电气开关，以免机器误动作造成意外事故。
5.7.2操作员在换端子时一定要将端子PIN 孔对准气缸定位针及裁切刀口。
5.7.3振动盘必须保持平稳，且速度不宜过快。
5.7.4操作员必须经过培训后方可上岗。
5.7.5若机器出现故障操作员不可随便调动机器。
必须通知技术员调试维修。
6. 每日保养事项：
6.1机台必须保持清洁；
6.2随时保证活动部位有润滑油；
6.3螺丝不可有松动现角，如有必须紧固后再开机生产；
6.4检查各电磁阀有无漏气现象，如有应马上通知生技维修。
