摘要

简单的说,网上购物就是把传统的商店直接“搬”回家,利用Internet直接购买自己需要的商品或者享受自己需要的服务。

随着互联网的快速发展以及中国网民的不断增多,网络购物已经成为了最热门的互联网应用之一。在过去的几年中,网上购物的市场容量和规模发生了飞速增长,越来越多的网民开始接触网上购物,尤其是年轻人。网上购物——一种具有很大潜力的新型消费生活方式,无论是对于网上购物的消费者,还是对于网上商店的商家来说,都能从中得到收益。

本课题以网上购物为研究对象,首先介绍中国的网上购物的发展历程,然后分析了网上购物兴起的原因,接着其发展的制约因素如晚上信息安全问题、卖家信用问题、现实购物的差距、物流配送、款支付模式国家政策进行了深入的分析,在此基础上提出了合理的解决对策,最后根据具体大量的资料和现实发展情况,做出了对网上购物未来发展趋势的科学预测:随着移动电话的用户的增长和通讯技术的成熟,网上购物市场开始步入3G时代;随着搜索引擎大鳄百度的进入,将加速B2C洗牌且垂直成趋势:鉴于网上购物给卖家带来的各种好处,传统企业开始加快进军电子商务的步伐;视频导购以其可提供更多信息的优势将增强购物体验等。

Abstract

Simply put, online shopping is to shop in traditional stores and direct "move" back home, using Internet direct purchase of their needs of goods, or to enjoy their own needs.

As the Internet's rapid development and China's Internet users continue to increase, online shopping has become the most popular Internet applications is one. In the past few years, online shopping market capacity and scale of the fast-growing, more and more users came into contact with online shopping, especially the young. Online shopping - a great potential for new consumer lifestyle, whether it is for online shopping of consumers, or for the online store merchants, can derive benefits.

The topics to online shopping as the research object, first introduced China's development of shopping history, and then analyzed the online shopping reasons for the rise, and then their development constraints, such as at information security, the seller of credit problems, the real shopping gap logistics and distribution, shall pay the mode of national policy conducted in-depth analysis, based on which a reasonable countermeasures, finally depending on a lot of information and practical developments, have made online shopping the future development of science and prediction: With the the mobile phone user growth and communication technologies mature, online shopping market started to enter the 3G era; With the search engine predators Baidu to enter, will accelerate the B2C shuffle and vertically into a trend: In view of online shopping to the seller to bring a variety of benefits, the traditional business began to accelerate into e-commerce pace; video shop
