摘要

目前,我国农业正由传统农业向现代农业迈进。以市场为导向,调整农村产业结构,转移剩余劳动力,增加农民收入,发展农村经济,解决“三农”问题,已成为国家关注的重点。都市休闲型农业观光园在都市化地区,利用田园景观、自然生态及环境资源,结合农林牧渔生产、农业经营活动、农村文化及农家生活,为人们休闲旅游、体验农业、了解农村提供了广阔的空间。同时,形成了一产和三产相融合,生产和消费相统一的新型产业形态,不仅缓解了城市旅游的拥挤状况,而且带动了区域的经济发展,其前景一片光明。

The Planning and Designing of the Urban Leisure Agriculture

Abstract

Nowdays,theagriculture in our country is being changed from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Guided by the market,adjusting rural industry structure,transferring surplas labor force,increasing farmers’income,developing rural economy and solving the “SANnong”questions has been th e main point in our country.XiuXianXing urban agriculture sightseeing park is the park which takes advantage of pastoral landscape,the natural ecology and the environmental resources.It makes good use of agriculture doman production,agriculture management acticities,rural culture and farm life,and it is convenient for people to travel,experience in agriculture and know something about the village.And it is built in urbanized regins.At the same time,XiuXianXing urban agriculture sightseeing park

had been the new industy which combined with an social-fixed-asset,production and consumption.Not only had it eased urban tourism congestion,but also it had drived the development of regional economy.And it has a bright prospects.
