三七总皂苷的制备及其药理作用的研究进展

三七、人参的主要药效物质是达玛烷型人参皂苷。根据皂苷的结构,这些皂苷可分为原人参二醇和原人参三醇。原人参皂苷在总人参皂苷中的比例高于三七。此外,人参皂苷还含有三七特有的原人参三醇型皂苷:三七皂苷R1。众所周知,三七和人参的传统用法差异很大。因此,三七与人参的药效学差异是由三七总皂苷中的特定皂苷或总皂苷成分决定的。本文对三七总皂苷的制备及药理作用进行了研究。
三七是伞形科中最有价值的中药材之一。它能缓解疲劳、止血、消肿、止痛。明朝著名药剂师李世珍将三七皂苷称为“金不换”。三七的含量是判断三七质量的主要依据。萃取方法包括有机溶剂萃取、酶法萃取、超声波萃取、微波萃取、酸水解、大孔吸附树脂萃取等,但乙醇回流法被广泛应用。目前,对三七总皂苷的组成进行了色谱鉴定和分析。三七皂苷主要由人参皂苷Rb2、Rc、Rd、Rh2、Re、Rgl和70多种苷类组成。采用香草醛-高氯酸法、紫外分光光度法和色谱法测定三七总皂苷的含量。
Panax notoginseng, the main pharmacoactive substance of ginseng is Damadine type ginsenoside. According to the structure of saponins, these saponins can be divided into propanaxadiol and propanaxetriol. The proportion of proginsenoside in total ginsenoside was higher than that in Panax notoginseng. In addition, ginsenosides also contain Panax notoginseng saponins: Panax notoginseng saponins R1. As we all know, the traditional usage of Panax notoginseng and ginseng is very different. Therefore, the pharmacodynamics difference between Panax notoginseng and Panax notoginseng is determined by the specific saponins or components of Panax notoginseng saponins. The preparation and pharmacological action of Panax notoginseng saponins were studied in this paper.

The effective material basis and quality control of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has always been a key scientific problem in TCM research. The study on metabolism of traditional Chinese medicine and its compounds in vivo is a hot spot to explore the metabolic process in vivo and to clarify the material basis and mechanism of pharmacodynamics. It provides an effective way to understand the scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine, the innovation of traditional Chinese medicine theory and the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine industry chain. Modern chromatography and its combination technology, as a modern and efficient separation and analysis technology, play an important role in the basic research and quality control of the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine.
