一、大学生考试作弊的现状与危害1.大学生考试作弊已成普遍现象。
高校是培养高素质人才的摇篮，大学生将成为社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。
当前大学生的作弊现象存在于各类高校，作弊行为已不是个别现象，而成为十分普遍的现象。
作弊现象渗透在大学各种类别的考试中，无论在结业考试还是各种取得资格考证的考试中都能发现作弊现象。
另外，作弊主体呈现多元化，不仅成绩差的学生在考试中作弊，很多成绩优秀的学生都存在作弊的行为。
曾经是低年级的大学生作弊比例大，现在高年级大学生作弊行为也有增多的势头，甚至一些教师为了个人利益和人情关系也参与作弊。
2、大学生考试作弊潜在的“认同”。
在社会不良风气的影响下，学生认为作弊行为并不是什么大不了的事情，偶尔作弊未尝不可，能通过作弊取得好成绩就是“成功者”，看到别人作弊成功就感到“自己没作弊吃亏了”。
更有甚者，则在公开场合议论作弊手法，津津乐道地介绍自己作弊成功的经验，视作弊为一种“技能”、一种值得炫耀的“本领”，全然不把作弊当作丢人的事。
作弊纯属个人事情，并不损害社会利益以及他人利益，更谈不上违法或个人道德问题，没必要小题大做，折射出作弊者心理上对作弊不应有的“认同”。

二、分析大学生作弊现象产生的原因大学生作弊的原因很复杂，既有大学生自身的原因，也有社会环境等外部原因。
1.没有树立正确的思想道德观念。
大学阶段是学生世界观、人生观形成的关键时期，由于他们在思想认识上有局限性，诚信意识不强，受社会环境的负面影响，丧失了判断是非的能力，不能自觉抵制各种诱惑，将考试作弊作为取得好成绩的捷径，产生了投机行为，非但不以作弊为耻，甚至炫耀作弊方法的高明，以作弊成功为荣，这就助长了大学生作弊现象普遍增多的不良风气。
2.学生学习的自觉性和主动性不足。
很多大学生对所学专业的培养目标和培养方案缺乏深入的了解，对所学课程不感兴趣，感觉自己的人生理想与所学专业有很大差距，产生了“学非所用”的思想。

三、预防大学生作弊的方案杜绝学生考试作弊是高校教育教学工作的一个重要内容，也是一种社会责任，需要学生、学校、社会共同努力，营造一个公平、公开、公正的有序竞争环境。
1．帮助学生树立正确的道德观、人生观和价值观。
高校是培养现代化建设需要的高素质人才的摇篮，要重视对学生的非智力因素的培养，思想政治教育不可忽视，平时要加强考试纪律的教育，考试前组织诚信考试动员大会，举行诚信考试签名活动。
学生是作弊的主体，考试作弊与学生道德认识水平低下和集体舆论错位有关，所以当务之急是要加强学生的道德品质的教育，提高学生对作弊及其危害的认识，让他们认识到诚信是做人的原则，形成良好的品格，启发对自己的自我教育。
2．科学地进行考试方式和教育方式的改革。

（一）主要做法：1)加强领导,提高认识.高等学校的本任务是培养能适应社会主义建设需要的“四有”人才,高校的一切工作都要紧紧围绕这一中心任务进行.为此必须充分认识考试作弊的危害性,加强学生的思想政治教育,建立健全学校的各项规章制度,加强管理.针对当前存在的纪律松驰,教风不严,考风不正等现实情况,开展整顿校风、校纪活动,把严格考试纪律作为纪律教育的一个重要内容来抓.同时要让学校的各个职能部门,统一认识,齐抓共管,不断完善考试制度,加强考场管理,努力杜绝考试作弊现象的发生.2)治标先治本,加强教风学风建设.考试作弊与学生的思想道德素质有密切关系,是学生的世界观、人生观价值观的一个折射.所以,首先要加强学生的思想教育工作,转变学生的思想认识,提高学生的思想道德水平.特别是刚入大学校园的新生,面对新的环节、新的机遇,思想和心态都很不稳定,要及时进行理想、信念、世界观、人生观、价值观及纪律教育,让他们树立为四化建设刻苦学习,献身祖国、服务社会的奋斗目标,形成良好的学习和生活习惯.克服“松一口气”及“六十分万岁”、“作弊不可耻”等不良思想的影响,从根上消除考试作弊的主观因素。

5)密切联系学生的实际,有针对性地做好预防作弊工作.①切实加强考纪教育,首先要使明确考场纪律有关要求及对作弊处罚的有关规定,增强他们遵守考试纪律自觉性.②对考试作弊者要及时处理,及时通报,用反面典型对广大学生进行教育,这对那些有作弊动机的学生可起到一个警告的作用,也是一种挽救方法.③广泛宣传考试作弊的后果和危害性,动员广大学生自觉抵制这种不良风气.④鼓励学生检举作弊行为,举报作弊事实,到防范在先.还要根据所提供的线索,及时对有关学生进行教育,从而有效防止作弊现象发生.6)加强考试的管理工作:①改善考场的环节,合理安排考生之间的距离,使考场安静、整洁,消除作弊隐患;②改进发卷及收卷工作,防止学生趁乱作弊;③严格考场纪律,不准带bp机、电脑记录本、微型无线电话,禁止交换使用计算器等;④加强巡查考场制度,可以建立专职巡视,或在条件允许的情况下,采取闭路电视监考;⑤加强试卷的管理工作,严格试卷保密措施,防止因试题的泄密而造成的作弊;⑥发现作弊行为要及时制止,及时采取有力措施,不得姑息.7)加强师德建设,发挥教师在树立优良校风、学风中的积极作用.古人云:“师者,传道授业解惑也”.教师首要的任务是传道良好的师德,对培养良好的学风、考风影响甚大.在当前的市场经济条件下, 教师更要加强自身修养,树立正确的育人观、职业道德观.学校要加强教师思想政治工作,改进教师的管理体制.考试既是检查学生的学习效果,也是对都是教学情况以及教学管理的大检阅.只有进一步端正教师及管理人员的思想认识,改善管理机制,严肃考试纪律,才能真正杜绝考试作弊现象。
