微课与说课不同。

微课是让你把下面的评委当成学生,展示平时上课的状态。

微课中需要有导入、提问、互动。

也可以把黑板假设成白板,假装展示PPT。

下面是在讲微课时的注意事项:1.讲课时要表现出你的熟练,展示出你是一个一线教师。

2.语言简洁干练。

3.假设场景。

有看大屏幕的环节,有提问、回答、互动的环节。

4.由于微课只有十分钟左右,所以虽然要有导入环节,但是导入不要太复杂,要尽早进入重点讲解。

5.板书要完整有条理。

对于过于复杂耗时的板书跳过即可。

6.不能有知识性错误。

7.尽量不要有口误笔误。

8.不能对着纸念。

9.着装简洁,不要打扮的太年轻。

教师资格证面试答辩(结构化面试)如何取得高分答辩(结构化面试)题没有标准答案,思路好表达不好得分并不高,在训练时,一定要结合自己的表达能力进行。

不要先看参考书,面试题的思路、语言都是一点一点练出来的,当水平很低的时候,看参考书,容易导致“不动脑子思考,只是一味的背答案,考试时的能力练不出来”,训练完毕,达到一定水平后,可以适当看点参考书,增加思路和语言,禁忌照搬全用。

答辩(结构化面试)的本质包含两个方面:答题内容和答题状态,而且同等重要。

理由如下:结构化面试从本质上看是每道题思考很短时间回答2分钟左右,因为思考和回答时间太短,经过训练的考生之间,从思路和语言上在考官听来差距不大,所以答题的流畅性和状态给考官的感受显得尤为重要。

当然,没经过训练的考生内容就很差劲,肯定连考虑流畅性和状态的资格都没有。

结构化面试和答辩的区别结构化面试又称为“标准化面试”,是指同样的考官、同样的试题、同样的的评分方式、标准和程序,对考生进行评价的过程。
