人教版四年级下册英语第一单元作文带图画的全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1Unit 1: My DayHi friends! I'm so excited to tell you all about Unit 1 in my English textbook. It's all about daily routines and the different things we do each day. Let me walk you through a typical day for me with some fun drawings!I wake up pretty early around 6:30 AM. The first thing I do is make my bed. My mom always says "Start your day by tidying up!" Then I go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. I make sure to scrub behind my ears too! After that, I get dressed for school. I pick out my favorite outfit - usually something with bright colors or a fun pattern. Once I'm all ready, I head to the kitchen for breakfast. My school day begins at 8 AM. I take the school bus there. The bus driver is really nice and always greets us with a big smile. In my first few classes, we learn subjects like math, Chinese, and science. Sometimes the lessons are hard but I try my best!At 10:30 AM, we get a break time called "renaissance." That's when I can play on the playground with my friends. We love chasing each other around and playing on the swings and slides. The fresh air and running around helps me re-energize for the rest of the school day. After recess, we have more classes like English, art, and music. English is my favorite subject because I enjoy learning new words and phrases. In art, we get to draw, paint, and make crafts. I'll include some of my artwork in this essay! Finally, it's lunchtime at 12 PM! The cafeteria serves lots of yummy Chinese dishes. My favorites are fried rice, dumplings, and veggie stir-fries. After eating, I spend lunchtime playing games and talking with my friends until classes start again at 1:30 PM.The afternoon is when we have gym class or go to one of the school clubs. I'm part of the art club, which is where I get to do even more fun crafting projects. Sometimes we go outside to sketch things we see in nature too.At 3:30 PM, it's time to head home on the bus. Once I'm back, I have a snack like some fruit or yogurt to re-energize after a long school day. Then I start on my homework for a couple ofhours. Chinese worksheets, English vocabulary, and math problems - I do my best to finish it all!Around 6 PM, I take a break to play outside or read before dinner. My parents encourage me to get off screens and stay active after sitting at my desk for homework. When my dad gets home from work, we all eat dinner together as a family. In the evenings after 7 PM, I get some free time to watch TV, play games, or work on hobbies. I love building with Legos and drawing pictures of my favorite book characters. Before bedtime around 9 PM, I get ready by taking a bath and putting on my pajamas.I hope you enjoyed taking a peek into my daily routine! Even though it's packed with school, activities, and responsibilities, I still have lots of time for fun too. Learning new things and exploring my interests and hobbies is my favorite part of every day.Let me know if you'd like me to expand on any part of my schedule. I'm happy draw out more scenes too! We're not like other families - we're really special and cool. Let me introduce them to you!First up is my mom. She's the best mom in the whole entire world! She takes such good care of me and my brother. Everymorning, she makes us yummy breakfasts like pancakes or omelettes. My favorite is when she makes chocolate chip pancakes - they're so delicious! She also packs really tasty lunches for us to take to school. Mom works really hard at her job, but she always has time for us after work. She helps us with our homework and plays games with us. I just love my mom so much!Next is my dad. He's seriously the funniest person I know! He's always cracking jokes and doing silly dances to make us laugh. Dad has a really important job, but he never misses my soccer games or my brother's karate tournaments. He cheers so loud for us! On weekends, dad loves taking us on adventures like hiking, fishing, or just playing at the park. I'll never forget the time we went camping and dad told ghost stories around the campfire. I was scared, but also having so much fun!I also have a little brother named Jake. He's 7 years old and a total goofball! We definitely get into our share of fights like all siblings, but Jake is my best friend. We do everything together. We love playing superhero and having epic battles to save the world. Jake makes me laugh with his crazy ideas and his goofy faces. I'm so lucky to have such a cool little brother.![Brother playing][]Of course, I can't forget about my extended family members too! I have two sets of grandparents that I love very much. My mom's parents live right here in town, which is awesome. Grandma and Grandpa's house always smells like delicious baked goods because Grandma loves to bake. She makes the best snickerdoodle cookies - I could eat a million of them! Grandpa is super funny and lets me and Jake climb all over him like little monkeys. I love hanging out at their house. My dad's parents live far away, but we go visit them a few times a year which is really exciting. They live on a farm with cows, chickens, and horses! Riding the horses is my favorite part. Grandma and Grandpa on my dad's side are super sweet. Grandma gives the biggest, warmest hugs in the world. Grandpa always has jokes to share and fun games to play with us like checkers.I'm also really close with both of my aunts - my mom's sister and my dad's sister. Aunt Karen takes me and Jake to get ice cream a lot, which is the best! She's a teacher and always doing fun educational activities with us. My other aunt Aunt Lily loves sports just like me. She takes me to baseball games all the time and we play catch together. I have such a blast with both of my cool aunts. So as you can see, my family is pretty much the greatest! We joke around, have fun adventures, and really love spending time together. Don't get me wrong - of course we get on each other's nerves sometimes and have disagreements. But no matter what, we're a team and we've got each other's backs. My family fills me with so much happiness and laughter every single day. I feel so lucky and loved by all of them. Families come in all shapes and sizes, but I really think mine takes the cake! What about your family? Are they as awesome and zany as mine? I'd love to hear all about the special people in your life too. Having a supportive, caring family to rely on is so important. They teach you, comfort you, make you giggle, and give you a place where you can truly be yourself without judgement. If you've got a family half as great as mine, consider yourself very lucky indeed! Thanks for reading about my wonderful, wacky, loving family. I'll leave you with one last cheesy family joke, courtesy of my dad: Why did the kid throw his bread on the ground? Because he wanted to go on a lunchable adventure! Ba dum tss!