under the terms and Conditions as described in the Main Contract unless otherwise stated in this Subcontract Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Subcontract Agreement or Subcontract") to the Subcontractor and

3. While the Subcontractor has agreed to execute the said works as Subcontractor, and to

complete and maintain the proposed part of the Subcontract Work herein agreed, under the direction and supervision of the Contractor and strictly in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Subcontract as well as Main Contract signed in between the Contractor and the Employer.

of interpretation, the priority of the documents shall be in accordance with the following sequence:
