本合约中的签约主播指与公司签订直播合作事宜，通过公司分配的签约主播工作号固定在平台，展示自己才艺的视频主播与主持人，双方协商决定签订以下内容。

第一条公司培训
1.签约主播在开播前需接受公司为期一周的专业培训，并签订《主播签约合同》。

2.签约主播需向公司提供形象照片，以便公司对签约主播进行包装和推广。

3.签约主播通过培训后，通过指定账号开设直播频道，开展主播工作。

第二条双方的义务和权利
1.双方的合作期限为2年，即从年月日至年月日。

2.乙方必须遵守甲方规定的行为守则。

3.乙方必须在甲方指定的网络平台上直播。

4.违反公司行为守则，情节严重者甲方有权对乙方进行禁告或罚款处罚。

5.甲方承诺给予乙方优先的合作机会、专属的推广资源、软硬件支持以及广阔的发展空间等。

6.甲方有权对乙方进行日常演出管理，有义务提升艺人的知名度和收益，提供最大化的宣传力度。

7.甲方有权在网络表演及外出商演其相关营销宣传中使用乙方的形象、姓名以及作品相关权利。

8.甲方在与乙方就管理事宜、营销宣传、资源调配、合作
分成中发生争议的，甲方有权解约。

9.乙方若未能达到甲方要求，甲方有权解约。

第三条考核标准
签约主播工作期间需要满足以下条件：
1.遵守公司各项管理规定，每月有效播出天数大于26天；“有效播出天数”指每天播出时间大于等于4小时。

2.每月业绩大于等于人民币元，“业绩”指用户通过签约主
播开设的直播频道，平台消费提成的金额总额等。

3.签约主播在平台直播期间内，不得出现私自在其他网络
平台直播包括手机直播；公司有权当作违约处理。

4.签约主播的薪资和奖金于每月发放1次，发放日期为每
月15号按月发放，如发薪日为周末或法定节假日的，薪资和
奖金延后至发薪日后的第1个工作日发放。

签约主播的薪资和奖金会在自发薪日起3个工作日内支付到账。

5.签约主播薪资和奖金计算方法如下表所示（单位：元）