篇4Here's a 2000-word English essay for Primary 4, Unit 1, with illustrations, written from a child's perspective:My Wonderful Summer HolidayHi there! My name is Emma, and I'm going to tell you all about my amazing summer holiday. It was the best holiday ever! Let me start from the beginning. On the last day of school, my teacher Mrs. Smith wished us a happy summer and told us to have lots of fun. I was so excited because my parents had planned a big trip for us. We were going to visit my grandparents in a small town called Riverside. The next morning, we all woke up early and packed our bags. My little brother Tommy was still sleepy, but he got really excited when we told him we were going on a road trip. Here's a picture of us in the car, ready to go![Picture of a family of four in a car, with luggage in the back, smiling and waving]The drive to Riverside took about four hours, but it didn't feel that long because we played lots of games in the car. We sang songs, told jokes, and even had a snack break. When we finally arrived, Grandma and Grandpa were waiting for us with big hugs and kisses.Their house was so cozy and welcoming. They had a huge backyard with a treehouse, a swing set, and even a little pond with fish. Tommy and I couldn't wait to explore everything![Picture of a cozy house with a large backyard, treehouse, swing set, and a small pond]For the next few weeks, we had the time of our lives. We went on nature walks and collected leaves, rocks, and even saw a family of deer. We played games in the backyard and spent hours in the treehouse, pretending it was our secret clubhouse.[Picture of children playing in a treehouse, with a ladder leading up to it]One of the most exciting things we did was go fishing in the pond. Grandpa showed us how to put the bait on the hook and cast the line. After a lot of patience, Tommy caught a tiny fish! We took a picture with it before letting it go back into the pond.[Picture of a boy holding a small fish, with a proud smile on his face]Another fun activity was making homemade ice cream with Grandma. We took turns churning the ice cream maker, and it was so delicious when it was finally ready. We ate it with fresh berries from Grandpa's garden. Yum![Picture of a family making ice cream, with a churn and bowls of ice cream and berries]Of course, we also went swimming in the local lake. The water was cool and refreshing on hot summer days. We played games like Marco Polo and had races to see who could swim the fastest. I even learned how to dive underwater and hold my breath for a really long time.[Picture of children swimming and splashing in a lake, with towels and inflatables on the shore]As much fun as we had in Riverside, it was also sad when it was time to go home. We said goodbye to Grandma and Grandpa, promising to come back next summer. The drive home felt a little quieter as Tommy and I looked back at all the wonderful memories we had made.[Picture of children hugging their grandparents goodbye, with a car packed for the journey home]When we finally got home, we couldn't wait to tell all our friends about our amazing summer holiday. We showed them pictures and souvenirs, and they were so jealous of all the fun we had. I know that this summer will always be one of my favorites, and I can't wait to make more great memories next year.[Picture of children showing pictures and souvenirs to their friends, with big smiles on their faces]That's the story of my wonderful summer holiday. I hope you enjoyed reading about all the fun things we did. Maybe you can share some of your own summer stories with me too! Until next time, goodbye!篇5My Wonderful WeekendLast weekend was so much fun! I did lots of exciting things with my family. Let me tell you all about it.On Saturday morning, my dad woke me up early because we were going on a little trip. "Get up sleepyhead! We're going to the countryside today!" he said. I rubbed my eyes and got dressed quickly. I love going to the countryside!![Illustration of a family in a car on a road trip][]After a long drive, we arrived at my aunt's farm. She has so many animals there - cows, pigs, chickens, and even a couple of goats! My cousin Jack was waiting for us. He took me to see the new baby lambs that were just born. They were so tiny and cute! Igot to pet them gently. Their wool felt so soft andfuzzy.![Illustration of a child petting a lamb][]Later, my aunt asked if I wanted to collect eggs from the chicken coop. "Of course!" I said excitedly. Very carefully, I reached under the chicken's warm feathers and found some eggs. Jack showed me how to put them safely in the basket without breaking any. We gathered two dozen eggs in total! I felt like a real farmer. For lunch, my aunt cooked a delicious meal using the fresh vegetables and eggs from her farm. We had a chicken pot pie, buttery mashed potatoes, and a fresh garden salad. It was all so tasty! After eating, we had a picnic in the meadow behind the barn. Jack and I played tag, skipped rocks in the little stream, and just had a great time running around in the warm sunshine. The next day was Sunday, and we went to visit my grandparents in the city. I always love seeing them! Grandpa let me help him work on an old car engine in the garage. He taught me the names of all the different parts and tools. I felt like a real mechanic getting my hands dirty! Even though I didn't understand everything, it was really cool learning from Grandpa.![Illustration of a grandfather and child working on a car engine][]In the afternoon, my grandma and I baked an apple pie together from scratch. First, we made the pie crust dough. Grandma showed me how to roll it out with a rolling pin into a big flat circle. Then we peeled and sliced a bunch of green apples to put inside. I got to sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top to make it extra delicious! While the pie was baking in the oven, the whole house smelled amazing. After dinner, we all sat around the TV to watch a movie together as a family. My little sister Lily got to pick since it was a kids' movie night. We cuddled up with blankets and pillows on the couch, passing around a big bowl of fresh-popped popcorn. At the end, we were all laughing and feeling sohappy. ![Illustration of a family watching a movie together][]On the drive back home that night, I felt a little sad that the weekend was over. But I also felt so grateful to have such a loving, fun family. We made so many wonderful memories together. I can't wait for our next family adventure! Maybe we'll go camping or to the beach next time. Whatever it is, I know it will be awesome if we're all together. That's all for now! Thanks for reading about my exciting weekend. I hope you and your family have as much fun together as we did. See you next time!篇6My Amazing Summer Vacation!Hi friends! I'm so excited to tell you all about my incredible summer vacation. It was the best summer ever! We went to a place called Hawaii and it was like being in paradise.First, we took a big jet airplane to get there. I had never been on a plane before so I was a little nervous, but it was actually really fun! The plane was huge and there were tons of other kids and families on it too. They had movies to watch and little TV screens on the backs of the seats in front of you. I watched a really cool movie about talking animals going on adventures. And the food wasn't too bad either - I had chicken nuggets for the first time! Yum![Image: A drawing of a jet airplane in the sky]After a really long flight, we finally landed in Hawaii. As soon as we stepped off the plane, we could feel the warm breeze and smell the salty ocean air. It was like nothing I'd ever experienced before back home. Hawaii is a group of islands right in the middle of the huge Pacific Ocean. Our hotel was right on one of the beautiful sandy beaches, with the clearest blue-green water I've ever seen.[Image: A beach scene with palm trees, ocean waves, and a hotel in the background]Pretty much every day we spent time on the beach, swimming, building sandcastles, and looking for little fish and crabs in the shallow water. The sand was so soft and the water was the perfect temperature - not too cold at all! One day, we went on a boat tour and got to see huge sea turtles swimming around us. They were amazing! We also saw some tiny islands in the distance with nothing on them but a few palm trees. I imagined what it would be like to be stranded on one of those islands like in the movies.