七、课程特色与创新
1.《旅游英语》的教学根据高职学生的现状，针对职 业岗位能力要求选取教学内容，创设实际翻译场景 对应翻译过程组织教学，实施工学结合的教学模式； 2.在教学队伍建设方面，拥有一支治学严谨，集理论 教学、模拟实践指导、实习指导三结合的教师队伍。 3. 探索出“教学实践+勤工助学”的道路，对外承接 旅游接待业务，使学生实践体验旅游英语服务、了 解职业岗位需求、提供在学期间生活保障。 4. 改革教学方法：主讲教师依据本课程特点和学生实 际，实施以教师为主导的“3s教学模式”，
1.进一步扩大学生承接旅行社、酒店英语培训及 礼仪培训任务的范围、数量和种类；
2.进一步优化校外实训基地布点；
3. 编写更多的与行业紧密结合的工学教材。
四、教 师 队 伍
本课程组以雄厚的师资力量，确保了学生拥有良好 的师资配置，为高效的教学提供了坚实的后盾。每15 名学生配备一名实践指导教师，有效地保障了实操的 质量以及实践过程中的全程跟踪指导，为做好导游员 和旅行社前台接待工作奠定了基础。培养的毕业生中 有优秀导游员和前台接待。课程组教师在每年的年终 考核中都以优秀的教研成绩获得同事和学生的好评。

流 花 宾 馆 实 习 日 记
2007 年10 月 14 日 星期日 晴晴 2007 年 10 月 16日 星期二 今天是我们此次实习的第一天。早上，我 5：40就起了床， 今天是工作的第三天了，实操中的细点大部分都熟悉了，也 心里有份新鲜感和一丁点儿的激动。在上班之前，穿上那身 知道了什么东西要在什么地方拿什么东西该放什么地方。听起来 工服，仿佛全身立即注入了一种力量，因为上班要化妆，从 是不是很简单，其实也不是，因为那些细点太多了，不留心就会 来没有化妆的我，用笨拙的技术随便化了我这张有点好看的 出错的。 脸。呵呵，化出来的效果还算令我满意。 今天上的是两头班，晚上要加班。晚上的客人不是很多，厅房 6：55分我准时到了工作地点，我的工作地方是厅房。带我 只开了三间，我看了一间。快要下班时，又来了一些客人订了一 的是娟姐，是员工的领班，一位有点严肃但心地绝对善良的 间厅房，部长芳姐就先让我看。我进去帮客人倒了茶，拆了席巾。 阿姐。上班中，虽然昨天有些培训，但我想象的太天真了， 做完后，坐在副主宾位置的客人就说，“你出去吧，不用你了。” 实操中，自己还是那样茫然，不知该做什么好，有娟姐在， 哦，当时听了心里真不爽，还没有为你服务，就这么看低我。还 跟着她，那些都是小问题，只要用心学，就不怕了。 来这么晚搞得我不能下班。不要看我是实习生，我肚子里的墨水 够服务你的。哎，不过，客人就是客人，顾客第一嘛，算了，就 第一天的时间是从早上7：00直到15：30，这一天做下来， 忍了，反正也下班了，不用我，我就下班，回去休息。 真的很辛苦，早上那种新鲜感瞬间消失得无影无踪。两只脚 像钉了钉子似的疼痛。但我不服输，我会坚持到底，因为我 是啊，在这里，有时会遇到很刁难的客人，但对付这种客人是有 是王鑫，一个必须坚强的人。 技巧的，我现在一点都不怕，因为我也有一套用来对付这种客人。 呵呵，怎么样，看好我吧！
