• MaxDataFchResources ( AdvancedSector MO)
– This attribute works in conjunction with MaxDataResources to control the number of 3G data resources on fundamental traffic channels vs. those on the supplemental channels. MaxDataFchResources defines the percentage of MaxDataResources that can be allocated on fundamental channels. For example, if MaxDataResources is 60 percent and MaxDataFchResources is 40 percent, then maximum percentage of 3G data resources on fundamental channels would be 60% * 40% = 24%. The fundamental channels offer higher total number of users at lower data rates vs. the supplemental channels which offer lower total number of users at higher data rates.

— 规定载波的能力. CRM 和 CRP基于此决定呼叫的RC. 由CFDS控制. — 必须与 PilotDatabase MO (PDB Table) 中的 Cell Capability设置相一致,以便 于SBS 的多载波业务管理和软切换.
速率也不需匹配. 不能组合使用前向 EVRC和反向 B13K . 如果前向 使用RC4,则反向必须使用 RC3. 前向使用 RC5,则反向需使用 RC4. RC >= 3 需要 ESEL & XCEM支持. 不支持 B8K RC3.

• MaxVoiceResources (AdvancedSector MO)
—When RadioConfigState is set to “Mixed_and_RRM”, the MaxVoiceResources attribute allows the operator to define an upper limit on the percentage of BTS resources (forward link power and walsh codes) used on certain calls. These calls consist of 2G voice, 2G circuitswitched data, and 3G voice calls on a fundamental traffic channel. This parameter is independent of its sister parameter MaxDataResources.

• CellCapability (PilotDatabase MO)
– This parameter stores the radio configuration state of the BTS corresponding to the PDBTable entry on a per sector basis. It is defined to assist the SBS in determining carriers for MCTA sites and during soft handoff. This parameter does not actually affect how the sector operates. It is important to ensure that this parameter is set to the same value defined in the AdvancedFA MO of the BTS.
资源分配
• 无线资源由 BTS控制.
— BTS 基于 Call Resource Pool (CRP) 和 Call Resource Manager (CRM)分配资源. RC的选择 由系统参数和手机的业务申请决定.
• SBS 资源由 RMU/CAU控制
— 话音资源: 基于 MTX Tables (SBSINV, etc.) 中的 参数和 IVSN feature. — 数据资源: 基于 MTX Tables (SBSINV, etc.), 数据 到来的速率, 以及 BSM MOs (ESBSShelf, etc.)
— 如果手机的 P_REV < 6, BTS 会忽略该参数,分配其 RC 1 或 2.
— 由CFDS控制.

EnableHSReverseSchFeature (AFA MO)
— 如果设为 True, 反向会允许使用CELLFEAT 表中所规 定的最高速率. 如果设为 False, 反向只允许使用基速 率.

These data calls could exist on fundamental or supplemental traffic channels. However the amount of data traffic on the fundamental channel can be more finely tuned with the MaxDataFchResources attribute. MaxDataResources is independent of its sister parameter, MaxVoiceResources.