[Image: A sea turtle underwater]Another day, we hiked up to the top of a massive volcano called Diamond Head. It was an extinct volcano, which means it's not erupting with hot lava or anything anymore. The hike was pretty tough and my legs got super tired, but the view from the top was so worth it. We could see the entire island surrounded by ocean. I felt like I was on top of the world![Image: View from top of Diamond Head volcano]My favorite activity was definitely learning how to surf. On our last few days, we took surf lessons on a beach with littlewaves that were perfect for beginners. The instructors taught us how to paddle out and pop up on the board. It was really hard at first and I fell into the water a bunch of times. But eventually I got the hang of it and was able to ride some small waves all the way to the shore! Surfing was the coolest thing I've ever tried.[Image: A kid surfing a wave]We also got to go to a luau one night, which is like a big Hawaiian festival with music, dancing, and a delicious buffet with all kinds of island foods. I tried fresh pineapple and coconut for the first time. There were dancers in bright costumes and musicians playing drums and ukuleles. We even learned how to do a few hula dances! At the end, there was an amazing fire dance performance that was totally mesmerizing.[Image: Hawaiian luau with dancers]I have so many wonderful memories from our trip to Hawaii. We swam in waterfall pools, went snorkeling to see all the tropical fish, and walked through lush rainforests. I saw volcanoes, black sand beaches, and some of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever witnessed. I even got to go ziplining through the jungle! Hawaii really is a magical place.[Image: Sunset on a beach in Hawaii]I'm so grateful my family was able to take this incredible vacation. We made lots of fun new memories that I'll never forget. I learned so much about the Hawaiian culture, environment, and way of life. I missed my friends back home, but I'm glad I got to experience something so different and amazing.I can't wait to start 4th grade next week and share all about my summer adventures!。

四年级下册英语第一单元我的学校十句作文
四年级下册英语第一单元我的学校十句作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My School Is The Best!Hi there! My name is Emma and I'm a 4th grader at Oakwood Elementary School. I just love my school so much and I want to tell you all about it!Oakwood is such an amazing place. The building itself is really big and made of red bricks. It kind of looks like a castle! When you walk through the front doors, the first thing you see is the huge lobby. The floors are shiny and there are fancy wooden benches to sit on. Straight ahead is the main office where the friendly secretaries work. They are always ready to help students and parents with anything.Off the lobby are the hallways that lead to all the classrooms. The hallways are lined with bright blue lockers for us to store our backpacks and jackets. They are pretty narrow though, so we have to walk single file when moving between classes. The walls are covered in awesome student artwork and motivationalposters. My favorite poster says "Dream Big!" in huge rainbow letters. All the classrooms are really nice too. They have huge windows that let in so much natural light. The students' desks are arranged in groups so we can collaborate easily during activities. At the front is the teacher's desk and the big green chalkboard. Every room also has a cozy reading nook with beanbags and bookshelves. It's the perfect place to curl up with a good book! One of the best parts of Oakwood is the giant playground out back. It has everything - swings, monkey bars, slides, even a zip line! My favorite is the twisty purple slide that's at least 20 feet tall. The playground area also has basketball courts, hop scotch grids, and lots of grassy space to run around. We have so much fun at recess!Another amazing place at my school is the cafeteria. It's a huge room with rows and rows of long tables with attached benches. The floors are shiny and easy to clean. The best part is the kitchen area behind a big window. That's where the super nice lunch ladies cook up delicious meals for us every day. My favorite is pizza day - the cheese is so gooey and wonderful! We also have a really cool library at Oakwood. It has thousands of books on every topic you can imagine - science, history, fantasy, you name it! The shelves are super tall and there are rolling ladders to reach the highest ones. In the middle is a circular checkout desk where Mrs. Matthews the librarian works. She is so friendly and helpful when we need to find a specific book. My favorite area is the reading lounge with the squishy armchairs and lamps - such a cozy spot!Another fun room is the music room down the arts hallway. It has tons of drums, xylophones, and other instruments for us to play. We learn all sorts of songs and rhythms from Mr. Sanchez our music teacher. Sometimes we even put on little concerts for our parents after practicing a piece for weeks. I play the tambourine!Oakwood also has a state-of-the-art computer lab with brand new desktop computers. We go once a week and learn coding, word processing, research skills, and more. My favorite part is the fun educational games we get to play at the end if we worked hard that day!Wow, I could just go on and on about all the awesome things at my school! We even have a science lab, art room, and gym that I didn't get to talk about. Oakwood Elementary really is the best place ever. The teachers, staff, and facilities aretop-notch. I have so much fun learning every single day. I feel super lucky to be a student here. Go Owls!篇2My SchoolMy name is Amy and I'm a 4th grader at Sunny Hills Elementary School. I just love my school! We have a huge field too where we play soccer, football, and other sports during P.E. class. When you walk through the front doors, you enter the main hallway. It's always so colorful with student artwork hanging on the walls. My favorite is the life-sized giraffe made out of recycled materials that towers over everyone! To the left is the cafeteria where we eat lunch. The lunch ladies are really nice and make yummy food like pizza, tacos, and chicken nuggets.Down the hall to the right is the library. It's my favorite room in the whole school! There are thousands of books on the shelvesfrom fairy tales to books about space and dinosaurs. My best friend Jessica and I love to go there during free period and read together on the comfy beanbags. The librarian, Mrs. Adams, is so kind and helps me find new books I might enjoy. My classroom is on the second floor and I love it there too. The desks are arranged in a circle so we can all see each other during lessons and discussions. We have a big whiteboard at the front where our teacher, Ms. Roberts, writes notes and draws pictures to help us understand things better. She's a really great teacher and always makes learning fun with songs, games, and hands-on activities. In the back of our classroom, we have a reading nook with a cozy rug and lots of pillows. We sing songs, teachers give out awards, and the principal always has an important message to share. Once, she brought in a magician to perform tricks which was the coolest!I have so much fun at my afterschool clubs too. On Mondays, I stay for art club and we work on amazing projects like clay sculptures, painting, and collages. Last week, we made these adorable self-portraits out of plastic bottles, scrap fabric, and other recycled items. Mine looks just like me with a big toothy grin! Then on Wednesdays, I go to coding club. We're learning how to program robots and create our own video games. It's really neat! My game is about a brave little alien exploring different planets. I can't wait until it's all done so I can play it.There are also clubs for cooking, chess, drama, and so many others. I'm thinking of joining the gardening club next because I love being outdoors and getting dirty while planting and taking care of flowers and vegetables. My mom says the tomatoes from our little garden are the most delicious she's ever tasted.I feel so lucky to go to such an amazing school. My teachers are the best and always make learning interesting. I have wonderful friends and we have a blast at recess every day. And there are so many cool clubs and activities to choose from.I can't wait to go to school again tomorrow! Maybe I'll see you at Sunny Hills one day. If you come for a tour, I'd be happy to show you around my favorite places. Just look for the smiley girl with pigtails - that's me! Sunny Hills Elementary rocks!篇3My SchoolHi there! I'm so excited to tell you all about my wonderful school. It's called Sunny Hills Elementary and it's the best place ever! I love going there every day to learn new things and have fun with my friends.Let me start by telling you about the building itself. It's a big, modern building with lots of windows to let in natural light. The outside is painted a cheerful yellow color which makes it look warm and inviting. There's a huge playground out back with swings, slides, monkey bars, and even a running track! During recess, that's where you'll find me and my buddies racing around and playing tag or just hanging out. When you walk through the front doors, the first thing you see is the main office where all the friendly office staff work. They're always there to help students, teachers, and parents with anything they need. Past the office is a big hallway lined with colorful lockers for us to store our backpacks and belongings. My locker has a really cool dinosaur sticker on it that my best friend Billy gave me!Down that hallway are all the different classrooms for each grade. My 4th grade class is taught by the nicest teacher, Mrs. Palmer. Our classroom is decorated with charts about grammar, math facts, and all the other things we're learning. We each have our own desk, but we frequently do group work at the big round tables too. Mrs. Palmer makes learning fun by letting us act things out, sing songs, and even have classroom parties to celebrate our achievements.Another part of the school I really love is the library. It's a huge room full of books on every topic you can imagine! They have aisles and aisles of chapter books, picture books, reference materials, and more. My favorite section is the one with all the fantasy novels about magic, mythical creatures, and brave heroes going on daring adventures. I try to check out a new book from there every week. The library also has computers we can use for research and lots of cozy reading nooks.Of course, no school would be complete without a cafeteria for lunch! Ours is set up like a little restaurant with rectangular tables that fit about 8 people each. You go through the lunch line and can pick from the main hot entree for the day or grab a pre-made salad, sandwich, or packet of food. They also have a snack bar area that sells fresh fruit, veggies, juice boxes, and other treats. Pizza day is my absolute favorite! We have two great gym teachers at Sunny Hills who keep us active and healthy. Gym class is super fun - we play all kinds of sports and games to build our fitness. Sometimes we go outside when the weather is nice, but we also have an indoor gym with basketball hoops, rock climbing ropes, and even a big bouncy castle! Every year our whole school participates in theJog-a-Thon to raise money, and the kid who runs the most laps gets a special prize. I came in third place last year!Music and art are also really important at our school. We have a music room filled with instruments like drums, xylophones, and even a piano for our weekly music lessons. For art class, we have an amazing art studio with high ceilings, tons of natural light, and plenty of supplies for painting, sculpting, drawing, and more. All the beautiful student artwork gets displayed in the hallways and the front office area. Our school has a really nice computer lab too, filled withup-to-date desktop computers that we use to learn about technology. We take coding lessons, practice our typing skills, and learn fun programs for making drawings, animations, and presentations. Sometimes we even get to play educational games on the computers as a reward for our hard work.Outside, we have a wonderful science garden that our science teacher, Mr. Garcia, works on with us. We plant all kinds of flowers, fruits, and vegetables, and learn about their life cycles, needs, and importance. We also have an indoor science lab for more hands-on experiments and lessons. Science is one of my favorite subjects! The teachers and staff at Sunny Hills really care about each and every student. They make learning exciting and meaningful, while also looking out for our wellbeing. We have a counselor who teaches us about important things like making good choices, being kind to one another, and believing in ourselves. Overall, I feel so lucky to attend such an incredible school that helps me grow smarter and become a better person every single day. Those are just some of the many reasons why I love my school so much. It's a place that feels like a second home, filled with friends, caring adults, and endless opportunities to explore my interests and unlock my potential. I'm proud to be a Sunny Hills Sunflower and I know I'll always look back fondly on my elementary school years here. Thanks for reading! Let me know if you have any other questions.篇4My School EssayHi there! My name is Lily and I'm a 4th grader. Today I want to tell you all about the first unit we learned in English class this year called "My School." It was super fun and I learned a ton of new words and phrases! The unit started by teaching us vocabulary words related to school. We learned words like "classroom", "desk", "whiteboard", "pencil case" and so many more. My favorite was "backpack" because I just got a really cool new Spider-Man backpack for my birthday! After we learned the basic words, we started putting them into sentences. That's when we discovered sentence structures using "there is" and "there are." Like "There is a globe in our classroom" or "There are twenty desks in the room." Using those helped me describe what I could see around the classroom. Then we moved onto describing locations using prepositions like "behind", "in front of", "next to", and "between." That was a little trickier because you had to think about where things were located in relation to each other. But Ms. Roberts, my English teacher, made us practice a lot so eventually I got the hang of it.One of the coolest parts was when we read a story about a student giving their friend a tour of their new school. As the student showed their friend around, they would describe each room and what was inside using all the vocabulary and grammar we had