怎样把邮件写的更有技巧?怎样最大化地利用邮件?给客户发过邮件后就没有回信,这是让很多外贸业务员感到困惑的一个难题。

按照之前的老套路去介绍自己公司之类的,并不能吸引客户的眼球,很多都只传个阅读回条。

请教其他老业务,说是要想到客户心理去,可是该怎样抓住客户的心理呢?他都不回话,怎么才能知道他是怎么想的呢?通过采购网、B2B等途径找到了几百个邮件地址,也发送几百封邮件,但结果是除了退信,竟然没有得到一封回信。

但有的同事发出去了20封邮件,却收到5个客户的回复,其中有3个已经谈定寄送样品事宜,只等最终确认。

看似一样的过程,为什么结果相差如此之大?对策1:要对客户做全方位了解虽然邮件有点复杂,但外贸业务员如果能改进自己的联系方法,客户回复率将会大大提高。

客户开发很没有目的性,根本没抓重点客户,而是泛泛的联系,自然难有成果。

第一要重在信息的获得与筛选,要懂得利用搜索引擎。

首先,要确定的是这些客户是真实有效的;再者可以确定他是购买相关产品的(数据按产品英文名字检索的);第三,因为这些数据里边有交易量,能确定出来这个采购商的大小,是否和生产能力相匹配。

从这个渠道获得一个真实的客户消息(公司名字),然后通过搜索引擎了解客户更详细的产品信息、联系信息、市场信息等。

获取客户资料后,要做充分的准备,不能蜻蜓点水,一看到客户的邮箱,不多想就一封开发信发过去。

因为并不了解这个客户,这种情形下开发信内容一定也是千篇一律的,何以让对方心动呢?使用有效的工具确定真实有效的买家,同时多多利用搜索引擎,不同的关键词有不同的结果。

当然,不同的关键词也有相同的结果,取其交集部分,定能让你的信息更准确。

在写开发信的时候,在大方向上有三点是需要注意的:第一要自然,不要刻意,不要显得做作。

最简单的,把一封邮件内容不变发5次,好比同一个人反复给你打5次同样内容的电话,什么感觉?要做到像回到家和家人打招呼,看到老朋友聊家常一样。

其次要简洁,80-100个单词左右比较适宜,不会太少也不会太多,别人都是有正常上下班工作时间的,上班时间需要处理各种事情,大家的时间都很宝贵,都不想浪费时间,特别是欧美商人更是如此。

最简单的句式其实是表达了最准确的意思。

最后,英语的用词需要专业,专有词汇给对方的感觉你就是做这一行的,我们能更好的沟通交流。

如果什么都不懂,这个缩写需要对方解释,那个缩写要问什么意思,得客人会选择你吗?对策2:及时回复并注重对邮件细节的完善要尽量细化,避免一些常见问题的出现,犯一些容易犯的问题。

1.及时有效地回复邮件。

“及时”要求要准时回复邮件,一看到邮件,如果能直接判断并针对询盘给予答复的话,就要马上回复。

但是,不管怎么样,看到邮件,哪怕是当时处理不了,也要先做一个简单的回复,告知对方邮件已经收到。

这是对客户最起码的尊重和重视。

然后,对该公司进行分析,包括从他们的网站,公司名称以及他留的电话号码、地址等等去对这个客户进行一个详细的分析。

2.除了客户需要的信息之外,要比客户的期望多一点点。

可以适当的多一点点相关的产品信息,但是客户没有问及的东西,最好适时而定。

不主动过多介绍自己,这反而会给客户一种很自信、很专业的印象。

另外,第一次联系客户时,除非客户在询盘中提出,最好不要主动附上图片,以免被删或被国外反垃圾邮件软件拦截。

3.与客户第一次联系,最好用HOTMAIL邮箱,或在邮件中另附上你的HOTMAIL邮箱,因为垃圾邮件泛滥的原因,中国越来越多的邮件服务器被国外打入黑 ___,发的邮件可能最终进不了客户的邮箱,或客户回你的邮件你也收不到,这种情况已越来越严重,而用HOTMAIL邮箱一般不会有这方面的问题。

4.邮件中不要出现彩色字和艺术字,把邮件弄得很花哨,这是不专业的表现,通篇用一个字体,字号和黑色。

不要全用大写的字母写邮件,除非是为了提醒客户,将某个关键词大写,这是可以的。

5.邮件里不要用Pls,Rds等缩写词。

客人不喜欢和懒人做生意,他们会想:出口商居然懒到用B.Rgds代替Best Regards,那么他们肯定也会懒得去做一个好产品。

在客户的节日里适时送上你的祝福。

在网上下载一些电子贺卡,给自己的客户发一发,这样可以拉近客户之间的距离。

6.邮件标题最好是客户求购的产品名称和公司名字等,建议不要加其它的任何多余语言,比如公司名字是EXPORT,行业是PLASTIC,这封邮件的内容是给一款产品报价,那么主题可以写Export Plastic/quotation of item A。

这样有一个好处,可以方便客户以及你自己以后查找给客户的信息,对于来往邮件很多的客户,开始的时候往往要花很多时间去查找以前的报价以及其它资料,但是现在通过主题就很方便知道邮件大概内容是什么,节省很多时间。

7.细节决定成败。

发邮件之前认真仔细的核对每一封邮件邮件。

如果能做到没有一个语法、单词,甚至标点符号错误的话,那就最好不过了。

格式正确,统一,邮件主题合理,拼写无误。

所有发给客户的邮件应该采用统一的格式。

如果已经做到以上这样,而别人还不回复,那么基本上只有以下几种可能:对你产品不感兴趣,不需要,有固定供应商了,垃圾邮件,非常忙没空闲,结果就是没回复,那你就可以放弃了。

我也做外贸,这种事情太常见了。

首先,先自我剖析,你是否真的报价很高?了解行业内竞争对手的价格层次吗?你们的质量对得起你的价格吗?如果回答是yes,那么你可以很自信地继续保持价格或者适当降价,如下几种你可以看看是否有帮助:1,有的客户在刚报价过去,就嚷嚷着砍价。

如果这个客户是行业内老客户,比较懂行,而且有固定供应商,那么他有可能说的是真的。

这种客户,我会从其他地方说明价格高的原因,质量服务什么的肯定都会有,最主要是要让他明白他买的低价的是和我们的产品质量的确不一样,争取引起他对样品的兴趣。

如果你们的质量真的很好,样品就是你的转折点。

如果这个客户不懂行,漫天嚷嚷,或者只是将你的产品和其他类似产品在做对比,比如拿着你的高端货去对比低端产品。

客户这么做的道理也没错,毕竟他要在市场上有竞争力才能买你的产品。

这时候,你就要让他知道你的产品的不同之处,优势,和行业内低端货的不同。

让他知道那种对比是不合常理的。

除此之外,也要告诉他,价格虽高,买了你的高端货,后期会节省的成本和带来的市场效应。

让他跟着你的节奏走,而不是从价格入手,否则你会很被动,不降价就没法谈。

2,如果是谈了很久的客户,已经有合作意向,第一次要求降价,那么他有可能是最后的挣扎,让你给点优惠的。

如果你已经判断出来了,就要抓住这个机会了,不要再最后把客户得罪了。

方式很多,主要是让客户知道你们合作的诚意,适当降价,或者限定时间,或者限定采购量。

总之,不要立刻没有任何条件的降价,否则客户会反思是不是你挣了他很多钱。

3,某些国家的客户是有砍价习惯的,无论你的价格多么低,他总是认为你在挣他的钱,一定会狠狠地砍价。
