Firstly, Encouragement and praise will make people feel they are supported while they will not give up things they are good at. For example, parents always encourage their children to overcome the barriers they meet and children will always become stronger. Secondly, When people succeed, we praise them their effort and the great outcome. So they will feel awarded and they will go on to next station instead of becoming self-satisfied.Besides , we may not be lucky enough to achieve our goals all the time .In fact , setback always lies along the way to success and too often we are turned down by failures . Can you think of any ways in which Chinese culture affects gender roles?Yes, there are many traditional Chinese gender concepts affect gender roles in today’s society.