learned. It made me imagine what it would be like to show my old kindergarten friend Jake around my big school now.I'd say "This is the cafeteria. There are several long tables and a kitchen behind the service counter!"Apart from all the English learning, my favorite part of this unit was definitely the school project we did. We had to make a model of our dream classroom using craft supplies like construction paper, popsicle sticks, clay and more. I went all out and made my dream space-themed classroom. I had a little paper rocket ship hanging from the ceiling, alien desks made from clay, and glow-in-the-dark stars all over the walls. It was awesome! A bunch of my friends made their dream classrooms themed too like a forest, an ocean, even one based on their favorite superhero!Presenting our projects in front of the class was really fun. We all got to describe our dream classrooms using the vocabulary and sentence structures we had learned. I still remember my line: "In the center of the classroom, there is a life-sized model of an astronaut standing between the rocket ship and the planet Earth." Nailed it!This unit also taught us school subjects and how to talk about our schedule. I learned that "Math" is the subject I have right after English, "Art" is my favorite subject on Wednesdays, and "Physical Education" is the class where we run around andplay games outside. Knowing this vocabulary helped me share about my weekly routine. We ended the unit by reading more stories about students at different schools around the world. It was cool learning that schools in other countries have some similarities to mine, like students raising their hands to ask questions. But they also have fascinating differences, like some schools where students eat meals together with their teachers! I loved expanding my perspective.Overall, this unit was a blast! I picked up so many useful words and expressions for describing my school, my classrooms, my schedule, and more. Thanks to "My School," I'll be able to give clear directions next time a new student joins our class. I'll say "The restrooms are to the left of the main entrance, right next to the water fountains." Bonus points if I teach them the British English phrase "loo" for bathroom!Anyway, that's my recap of this fun English unit all about school stuff. Speaking of which, I need to head to Math class now where we'll be learning multiplication tables. Looking forward to more awesome English units soon! Let me know if you have any other questions.篇5My SchoolHi! My name is Emma and I'm in 4th grade. In this essay, I'm going to tell you all about the first unit we learned in English class this semester. It was called "My School" and it taught us lots of new words and ways to talk about our school. I really liked this unit!First of all, we learned how to describe the different rooms and places at our school. The classroom is where we have our lessons and do our work. It has desks and chairs for all the students to sit at. The teacher's desk is at the front. We also have cubbies to keep our backpacks and lunch boxes in. On the walls there are lots of posters, maps, and our artwork too!Another important place is the cafeteria. This is where we eat lunch every day. There are long tables and benches to sit on. We line up to get our food from the lunch ladies behind the counter. My favorite lunch is pizza day! Sometimes we have assemblies in the cafeteria too when we can't fit in the auditorium.Speaking of the auditorium, that's the big room with a stage where we have concerts, plays, and other performances. The seats are kind of like at a movie theater. We also have assembliesthere sometimes if it's just our class. Once I even got to go up on stage and get an award in front of everyone! The library is one of my favorite places in the whole school. It's full of all kinds of awesome books - fiction, non-fiction, picture books, you name it! It's really quiet in there so we can read peacefully. Sometimes we get to check books out and take them home for a few weeks before returning them.Outside, we have lots of cool areas too. There's the playground with swings, slides, monkey bars, and that spinning merry-go-round thing. We only get to play there at recess though. There are also basketball courts, tennis courts, a soccer field, and a running track that the older kids use.My school also has a computer lab full of desktop computers where we go once a week to learn typing, coding, and stuff like that. The computers there are pretty old though. At home I have a way cooler laptop! There are also rooms that I don't actually go in very much as a 4th grader. Like the nurse's office where you go if you get sick or hurt. The principal's office is where you'll get sent if you get in really big trouble! There's a teachers' lounge where the teachers hang out when they don't have class. And a janitorial closet where all the cleaning supplies are kept. This unit also taught us how to talk about the people at school other than students. Teachers are the ones who lead the lessons and help us learn. The principal is the head teacher who's in charge of the entire school. The librarian keeps the library running smoothly and helps us find books. Custodians are the janitors who clean everything and keep the school looking nice. Cafeteria workers prepare our lunches each day.We practiced describing where things are located too, using phrases like "next to", "across from", "between", and giving directions like "Walk down the hallway and take a left." The school building has lots of hallways to get between the different rooms. There are stairs to go between floors, and bathrooms on every level of course. In this unit we also read a lot of fun stories that took place at school. Like one about a class putting on a play where nothing went right! Another about a science fair with crazy volcano and robot projects. We had to analyze the stories and share our thoughts, like what the main character should have done differently.Learning all this vocabulary and grammar about schools was awesome because it's stuff I can actually use every single day just by looking around me! Whenever I'm at school now, I'm waymore aware of all the places, people, and things going on. I really feel like I know my school way better after this unit.Okay, that's pretty much everything I can remember about the "My School" unit we did in English class. It was a great way to kick off the new semester and get us pumped to learn more! School isn't all just reading and math - English class teaches us practical communication skills too. I'm already excited for what the next unit will be!篇6My SchoolI love my school! It's the best school ever. My school is called Sunny Hills Elementary. It's a big red brick building with lots of windows. There are trees and playgrounds outside too.We have so many fun classes at my school. My favorite is art class. We get to paint pictures, make clay pots, and do all sorts of crafty projects. I'm really good at drawing animals. Last week I made the cutest little clay dog!I also like math class a lot. Math is kind of hard sometimes but my teacher Mr. Liu makes it fun. We play games and singsongs to help us learn our times tables. I'm a master at my 5 times tables now!Gym class is awesome too. We play sports like basketball, soccer, and kickball. I'm the fastest runner in my whole class. I can run alllll the way around the track without stopping for a break. My gym teacher Coach Jackson says I should join the track team next year. One of the best parts of school is hanging out with my friends at recess and lunchtime. My best friend Anna is hilarious. She tells the funniest jokes and always has me cracking up laughing. We also like to play on the swings and monkey bars together. The lunchroom is where we eat our snacks and lunches that we bring from home. My favorite lunch is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, some baby carrots, an apple, and a juice box. For snack time I usually have some crackers or pretzels. Yum!After lunch, we have reading time. I'm reading this amazing book called The Guardians of Galaxies. It's about these kids who go on a wild adventure in outer space. I can't wait to see what crazy planet they explore next!At the end of the day, we get ready to go home. We pack up our backpacks and get our homework assignments from the teachers. I love school but I'm always tired after a long day of learning and playing. The bus ride home is nice because I can relax and maybe even take a little nap.I'm so lucky I get to go to such a fun school with nice teachers and friends. Sunny Hills is the best place ever! I can't wait until I'm in 5th grade next year. I'll be one of the big kids then. For now, I'm just happy being a 4th grader having a blast every single day.。

英语四年级下册第一单元作文5句话全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My English Class This YearHi there! My name is Emma and I'm a 4th grader. I want to tell you all about my English class this year. It's been really fun and I've learned so much!First off, let me introduce you to my English teacher, Mrs. Johnson. She's super nice and makes learning English enjoyable. Mrs. Johnson always has a big smile on her face and she's really patient when we don't understand something right away. She uses lots of games, songs, and activities to help us practice. My favorite is when we play charades to practice action verbs! In the first unit this semester, we learned all about different jobs and occupations. It was so interesting to explore all the different careers people can have. We read stories about firefighters, doctors, teachers, chefs, and many more. I really liked the story about the zookeeper because I love animals. After reading each story, we had to write a few sentences describingwhat that person's job is like. Describing the duties of a doctor was pretty tricky! We also learned a ton of new vocabulary related to occupations. Thanks to Mrs. Johnson's fun memory games, I can still remember words like "surgeon", "mechanic", and "archaeologist". Sometimes we would have to draw a picture to go along with the new word to help us remember it. My favorite new word was "paleontologist" because dinosaurs are awesome!I drew the most amazing T-Rex skeleton. As part of the unit, we even got to do a career dress-up day. I came to school dressed as a scientist in my dad's old lab coat. Jimmy was a police officer and Sophia made a great construction worker. We had to go around asking each other about our "jobs" and writing down what we learned. It was hilarious when Michael's big chef's hat kept falling over his eyes!Another really cool part of the unit was when Mrs. Johnson's friend's mom came to class to talk about her job as a pilot. She showed us pictures from the cockpit and even brought in some of her gear like her headset. She taught us the phonetic alphabet that pilots use and we practiced saying crazy codes like "Romeo-Sierra-Tango-Zulu-Bravo". Flying a plane seems so exciting!Other than learning about different jobs, we also studied a lot of vocabulary and grammar for describing abilities using "can" and "can't". For example, "A firefighter can carry a hose" or "A dancer can't play the drums". We played a fun team game where we had to make sentences about what different workers could and couldn't do. My team won because we made the funniest sentences like "A zookeeper can't sell ice cream" and "A chef can flip a pancake".Overall, this unit on occupations was my favorite so far in English class. I found all the jobs super interesting and learned a ton of great vocabulary. Writing descriptions of different workers helped me practice my English skills too. Plus, Mrs. Johnson's activities and games made it all so enjoyable. Next up is a unit on animals which I'm really looking forward to!I still have so much to learn when it comes to English, but this year has been awesome. I know that by continuing to work hard, my English ability is going to improve a lot. I'm already way better at reading, writing, speaking and listening than I was last year. Who knows, maybe after studying so many careers, I'll decide to be an English teacher like Mrs. Johnson when I grow up!篇2My Awesome Summer VacationSummer vacation is the best time of the year! School is out, the weather is nice and warm, and there's so much fun stuff to do. This past summer was one of the most exciting ever. I went on a really cool trip, spent tons of time outside, and made some great new friends. Let me tell you all about it!The biggest event of my summer was when my family went on a trip to Florida for a week. We stayed in a really neat hotel right on the beach. Every morning I could look outside and see the bright blue ocean and soft sandy beach. The hotel had several pools too, including a giant slide that was super fun to go down again and again. We spent our days relaxing on the beach, swimming, and looking for cool seashells. I found a beautiful conch shell and lots of neat sand dollars. One day, we went on a glass-bottom boat tour to look at the coral reefs. It was amazing seeing all the bright colors and different kinds of fish and other sea creatures swimming around down there. I saw parrotfish, angelfish, tangs, and so many other types I can't remember their names. The tour guide told us how important coral reefs are for marine life. He said we need to protect them from pollution and climate change. I didn't totallyunderstand everything he said, but I know it's important to take care of the environment. The best part of the trip was going to an amusement park one day. They had some of the biggest and fastest roller coasters I've ever seen! My favorite was the Kraken. It went upside down seven times and had a giant loop. I was a little scared at first, but once we started going it was a total adrenaline rush - so fun and exciting! We also went on water rides and got completely soaked, which felt great on such a hot day. I bought a souvenir Krakent-shirt so I'll never forget that awesome coaster. When we weren't at the beach or amusement parks, I spent a lot of time this summer playing outside with my neighborhood friends. We had epic games of kickball and dodgeball in the park down the street. I got pretty good at kicking the ball far and learning to dodge when someone threw it at me. My reflexes got super quick! We also rode our bikes all around the neighborhood, went to the pool at the community center to swim and play Marco Polo, and had water balloon fights to cool off from the heat. Pretty much every day was filled with non-stop fun and activity from morning until dinner time.A new family moved in next door in July, and their daughter Sophia became my new best friend this summer. She's super nice, funny, and loves a lot of the same games, books, and activities that I do. We built an awesome fort out of blankets and cardboard boxes in her basement. We also made up dances to our favorite pop songs and put on little shows for our parents. Sleepovers at each other's houses were the best - we'd stay up way too late watching movies, painting our nails, eating junk food, and gossiping about kids at school. I'm really glad Sophia moved to our neighborhood. Now we're going to be in the same 4th grade class, and I'm excited to have a built-in best friend at school this year too.Overall, this was one of the most memorable and exciting summers ever! The vacation in Florida was a dream come true, and I have so many fun memories of playing outside with my friends and meeting my new bestie Sophia. Now that school is starting again, part of me is sad that summer is over. But I'm also really looking forward to seeing my other friends, getting to learn new things, and sharing stories about our summer adventures. Fourth grade is going to be awesome!篇3My Favorite ThingsHi there! My name is Emma and I'm in fourth grade. I love learning new things in English class. Unit 1 in our textbook this semester was all about talking about our favorite things. It was really fun!One of my favorite activities was when we had to describe our favorite food. I picked pizza because I love how cheesy and saucy it is. I told my class that my favorite pizza toppings are pepperoni, mushrooms, and extra cheese. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water! My best friend Sarah chose tacos as her favorite. She said she likes how they have a crispy shell on the outside but are soft and warm on the inside with the meat, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Yum!Next we learned how to talk about our favorite toys. I brought in my most treasured stuffed animal – a fuzzy brown teddy bear named Chocolate Chip. I've had him since I was a baby. He's getting a little worn out but I love him so much. I told the class all about how soft he is and how I cuddle him every night before bed. Michael brought in his favorite Hot Wheels car and zipped it all around his desk, making vrooming noises. He said he has over 100 Hot Wheels cars in his collection at home! Then we moved on to describing our favorite TV shows and movies. I said my favorite show is Dog With a Blog because Ithink it's hilarious that the dog on the show can talk! Only the family can hear him, but he always gets them into silly situations with his doggy comments. Jake said his favorite movie is The Lego Movie because it's really colorful and exciting with the Lego characters going on crazy adventures.Another fun part of the unit was learning to describe our favorite places. Taylor raised her hand right away and said her favorite place is the park near her house. She said she loves going down the big twisty slide and running through the tunnels in the playstructure. It sounded like a lot of fun! Kevin shared that his favorite place is his grandma's house because she gives him yummy chocolate chip cookies and lets him play video games as long as he wants.Lastly, we practiced using adjectives to describe our favorite animals. Liam told us all about how much he loves elephants because they are the largest land animals. He said they have really big floppy ears and long trunks that can pick up logs and trees. Maria shared that her favorite animal is the panda because she thinks they are super cute and cuddly with their black and white fur. I had to agree, pandas are really adorable!Mrs. Roberts, our teacher, worked hard to make the unit interesting by having us play games and do fun activities whilewe learned the new vocabulary. We did role plays, drawing activities, and sang songs to practice the words. It really helped the new English words and phrases stick in my brain. By the end, I felt like I could describe my favorite things like a pro!Overall, Unit 1 was my favorite so far this year. I enjoyed hearing about everyone's preferred foods, toys, shows, places, and animals. It was a great way to practice our English speaking and writing while learning more about each other's likes and dislikes. I'm already looking forward to the next unit!篇4My Favorite SeasonSeasons are really cool! There are four different seasons every year - winter, spring, summer, and fall. Each season is special in its own way. My personal favorite is summer because that's when we get a huge break from school and the weather is perfect for fun outdoor activities.Summer vacation is the best time of the year. No more waking up super early and rushing to get ready for school. Instead, I can sleep in as late as I want! My parents don't make me go to bed early either. We stay up watching movies togetheruntil I can barely keep my eyes open. It's so relaxing not having homework or tests to study for.The best part about summer is being able to spend all day outside without freezing. The sun feels so warm and wonderful. I love going swimming at the pool or the lake with my friends. We have epic water balloon and squirt gun fights that last for hours. Getting soaked doesn't even matter because it feels refreshing rather than cold. Sometimes we run through the sprinklers in the yard just for fun.Another awesome summer activity is camping with my family. We pack up our tent and camping supplies then drive up into the mountains. The forest smells so fresh and earthy. We go on long hikes, build campfires, roast marshmallows, and sleep under the stars. I feel so free and happy being out in nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Camping is the ultimate summer adventure. My birthday is in July, which is right in the middle of summer vacation. For my birthday, my parents always take me to my favorite waterpark. I could spend all day going down the different waterslides over and over again. The lines are super long but it's worth the wait. The lazy river is fun too - we'll grab inner tubes and just float along taking in the summer sun.Afterward, we hit the snack bar and I stuff myself with pizza, ice cream, and gooey desserts. Summer birthdays are the greatest!Even though I cherish my summer freedom, I do miss my friends and teachers after a couple months. Part of me gets eager to return to school and see everyone again. I reload on new school supplies and fresh notebooks. Picking out new backpacks and lunchboxes is fun too. While summer will always be my favorite season, I appreciate the cycle of the school year as well. All too soon, summer vacation comes to an end. Those final weeks are bittersweet, trying to soak up every last bit of summertime. We have to get back on a normal sleep schedule in preparation for early mornings again. My tan starts fading and my feet get pruney from not wearing shoes all the time. I have vivid dreams about fun summer memories and the adventures I'll go on next year.On the first day back, I reunite with my best friends and we swap stories about our summers. Everyone is recharged and glowing from two months of freedom. As much as I'll miss the easygoing summer days, I feel ready to tackle another year of learning and growing. Fourth grade was amazing, and now Iwonder what challenging but exciting experiences fifth grade will bring!篇5My Favorite Things from English Unit 1Hi there! My name is Emma and I'm a 4th grader. In our English class this year, we just started a brand new unit all about hobbies, sports, and activities that kids like to do for fun. It's one of my favorite units so far because I love staying active and trying new things! The first section was all about hobbies. A hobby is something you do in your free time just because you enjoy it. Some popular hobbies for kids my age include collecting things like coins, stamps or baseball cards, doing arts and crafts like drawing or making pottery, playing video games, or even playing an instrument like the piano or guitar. My biggest hobby is definitely reading books! I just love getting lost in a good story. Whenever I have some free time, you'll find me curled up with a book. My goal is to read 50 books this year outside of what I read for school. We also learned about different sports that kids can play. Sports are activities that involve exercise and following rules, usually on teams. Some of the most popular sports for kids are soccer, basketball, baseball/softball, football, gymnastics, swimming and tennis. My favorite sport is definitely soccer because I love running around and being part of a team. I started playing soccer when I was just 5 years old and have been playing ever since! Soccer helps me stay active and healthy while also teaching me teamwork and discipline. I practice with my club team 3 times per week.In addition to hobbies and sports, we discussed lots of other fun activities that don't really fit into those categories. Things like going to amusement parks or water parks, having sleepovers or dance parties with friends, going camping or hiking with family, flying a kite at the park, or even just playing hopscotch or jumping rope at recess. These are all activities that are just for fun and enjoyment. One of my favorite activities is going roller skating at the rink with my friends on weekends. I've been roller skating since I was 6 and I'm getting pretty good! I can do spins and some dance moves, and I've even managed to stay up during a couple of games of roller basketball. No matter what kinds of hobbies, sports or activities we like, it's so important for kids to have fun and stay active. Experts recommend that kids get at least 60 minutes of physical activityevery day to stay healthy. It's also good for reducing stress and anxiety. I know I always feel happier and more relaxed after a good gym class or soccer practice. Having fun hobbies and activities also keeps our minds engaged and prevents us from getting bored. It's an opportunity to learn new skills too. For example, through my hobby of reading I'm constantly learning new words and facts about different topics. Through soccer, I've learned about strategy, perseverance, and being a team player. Those are just some of the highlights from our unit on hobbies, sports and activities in English class. We'll be moving on to the next unit soon, but I'm already looking forward to continuing my own hobbies and activities throughout the summer! I'm going to soccer camp, joining my town's summer reading program at the library, and maybe even trying a new sport or two. What are some of your favorite activities? I'd love to hear about them!篇6Title: My Awesome Life as a Fourth GraderHey there! My name is Emily, and I'm a fourth-grader at Sunshine Elementary School. Life is pretty awesome when you'rea kid like me! Let me tell you all about the cool things I do every day.First up, school! I really like going to school because that's where I get to see my best friends, Lily and Jack. We've been buddies since kindergarten, and we always have a blast together. Our favorite subject is art class because we get to paint, draw, and make all sorts of crafty things. Last week, we made these super cool clay sculptures of our favorite animals. I made a cute little bunny, Lily made a majestic horse, and Jack made afierce-looking dinosaur. Our art teacher, Mrs. Wilson, said our sculptures were amazing! After school, my mom picks me up, and we head home. I love our house because it's cozy, and we have a big backyard where I can play. Sometimes, my friends come over, and we play awesome games like hide-and-seek or tag. Other times, I hang out with my little brother, Tommy. He's only six years old, but he's a lot of fun. We like to build epic forts out of blankets and pillows in the living room.。

四年级下册英语第一单元手抄报作文Unit 1: My School Day。
Hello everyone! Today, I would like to share with you my school day in Grade 4. My school day is always filled with interesting activities and learning opportunities. Let's dive into the details!Firstly, let me tell you about my morning routine. I wake up early in the morning and get ready for school. After having a nutritious breakfast, I pack my school bag with all the necessary books and stationery. Then, I bid farewell to my family and head to the bus stop. The bus arrives on time, and I hop on with my friends. We chat and laugh during the journey, making the ride enjoyable.Once I reach school, I join the morning assembly with my classmates. We stand in neat rows, and the national anthem is played. Our principal gives us important announcements and motivates us for the day ahead. It sets a positive tone for the rest of the day. After the assembly, we proceed to our classrooms. Our first lesson is usually English. Our English teacher, Miss Li, is very friendly and makes the class interactive and engaging. We learn new vocabulary, practice speaking, and improve our grammar skills. Sometimes, we even have fun language games that make learning English enjoyable.Next, we have Mathematics. Our Math teacher, Mr. Zhang, is excellent at explaining complex concepts in a simple manner. He uses visual aids and real-life examples to help us understand the subject better. We solve problems individually and in groups, which enhances our critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Following Mathematics, we have a short break. During this time, I enjoy playing with my friends in the school playground. We run, jump, and have a great time together. It refreshes our minds and prepares us for the next lessons. After the break, we have Science. Our Science teacher, Mrs. Wang, conducts exciting experiments and demonstrations to explain scientific concepts. We learn about different phenomena, such as the water cycle, the solar system, and the human body. It sparks our curiosity and encourages us to explore the world around us.Later in the day, we have Chinese class. Our Chinese teacher, Miss Chen, teaches us how to read and write Chinese characters. We also learn about Chinese culture and traditions. We practice calligraphy and recite poems, which helps us appreciate the beauty of our language. In the afternoon, we have Physical Education (PE) class. Our PE teacher, Coach Liu, guides us through various sports activities. We play basketball, football, and run races. It not only keeps us physically fit but also teaches us teamwork and sportsmanship. Finally, we have Art class. Our Art teacher, Mrs. Wu, encourages us to express our creativity through drawings, paintings, and crafts. We learn different art techniques and explore various mediums. It is a relaxing and enjoyable class where we can showcase our artistic talents. At the end of the school day, we gather in the classroom for a short reflection session. Our teacher asks us about our favorite part of the day and what we have learned. It allows us to reflect on our achievements and share our thoughts with classmates. As the school day comes to an end, I pack my bag and bid farewell to my friends. I board the bus and head back home, excited to share my day's experiences with my family. In conclusion, my school day in Grade 4 is filled with exciting lessons, supportive teachers, and wonderful friends. Each subject contributes to my overall growth and development. I am grateful for the opportunities provided by my school to learn, explore, and have fun. I look forward to every new day at school, as it brings new knowledge and experiences.Thank you for reading about my school day in Grade 4.
